本发明涉及化工机械领域,具体涉及一种纸管胶车间反应釜内加热蒸汽助推结构。它包括釜体、釜盖、搅拌轴、叶轮、蒸汽管、出料口、支撑架、电机,釜体是一个空心圆柱体,釜体底端密封,釜体顶端装有釜盖,釜体底端设置出料口,支撑架的支撑设置在釜体外侧,釜盖中心及两侧对称位置设置三个口,搅拌轴通过釜盖中心口设置在釜体的中间位置,叶轮对称焊接在搅拌轴上的,电机安装在釜盖上方且电机下端通过转轴旋转连接搅拌轴的最上端,蒸汽管通过釜盖两侧对称口设置在反应釜内部;优点是设计灵活,架设实施方便,以往的纸管胶车间反应釜内加热蒸汽助推结构外部加热管加热改进为内部蒸汽管加热,设置出气口方向与原料转动方向一致,推动原料转动。

技术领域
本发明涉及化工机械领域,具体涉及一种纸管胶车间反应釜内加热蒸汽助推结构。
背景技术
目前反应釜是用来生产纸管胶的,以往的反应釜的设计存在缺陷,以往反应釜在釜体外侧设置加热管进行加热,经过长时间的外部加热管加热,釜体内部的釜壁上会出现焦糊状垢污,难以清理,影响产品质量;且以往反应釜在加工原料的过程中,料过多则会出现搅拌不动或者搅拌缓慢的现象,只能搅拌小量,这样生产效率就下降。
发明内容 为了解决上述问题,本发明提出了一种纸管胶车间反应釜内加热蒸汽助推结构,设计灵活,架设实施方便,在反应釜内部设置两根蒸汽管,直接在内部加热,同时蒸汽还推动原料的搅拌。
本发明的技术方案:
一种纸管胶车间反应釜内加热蒸汽助推结构,它包括釜体、釜盖、搅拌轴、叶轮、蒸汽管、出料口、支撑架、电机,釜体是一个空心圆柱体,釜体底端密封,釜体顶端装有釜盖,釜盖与釜体螺纹连接,釜体底端设置出料口,支撑架的支撑设置在釜体外侧,釜盖中心及两侧对称位置设置三个口,搅拌轴通过釜盖中心设置在釜体的中间位置,搅拌轴与釜盖密封连接,叶轮对称焊接在搅拌轴上的,电机安装在釜盖上方且电机下端通过转轴旋转连接搅拌轴的最上端,蒸汽管通过釜盖两侧对称口设置在反应釜内部,蒸汽管与釜盖密封连接。
所述的一种蒸汽管伸到釜体底端,蒸汽管底部固定焊接在釜体底端。蒸汽管中下端设置出气口。
所述的蒸汽管的出气口顺着原料转动方向顺时针倾斜设置。
本发明的设计灵活,架设实施方便,通过蒸汽管直接设置进入反应釜内部,对反应釜内部进行加热;同时蒸汽管的中下部位设置出气口,出气口倾斜设置,且顺着搅拌轴转动的方向,可以带动原料搅拌转动。

具体实施方案
参照附图1-2,一种纸管胶车间反应釜内加热蒸汽助推结构,它包括釜体4、釜盖3、搅拌轴2、叶轮5、蒸汽管6、出料口9、支撑架8、电机1,釜体4是一个空心圆柱体,釜体4底端密封,釜体4顶端装有釜盖3,釜体4底端设置出料口9,支撑架8的支撑设置在釜体4外侧,釜盖3中心及两侧对称位置设置三个口,搅拌轴2通过釜盖3中心设置在釜体4的中间位置,搅拌轴2与釜盖3密封连接,叶轮5对称焊接在搅拌轴2上的,电机1安装在釜盖3上方且电机1下端通过转轴旋转连接搅拌轴2的最上端,蒸汽管6通过釜盖3两侧对称口设置在反应釜内部,蒸汽管6与釜盖3密封连接。
图1,所述蒸汽管6设置在反应釜内部,蒸汽管底部固定焊接在釜体底端,所述的蒸汽管6设计有2个,改进为蒸汽管6设置在反应釜内部,则在釜体4内部加热,避免长时间的外部加热管加热使反应釜内部的釜壁上会出现焦糊状垢污难以清理。
图2,所述蒸汽管6的出气口7设计为倾斜出气,出气口7顺时针出气,与搅拌原料旋转方向一致,则在原料搅拌过程中,蒸汽还能带动原料搅拌。
本发明使用时,打开釜盖,原料从釜体顶部加入,关闭釜盖,釜盖与釜体之间密封关闭。从蒸汽管通入蒸汽,对原料进行加热,同时打开电机通过带动搅拌轴和叶轮对原料进行搅拌,则蒸汽加热过程中,蒸汽中的水分也加入到原料中进行搅拌,又因为蒸汽管的出气口方向顺着搅拌轴转动方向顺时针倾斜设计,这样又推动了原料的搅拌。这样在原来的基础上,通过将外部加热管加热,改进为内部蒸汽管加热,不仅解决了外部加热管加热导致的反应釜内部出现焦糊状污垢难以清理,影响产品质量的情况,还解决了搅拌原料过多出现的搅拌不动或者搅拌缓慢,只能搅拌小量的现状。

1.一种纸管胶车间反应釜内加热蒸汽助推结构,其特征在于,它包括釜体、釜盖、搅拌轴、叶轮、蒸汽管、出料口、支撑架、电机,釜体是一个空心圆柱体,釜体底端密封,釜体顶端装有釜盖,釜体底端设置出料口,支撑架的支撑设置在釜体外侧,釜盖中心及两侧对称位置设置三个口,搅拌轴通过釜盖中心口设置在釜体的中间位置,搅拌轴与釜盖密封连接,叶轮对称焊接在搅拌轴上的,电机安装在釜盖上方且电机下端通过转轴旋转连接搅拌轴的最上端,蒸汽管通过釜盖两侧对称口设置在反应釜内部,蒸汽管与釜盖密封连接。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种纸管胶车间反应釜内加热蒸汽助推结构,其特征在于,蒸汽管伸到釜体底端,且蒸汽管底部固定焊接在釜体底端。
3.根据权利要求2所述的一种纸管胶车间反应釜内加热蒸汽助推结构,其特征在于,蒸汽管中下端设置出气口。
4.根据权利要求3所述的一种纸管胶车间反应釜内加热蒸汽助推结构,其特征在于,蒸汽管的出气口方向顺着搅拌轴转动方向顺时针倾斜设计。
