本发明涉及中药领域，特别是涉及一种治疗外阴湿疹中药膏。
背景技术
卧床患者很容易发生会阴部湿疹，好发部位多见于骶尾部、会阴部，其皮损为多形性，如斑丘疹、丘疱疹、渗出、糜烂、表皮剥脱。
现代医学认为，湿疹是复杂的内外激发因子引起的迟发型变态反应，诱发因素甚多。外部因素如潮湿、寒冷、外用药物过敏、皮肤细菌感染、粪便或尿液对皮肤的侵蚀，内在因素如变态反应、体质虚弱、健康状态、感染、代谢紊乱，且可数种因素同时并存。卧床患者好发会阴部湿疹，多见于病情严重、全身营养状况差、抵抗力弱、长期应用抗生素导致菌群失调者，大小便失禁及频繁腹泻的患者最为常见。再则，会阴部温暖而潮湿的特殊环境及秽物不能及时清除，均为诱发会阴部湿疹的原因。
现有的治疗产品大多主要为化学成份，其副作用大，且治疗效果不佳，本发明在研究了现有治疗产品的基础上提供了一种治疗外阴湿疹中药膏。
发明内容
为解决现有治疗产品副作用大，效果不佳的技术问题，本发明采用的一个技术方案是：提供一种治疗外阴湿疹中药膏，其组成成份包括：床子、苦参、黄柏、地夫子、白癣皮、百部、明矾、黄芩、黄连、地龙、大黄、薄荷脑、红参、蛇脂、软膏基质。
进一步，其组成成份按重量份计为，蛇床子8份，苦参9份，黄柏10份，地夫子7份，白癣皮9份，百部10份，明矾8份，黄芩7份，黄连6份，地龙10份，大黄7份，薄荷脑8份，红参7份，蛇脂6份，软膏基质30份。
进一步，所述软膏基质组成成份为硬脂酸、单硬脂酸甘油酯、液状石蜡、白凡士林、羊毛脂，三乙醇胺、蒸馏水。
进一步，所述软膏基质组成成份硬脂酸、单硬脂酸甘油酯、液状石蜡、白凡士林、羊毛脂，三乙醇胺质量标准为药用标准。
本发明的有益效果是：本发明洗液中的中药成份具有清热解毒、燥湿止痒等作用，不仅能有效预防感染，还能减轻局部疼痛，减少湿疹的发生。临床试验结果表明，采用本发明的中药洗液具有良好的效果。
具体实施方式
实施例1
分别取粉碎后的中药成份蛇床子8份，苦参9份，黄柏10份，地夫子7份，白癣皮9份，百部10份，明矾8份，黄芩7份，黄连6份，地龙10份，大黄7份，红参7份。将中要成份用用80％乙醇溶液300份浸渍72小时，滤去药渣，静置24小时后将滤液浓缩至相对密度1~20的稠膏，再使稠膏与软膏基质混合成均匀的膏体，然后加入蛇脂6份，薄荷脑8份，混合均匀，即制得中药膏样品。
实施例2
对42名患者在用药3～7天后发现，其中有38名患者创面渗出明显减少，湿疹隐退，皮肤干燥，恢复正常，即痊愈。

2.根据权利要求1所述的一种治疗外阴湿疹中药膏，其特征在于，所述组成成份按重量份计为，床子8份，苦参9份，黄柏10份，地夫子7份，白癣皮9份，百部10份，明矾8份，黄芩7份，黄连6份，地龙10份，大黄7份，薄荷脑8份，红参7份，蛇脂6份、软膏基质30份。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种治疗外阴湿疹中药膏，其特征在于，所述软膏基质组成成份为硬脂酸、单硬脂酸甘油酯、液状石蜡、白凡士林、羊毛脂，三乙醇胺、蒸馏水。
4.根据权利要求3所述的一种治疗外阴湿疹中药膏，其特征在于，所述软膏基质组成成份硬脂酸、单硬脂酸甘油酯、液状石蜡、白凡士林、羊毛脂，三乙醇胺质量标准为药用标准。
