虎杖，性味：味微苦、性微凉，具有活血止痛、清利湿热、止咳化痰之功效，用于治疗关节疼痛、经闭、湿热黄疸、慢性气管炎、高脂血症，外用于烫火伤、跌扑损伤、痈肿疮毒；
当归，性味：性温、味甘辛, 具有补血和血、调经止痛、润燥滑肠之功效，用于治疗血虚、面色萎黄、眩晕心悸、血虚、或兼有瘀滞的月经不调、经闭、痛经、虚寒性腹痛、冠心病心绞痛、风湿痹痛、跌打损伤；
紫参，性味：性平、味苦、辛，具有清热解毒、活血理气止痛之功效，用于治疗急慢性肝炎、脘胁胀痛、湿热带下、乳腺炎、疔肿等症；
橙皮，性味：辛、苦、温，具有行气健脾、降逆化痰之功效，用于治疗脾胃气滞之脘腹胀满、恶心呕吐、食欲不振、痰壅气逆之咳嗽痰多、胸隔满闷、梅核气；
四里麻，性味：辛、苦、寒，具有清热解毒、活血止痛之功效，用于治疗咽喉肿痛、痔疮、脱肛、风湿痹痛、跌打损伤、早泄、小阴经、阳痿、月经不调；
银线草，性味：辛苦、温，有毒，具有散寒、祛风、行瘀、解毒之功效，用于治疗风寒咳嗽、妇女经闭、风痒、跌打、痈肿疮疖；
白术，性味：味苦、甘、性温，具有健脾益气、燥湿利水、止汗、安胎之功效，用于治疗脾气虚弱、神疲乏力、食少少腹胀、大便溏薄、水饮内停、小便不利、水肿、痰饮眩晕、温痹酸痛、气虚自汗、胎动不安；
地龙，性味：咸、寒，具有清热定惊、通络、平喘、利尿之功效，用于治疗高热神昏、惊痫抽搐、关节痹痛、肢体麻木、半身不遂、肺热喘咳、尿少水肿、高血压；
牛漆，性味：苦、酸、性平，具有补肝肾、强筋骨、活血通经、引敌国（火)下行、利尿通淋之功效，用于治疗腰膝酸痛、下肢痿软、血滞经闭、痛经、产后血瘀腹痛、徵瘕、胞衣不下、热淋、血淋、跌打损伤、痈肿恶疮、咽喉肿痛。
本发明药物是基于中医治疗痰瘀互结证梅核气的原则，从依据痰瘀互结证梅核气的病理机制及药理作用认为：就痰瘀互结证梅核气，本发明所提供的药物中的各原料中药药效共奏，对上述疾病有很好的治疗效果。
具体实施方式
本发明就是针对上述痰瘀互结证梅核气的治疗而提出的一种中药配方，采用该配方制备的药物药效好，见效快，是一个标本兼治的中药组方，特别适合临床使用。下面结合本发明的具体实施方式作进一步详细的描述：

一种治疗痰瘀互结证梅核气的汤剂药物，其特征在于，所述药物的各个组分及其质量份比如下所示：
红簕钩70g、朱蕉花12g、柴胡10g、山莴苣20g、元胡12g、梅花6g、黄芩12g、栀子叶8g、百脉根15g、泽泻15g、虎杖35g、当归12g、紫参200g、橙皮10g、四里麻12g、银线草4g、白术12g、地龙10g、牛漆12g。
实施例2：
一种治疗痰瘀互结证梅核气的汤剂药物，其特征在于，所述药物的各个组分及其质量份比如下所示：
红簕钩75g、朱蕉花14g、柴胡11g、山莴苣23g、元胡14g、梅花7g、黄芩14g、栀子叶9g、百脉根17g、泽泻17g、虎杖40g、当归14g、紫参230g、橙皮11g、四里麻14g、银线草4.5g、白术14g、地龙11g、牛漆14g。
实施例3：
一种治疗痰瘀互结证梅核气的汤剂药物，其特征在于，所述药物的各个组分及其质量份比如下所示：
红簕钩80g、朱蕉花16g、柴胡12g、山莴苣26g、元胡16g、梅花8g、黄芩16g、栀子叶10g、百脉根20g、泽泻20g、虎杖50g、当归16g、紫参260g、橙皮12g、四里麻16g、银线草5g、白术16g、地龙12g、牛漆16g。
典型病例
经临床诊断治疗痰瘀互结证梅核气患者共490例，年龄为39岁以上的310例，只有180例为39岁以下。490例患者中痊愈的470例，有效的20例，总有效率达100%。

红簕钩50～80g、朱蕉花9～16g、柴胡3～12g、山莴苣15～26g、元胡3～16g、梅花2～8g、黄芩5～16g、栀子叶3～10g、百脉根9～20g、泽泻10～20g、虎杖15～50g、当归8～16g、紫参50～260g、橙皮3～12g、四里麻6～16g、银线草2～5g、白术8～16g、地龙5～12g、牛漆5～16g。
2.根据权利要求1所述的治疗痰瘀互结证梅核气的汤剂药物，其特征在于，所述药物的各个组分及其质量份比如下所示：
红簕钩60～75g、朱蕉花10～14g、柴胡5～11g、山莴苣18～23g、元胡5～14g、梅花3～7g、黄芩6～14g、栀子叶6～9g、百脉根10～17g、泽泻11～17g、虎杖18～40g、当归10～14g、紫参60～230g、橙皮5～11g、四里麻8～14g、银线草3～4.5g、白术10～14g、地龙6～11g、牛漆8～14g。
3.根据权利要求1至2所述的治疗痰瘀互结证梅核气的汤剂药物，其特征在于，所述药物的各个组分及其质量份比如下所示：
