本发明公开了一种消除眼袋、皱纹的水凝胶及其制备方法,所述的水凝胶主要由丙烯酸纳D、酒石酸、明胶、水蛭素、生物活性泥、三甲基甘氨酸、神经酰胺、甘草黄酮、玫瑰精油、洋甘菊纯露、氮酮、交联丙烯酸、卵磷脂、维生素E、辅酶Q10、水杨酸、角鲨烯、聚三梨醇酯‑80、香草醚、蜜蜂提取物、丙烯酸纳A、丙烯酸纳B、丙烯酸纳C、甘羟铝、甘油和二氧化钛制成。本发明水凝胶水合效应明显,作用时间长且容易被皮肤吸收。还具有消除眼袋和皱纹的作用。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种眼部用水凝胶及其制备方法,特别是一种消除眼袋、皱纹的水凝胶及其制备方法。
背景技术
越来越多的研究表明,眼部肌肤的保养问题不可忽视,若保养不妥,易加速肌肤老化,容易出现松弛,干燥、黯沉、细纹、黑眼圈、浮肿等眼周问题。
目前的眼部护理产品,以膏霜居多,眼霜作为护肤类化妆产品之一,有滋润眼圈皮肤的作用。除了可以减低黑眼圈、 眼袋的问题外,同时也具备改善皱纹、细纹的功效。眼霜是用来保护眼睛周围比较薄的这一层皮肤的,对眼袋、黑眼圈、鱼尾纹等都有一定的效用,但是不 同的眼霜有不同的作用,从功能上分为滋润眼霜、紧实眼霜、抗老化眼霜、抗 敏眼霜等。由于眼霜的针对性强,使用安全不刺激肌肤,可频繁使用,已成为护肤品市场中越来越占据主动地位的品类。而现有的眼霜,由于涂抹在皮肤上,水合效应不明显,作用时间不长而不容易被皮肤吸收。
因此,现有眼霜存在水合效应不明显,作用时间不长而不容易被皮肤吸收的问题。
发明内容
本发明的目的,是提供一种消除眼袋、皱纹的水凝胶及其制备方法。本发明水凝胶水合效应明显,作用时间长且容易被皮肤吸收。还具有消除眼袋和皱纹的作用。
为解决上述技术问题,本发明采用以下技术方案实现:一种消除眼袋、皱纹的水凝胶,按照重量份计算,主要由丙烯酸纳D 1-4份、酒石酸0.01-0.1份、明胶0.1-2份、水蛭素0.05-0.15份、生物活性泥10-30份、三甲基甘氨酸0.2-0.7份、神经酰胺0.1-0.3份、甘草黄酮0.01-0.15份、玫瑰精油0.01-0.03份、洋甘菊纯露1-10份、氮酮0.1-2份、交联丙烯酸0.2-0.7份、卵磷脂 0.6-1.4份、维生素E 0.080-0.086份、辅酶Q10 0.001-0.006份、水杨酸0.030-0.036份、角鲨烯 0.1-0.3份、聚三梨醇酯-80 0.1-0.3份、香草醚0.01-0.1份、蜜蜂提取物0.005-0.015份、丙烯酸纳A 0.5-1.5份、丙烯酸纳B 0.5-1.5份、丙烯酸纳C 0.5-1.5份、甘羟铝 0.01-0.03份、甘油 20-40份和二氧化钛0.1-0.3份制成。
前述的消除眼袋、皱纹的水凝胶中,按照重量份计算,主要由丙烯酸纳D 1.5-2.5份、酒石酸0.04-0.06份、明胶0.8-1.2份、水蛭素0.08-0.12份、生物活性泥15-25份、三甲基甘氨酸0.4-0.6份、神经酰胺0.15-0.25份、甘草黄酮0.08-0.12份、玫瑰精油0.015-0.025份、洋甘菊纯露4-6份、氮酮0.8-1.2份、交联丙烯酸0.4-0.6份、卵磷脂 0.8-1.2份、维生素E0.082-0.084份、辅酶Q10 0.002-0.004份、水杨酸0.032-0.034份、角鲨烯 0.15-0.25份、聚三梨醇酯-80 0.15-0.25份、香草醚0.04-0.06份、蜜蜂提取物0.008-0.012份、丙烯酸纳A0.8-1.2份、丙烯酸纳B 0.8-1.2份、丙烯酸纳C 0.8-1.2份、甘羟铝 0.015-0.025份、甘油25-35份和二氧化钛0.15-0.25份制成。

一种前述的消除眼袋、皱纹的水凝胶的制备方法,包括以下步骤:
(1)按比例称取丙烯酸纳D、酒石酸、明胶、水蛭素、生物活性泥、三甲基甘氨酸、神经酰胺、甘草黄酮、玫瑰精油和洋甘菊纯露,加入5-7倍量的纯化水,在搅拌条件下溶解,溶解过程中,控制温度在40-45℃,搅拌时间为110-130分钟,得A品;
(2)按比例称取氮酮、交联丙烯酸、卵磷脂、维生素E、辅酶Q10、水杨酸、角鲨烯、聚三梨醇酯-80、甘草黄酮和香草醚,加热至45-55℃后,搅匀,得B品;
(3)脂质体液的制备:向B品中加入A品,利用乳化器,在1000Bar-1500Bar条件下,均值操作,2-3次,得C品;
(4)C品中8-10倍量的纯化水,再加入玫瑰精油,混匀,得D品;
(5)交联:D品中加入蜜蜂提取物 、丙烯酸纳A 、丙烯酸纳B、丙烯酸纳C 、甘羟铝 、甘油和二氧化钛,在70-80转/分钟下连续搅拌8-30min;得E品;
(6)涂布:E品进行涂布,得F品;
(7)晾晒:F品置于室温条件下晾晒18-22h,剪切成眼贴状,入袋,即得。
前述的消除眼袋、皱纹的水凝胶的制备方法,包括以下步骤:
(1)按比例称取丙烯酸纳D、酒石酸、明胶、水蛭素、生物活性泥、三甲基甘氨酸、神经酰胺、甘草黄酮、玫瑰精油和洋甘菊纯露,加入6倍量的纯化水,在搅拌条件下溶解,溶解过程中,控制温度在40-45℃,搅拌时间为120分钟,得A品;
(2)按比例称取氮酮、交联丙烯酸、卵磷脂、维生素E、辅酶Q10、水杨酸、角鲨烯、聚三梨醇酯-80、甘草黄酮和香草醚,加热至45-55℃后,搅匀,得B品;
(3)脂质体液的制备:向B品中加入A品,利用乳化器,在1200Bar条件下,均值操作,3次,得C品;
(4)C品中9倍量的纯化水,再加入玫瑰精油,混匀,得D品;
(5)交联:D品中加入蜜蜂提取物 、丙烯酸纳A 、丙烯酸纳B、丙烯酸纳C 、甘羟铝 、甘油和二氧化钛,在75转/分钟下连续搅拌20min;得E品;
(6)涂布:E品进行涂布,得F品;
(7)晾晒:F品置于室温条件下晾晒20h,剪切成眼贴状,入袋,即得。
本发明所述的水凝胶主要由丙烯酸纳D、酒石酸 、明胶、水蛭素、生物活性泥、三甲基甘氨酸、神经酰胺、甘草黄酮、玫瑰精油、洋甘菊纯露、氮酮、交联丙烯酸、卵磷脂、维生素E、辅酶Q10 、水杨酸 、角鲨烯、聚三梨醇酯-80、香草醚、蜜蜂提取物、丙烯酸纳A、丙烯酸纳B、丙烯酸纳C、甘羟铝、甘油 和二氧化钛制成。通过利用脂微球技术和水凝胶技术,双管齐下加强产品的水合作用,一方面脂微球更容易透过皮肤屏障层,另一方面水凝胶的载体能实现更好的皮肤水合作用,促进脂微球的吸收。实现缓慢释放精华物质,延长使用效果。同时,水凝胶载体相对于普通的膏霜产品能容纳更多的精华物质。从而实现精华物质在皮肤中的高效而稳定的释放。
实验例。
在山西真女人美容连锁进行了产品效果验证,对20名40-60岁中年女性进行为期1个月的实验,针对眼袋、黑眼圈、眼部真性皱纹、眼部假性皱纹进行了考察,结果见表1,部分实际效果图见图1、图2和图3。
由表和图可知,本发明水凝胶能非常显著的改善由干燥而形成的假性皱纹,有效的减少眼袋的产生和真性皱纹的形成。对于黑眼圈具有非常明显的缓解作用。

配方:丙烯酸纳D 2g、酒石酸 0.05g、明胶1g、水蛭素0.1g、生物活性泥20g、三甲基甘氨酸0.5g、神经酰胺 0.2g、甘草黄酮 0.1g、玫瑰精油0.02g、洋甘菊纯露5g、氮酮1g、交联丙烯酸 0.5g、卵磷脂 1g、维生素E 0.083g、辅酶Q10 0.003g、水杨酸 0.033g、角鲨烯 0.2g、聚三梨醇酯-80 0.2g、香草醚0.05g、蜜蜂提取物 0.01g、丙烯酸纳A 1g、丙烯酸纳B 1g、丙烯酸纳C 1g、甘羟铝 0.02g、甘油 30g和二氧化钛 0.2g。
工艺:包括以下步骤
(1)按比例称取丙烯酸纳D、酒石酸、明胶、水蛭素、生物活性泥、三甲基甘氨酸、神经酰胺、甘草黄酮、玫瑰精油和洋甘菊纯露,加入6倍量的纯化水,在搅拌条件下溶解,溶解过程中,控制温度在40-45℃,搅拌时间为120分钟,得A品;
(2)按比例称取氮酮、交联丙烯酸、卵磷脂、维生素E、辅酶Q10、水杨酸、角鲨烯、聚三梨醇酯-80、甘草黄酮和香草醚,加热至45-55℃后,搅匀,得B品;
(3)脂质体液的制备:向B品中加入A品,利用乳化器,在1200Bar条件下,均值操作,3次,得C品;

配方:丙烯酸纳D 2.5g、酒石酸0.06g、明胶1.2g、水蛭素0.12g、生物活性泥25g、三甲基甘氨酸0.6g、神经酰胺0.25g、甘草黄酮0.12g、玫瑰精油0.025g、洋甘菊纯露6g、氮酮1.2g、交联丙烯酸0.6g、卵磷脂1.2g、维生素E 0.084g、辅酶Q10 0.004g、水杨酸0.034g、角鲨烯0.25g、聚三梨醇酯-80 0.25g、香草醚0.06g、蜜蜂提取物0.012g、丙烯酸纳A 1.2g、丙烯酸纳B 1.2g、丙烯酸纳C1.2g、甘羟铝 0.025g、甘油35g和二氧化钛0.25g。
工艺:包括以下步骤:
(1)按比例称取丙烯酸纳D、酒石酸、明胶、水蛭素、生物活性泥、三甲基甘氨酸、神经酰胺、甘草黄酮、玫瑰精油和洋甘菊纯露,加入7倍量的纯化水,在搅拌条件下溶解,溶解过程中,控制温度在40-45℃,搅拌时间为130分钟,得A品;
(2)按比例称取氮酮、交联丙烯酸、卵磷脂、维生素E、辅酶Q10、水杨酸、角鲨烯、聚三梨醇酯-80、甘草黄酮和香草醚,加热至45-55℃后,搅匀,得B品;
(3)脂质体液的制备:向B品中加入A品,利用乳化器,在1500Bar条件下,均值操作,3次,得C品;
(4)C品中10倍量的纯化水,再加入玫瑰精油,混匀,得D品;
(5)交联:D品中加入蜜蜂提取物 、丙烯酸纳A 、丙烯酸纳B、丙烯酸纳C 、甘羟铝 、甘油和二氧化钛,在80转/分钟下连续搅拌30min;得E品;
(6)涂布:E品进行涂布,得F品;
(7)晾晒:F品置于室温条件下晾晒22h,剪切成眼贴状,入袋,即得。

工艺:包括以下步骤:
(1)按比例称取丙烯酸纳D、酒石酸、明胶、水蛭素、生物活性泥、三甲基甘氨酸、神经酰胺、甘草黄酮、玫瑰精油和洋甘菊纯露,加入5倍量的纯化水,在搅拌条件下溶解,溶解过程中,控制温度在40-45℃,搅拌时间为110分钟,得A品;
(2)按比例称取氮酮、交联丙烯酸、卵磷脂、维生素E、辅酶Q10、水杨酸、角鲨烯、聚三梨醇酯-80、甘草黄酮和香草醚,加热至45-55℃后,搅匀,得B品;
(3)脂质体液的制备:向B品中加入A品,利用乳化器,在1000BaBar条件下,均值操作,2次,得C品;
(4)C品中8倍量的纯化水,再加入玫瑰精油,混匀,得D品;
(5)交联:D品中加入蜜蜂提取物 、丙烯酸纳A 、丙烯酸纳B、丙烯酸纳C 、甘羟铝 、甘油和二氧化钛,在70转/分钟下连续搅拌8min;得E品;
(6)涂布:E品进行涂布,得F品;
(7)晾晒:F品置于室温条件下晾晒18h,剪切成眼贴状,入袋,即得。

1.一种消除眼袋、皱纹的水凝胶,其特征在于:按照重量份计算,主要由丙烯酸纳D 1-4份、酒石酸0.01-0.1份、明胶0.1-2份、水蛭素0.05-0.15份、生物活性泥10-30份、三甲基甘氨酸0.2-0.7份、神经酰胺0.1-0.3份、甘草黄酮0.01-0.15份、玫瑰精油0.01-0.03份、洋甘菊纯露1-10份、氮酮0.1-2份、交联丙烯酸0.2-0.7份、卵磷脂 0.6-1.4份、维生素E 0.080-0.086份、辅酶Q10 0.001-0.006份、水杨酸0.030-0.036份、角鲨烯 0.1-0.3份、聚三梨醇酯-80 0.1-0.3份、香草醚0.01-0.1份、蜜蜂提取物0.005-0.015份、丙烯酸纳A 0.5-1.5份、丙烯酸纳B 0.5-1.5份、丙烯酸纳C 0.5-1.5份、甘羟铝 0.01-0.03份、甘油 20-40份和二氧化钛0.1-0.3份制成。
2.如权利要求1所述的消除眼袋、皱纹的水凝胶,其特征在于:按照重量份计算,主要由丙烯酸纳D 1.5-2.5份、酒石酸0.04-0.06份、明胶0.8-1.2份、水蛭素0.08-0.12份、生物活性泥15-25份、三甲基甘氨酸0.4-0.6份、神经酰胺0.15-0.25份、甘草黄酮0.08-0.12份、玫瑰精油0.015-0.025份、洋甘菊纯露4-6份、氮酮0.8-1.2份、交联丙烯酸0.4-0.6份、卵磷脂0.8-1.2份、维生素E 0.082-0.084份、辅酶Q10 0.002-0.004份、水杨酸0.032-0.034份、角鲨烯 0.15-0.25份、聚三梨醇酯-80 0.15-0.25份、香草醚0.04-0.06份、蜜蜂提取物0.008-0.012份、丙烯酸纳A 0.8-1.2份、丙烯酸纳B 0.8-1.2份、丙烯酸纳C 0.8-1.2份、甘羟铝0.015-0.025份、甘油 25-35份和二氧化钛0.15-0.25份制成。
3.如权利要求2所述的消除眼袋、皱纹的水凝胶,其特征在于:按照重量份计算,主要由丙烯酸纳D 2份、酒石酸 0.05份、明胶1份、水蛭素0.1份、生物活性泥20份、三甲基甘氨酸0.5份、神经酰胺 0.2份、甘草黄酮 0.1份、玫瑰精油0.02份、洋甘菊纯露5份、氮酮1份、交联丙烯酸 0.5份、卵磷脂 1份、维生素E 0.083份、辅酶Q10 0.003份、水杨酸 0.033份、角鲨烯0.2份、聚三梨醇酯-80 0.2份、香草醚0.05份、蜜蜂提取物 0.01份、丙烯酸纳A 1份、丙烯酸纳B 1份、丙烯酸纳C 1份、甘羟铝 0.02份、甘油 30份和二氧化钛 0.2份制成。
4.一种如权利要求1-3中任一项所述的消除眼袋、皱纹的水凝胶的制备方法,其特征在于:
包括以下步骤:
(1)按比例称取丙烯酸纳D、酒石酸、明胶、水蛭素、生物活性泥、三甲基甘氨酸、神经酰胺、甘草黄酮、玫瑰精油和洋甘菊纯露,加入5-7倍量的纯化水,在搅拌条件下溶解,溶解过程中,控制温度在40-45℃,搅拌时间为110-130分钟,得A品;
(2)按比例称取氮酮、交联丙烯酸、卵磷脂、维生素E、辅酶Q10、水杨酸、角鲨烯、聚三梨醇酯-80、甘草黄酮和香草醚,加热至45-55℃后,搅匀,得B品;
(3)脂质体液的制备:向B品中加入A品,利用乳化器,在1000Bar-1500Bar条件下,均值操作,2-3次,得C品;
(4)C品中8-10倍量的纯化水,再加入玫瑰精油,混匀,得D品;
(5)交联:D品中加入蜜蜂提取物 、丙烯酸纳A 、丙烯酸纳B、丙烯酸纳C 、甘羟铝 、甘油和二氧化钛,在70-80转/分钟下连续搅拌8-30min;得E品;
(6)涂布:E品进行涂布,得F品;
(7)晾晒:F品置于室温条件下晾晒18-22h,剪切成眼贴状,入袋,即得。
5.如权利要求4所述的消除眼袋、皱纹的水凝胶的制备方法,其特征在于:包括以下步骤:
(1)按比例称取丙烯酸纳D、酒石酸、明胶、水蛭素、生物活性泥、三甲基甘氨酸、神经酰胺、甘草黄酮、玫瑰精油和洋甘菊纯露,加入6倍量的纯化水,在搅拌条件下溶解,溶解过程中,控制温度在40-45℃,搅拌时间为120分钟,得A品;
(2)按比例称取氮酮、交联丙烯酸、卵磷脂、维生素E、辅酶Q10、水杨酸、角鲨烯、聚三梨醇酯-80、甘草黄酮和香草醚,加热至45-55℃后,搅匀,得B品;

(6)涂布:E品进行涂布,得F品;
(7)晾晒:F品置于室温条件下晾晒20h,剪切成眼贴状,入袋,即得。
