Description

Alcohol-based sunscreen oil and preparation method thereof
Technical Field
The invention belongs to the field of cosmetics, and relates to alcohol-based sunscreen oil and a preparation method thereof.
Background
Ultraviolet rays in sunlight are electromagnetic waves having a wavelength shorter than that of visible light. The ultraviolet rays absorbed by the skin can damage DNA, thereby generating wrinkles, resulting in sunburn, cataract, skin cancer, even vision damage, immune system damage and other diseases. According to different actions of ultraviolet rays on organisms, the ultraviolet rays are medically divided into different wave bands: the wavelength of 320-400nm is the UVA wave band, and ultraviolet rays in the wave band have strong penetrating power and can directly reach the dermis layer of the skin to damage elastic fibers and collagen fibers, so that the skin is tanned and wrinkles are generated; the wavelength of 280-320nm is UVB wave band, ultraviolet rays in the wave band have erythema effect on human bodies, and long-term or excessive irradiation can cause skin to be suntan and cause red swelling and desquamation. In recent years, with the increasing awareness of people about ultraviolet protection, people have attracted public attention to skin sunscreen, and people have increasingly demanded sunscreen cosmetics.
Sunscreen cosmetic is a cosmetic added with sunscreen agent capable of blocking or absorbing ultraviolet rays to prevent skin from suntan and sunburn. Sunscreen cosmetics are various in types, and are generally classified into emulsion type and non-emulsion type in terms of formulation. At present, most of sunscreen products on the market at home are emulsified, and sunscreen cream, sunscreen milk, sunscreen gel and the like are common.
201210377396.2 discloses a nonirritating sunscreen cream and its preparation method, wherein the sunscreen cream contains sunscreen agents and additives, has good compatibility with skin, and has strong ability to resist ultraviolet rays. However, the preparation process of the emulsified sunscreen cream is complex, and firstly, a physical sunscreen agent and a chemical sunscreen agent are required to be fully mixed with grease respectively, and the mixture is pumped into an emulsifying pot after being completely dispersed, and is heated to 80-85 ℃; then completely dissolving water phase materials such as deionized water, butanediol and the like at the temperature of 80-85 ℃, and slowly pumping the materials into an emulsifying pot through a filter screen for emulsification; emulsifying for 30-45min, stopping homogenizing, cooling with circulating water, and vacuum defoaming; and finally, sequentially adding the additive, the preservative and the essence in the cooling process, and discharging. The base of the sunscreen cream is a water phase, so that in order to ensure that the hydrophobic sunscreen agent and the grease are fully dissolved in the deionized water, a complex emulsification process is needed, so that hydrogen bonds of water molecules are connected with oil molecules to form a relatively stable emulsification structure, the stability of the sunscreen cream is maintained, and a sunscreen function is played.
To simplify the manufacturing process of sunscreen creams, 201280016439.2 discloses a sunscreen composition and method comprising an alcohol soluble polymer and a chemical sunscreen agent, the sunscreen composition being made on an ethanol base, avoiding the complex emulsification process, by merely dispersing the UV absorber in ethanol, and adding the silicone and fragrance, and mixing by an overhead mixer until sufficiently dissolved to a clear solution. However, the solubility of the polymer in alcohol groups is low, and the use concentration of the polymer is limited to 0.5 to 7% by weight in order to obtain a clear solution, and even when used in combination with a chemical type sunscreen agent, the sunscreen effect is still weak.
Sunscreen oil is a typical representative of non-emulsified sunscreen products, is popular in European and American areas, and is not favored by consumers at home, because the traditional sunscreen oil is generally an oil agent, has outstanding waterproof and sweat-resistant effects, but has thick and greasy skin feel, which is unacceptable for Asians who seek fresh, moist skin feel.
201010570891.6 discloses a sunscreen oil, which contains dimethyl silicone oil, vaseline, olive oil, benzyl salicylate and peppermint oil, is a non-emulsified sunscreen product, has simple preparation process, good water resistance and easy spreading, but the sunscreen oil components are grease components, are sticky and heavy, have poor water replenishing and moisture retaining properties, and are easy to cause skin pore blockage.
201510947666.2 discloses a refreshing, low irritation sunscreen oil and its preparation method, wherein the sunscreen oil contains polydimethylsiloxane, olive oil, rose hip oil, shea butter, tocopherol acetate, octyl p-methoxycinnamate, menthol anthranilic acid and mint essential oil, however, the refreshing property of the sunscreen oil mainly comes from the refreshing feeling brought by the mint essential oil, and is not a true refreshing and low-sensitivity formula, therefore, the sunscreen oil is also easy to cause the skin pore to be blocked and generate acne.
Therefore, it is very important to develop a sunscreen oil which can prevent sunlight and water and has fresh, moist and skin-moistening feeling.

Sun protection factor (SPF value) and Long-wave ultraviolet protection factor (PFA value) tests
The examples and comparative examples of the present invention were tested for sun protection factor (SPF value) and long wave uv protection factor (PFA value) according to the determination methods of sun protection factor (SPF value) and long wave uv protection factor (PFA value) in the cosmetic safety specification on the 2015 edition.
Sun protection factor (SPF value) determination method: 10 healthy volunteer subjects of 18-60 years old, both male and female, were selected. Selecting 5 points on the back of a subject to be irradiated by ultraviolet rays with different doses, and taking the lowest irradiation dose or the shortest irradiation time for the skin to appear erythema as the minimum erythema dose MED of the normal skin of the subject. The test product was also applied uniformly to the test area of the skin of the subject in an amount of (2.00. + -. 0.05) mg/cm2After waiting for 15-30 minutes, 5 points are irradiated by ultraviolet rays with different doses, and the MED of the skin of the subject under the product protection is determined as the lowest irradiation dose or the shortest irradiation time when the skin of the subject has erythema. The SPF value of the test product to the subject was calculated using the formula:
individual SPF ═ MED of sample protected skin/MED of unprotected skin
Method for measuring long-wave ultraviolet protection index (PFA value): 10 healthy volunteer subjects of 18-60 years old, both male and female, were selected. Selecting an irradiation area on the back of a subject, irradiating the irradiation area with ultraviolet rays with the wavelength of 320-400nm, wherein the minimum ultraviolet irradiation dose or the minimum irradiation time required for the slight blackening to appear on the skin of the whole irradiation part after 2-4 hours of irradiation is the minimum continuous blackening MPPD of the normal skin of the subject. The test product is accurately and uniformly applied to the skin of the subject in an actual use mode, and the dosage is (2.00 +/-0.05) mg/cm2And after waiting for 15-30 minutes, irradiating by using ultraviolet rays with the wavelength of 320-400nm, and taking the minimum ultraviolet irradiation dose or the minimum irradiation time for the skin to be blackened as the MPPD of the skin of the subject under the product protection. The PFA value of the test sample to the subject was calculated using the formula:
individual PFA is MPPD of sample protective skin/MPPD of non protective skin
Test of Water resistance
The examples of the present invention and the comparative examples were subjected to a test for water resistance according to the method for measuring water resistance of sunscreen cosmetics in the cosmetic safety specification of the 2015 edition.
The determination method comprises the following steps: 10 healthy volunteer subjects of 18-60 years old, both male and female, were selected. Applying sunscreen on the tested part of the subject, waiting for 15-30 minutes, allowing the subject to perform moderate activity in water for 20 minutes or rotating the water flow for 20 minutes at moderate degree, allowing the subject to rest for 20 minutes after water outlet, allowing the subject to perform moderate activity in water for 20 minutes, and finishing the activity in water. After the skin was allowed to dry, measurement of SPF value and measurement of PFA value were performed.
Sensory evaluation test
In order to evaluate the effect of the sunscreen oil of the present invention, 20 healthy volunteers were selected for sensory evaluation tests using the inventive and comparative samples as test samples, and the test values indicated the number of volunteers who approved the corresponding products.
The sunscreen properties, water repellency, and feeling of use of the sunscreen oil products in each example and comparative example are shown in table 12.
TABLE 12 sunscreen, Water repellency, and feel of use of sunscreen oils
Figure BDA0001355685600000221
Figure BDA0001355685600000231
From the comparison of examples 1-8, the optimum sunscreen performance is achieved when the sunscreen oil comprises, in weight percent, 19.0% sunscreen agent, 5.0% water repellent agent, 39.0% oil, 10.0% polyol, 0.4% cosmetic additive, and 26.6% ethanol: SPF 33.8, PFA 8.7(PA + + +); best water resistance: compared with the SPF value after bath before bath, the SPF value is only reduced by 11.8 percent, and the SPF value after bath can still reach higher 29.8; good feeling of use: the skin feel is fresh and cool, the smearing is easy, the skin feel is mild and non-irritating, the comfort is good, the overall evaluation is highest in similar products, and 70% of subjects consider that the overall use feeling of the sunscreen oil is good.
Compared with example 1, in comparative example 1, deionized water is used as a solvent, however, because water has poor compatibility with sunscreen agents, waterproofing agents and grease, the oil phase material needs to be dispersed into tiny emulsion droplets in the preparation process, the solubility of the oil phase material in water is increased, and the process is complicated; in addition, the prepared sunscreen product is unstable, is easily separated into an oil layer and a water layer, and needs to be shaken well before use, otherwise, the sunscreen effect cannot be achieved, and the use feeling is poor.
Compared with example 1, the sunscreen oil of comparative example 2 has a further increased ethanol content, requires refreshing property but has poor mildness, can damage skin after use, and has low sunscreen and waterproofing agent content, an SPF value of less than 15, a PFA value of only 1.7(PA +), and poor sunscreen and waterproofing performance; compared with the alcohol phase, the oil phase content in the comparative example 3 is far greater than that of the alcohol phase, the pore is easily blocked to generate acne by using greasiness, and meanwhile, the sun-proof and waterproof performances are poor; comparative example 4 has a ratio of oil to ethanol close to 1:1, but the sunscreen content is too high, which also causes skin damage by direct contact with the skin and is less mild.
In conclusion, compared with the similar sunscreen products, the alcohol-based sunscreen oil prepared by the invention has the following advantages:
(1) the preparation process is simple: ethanol is used as a substrate of the sunscreen oil, and a complex emulsification process is not required during preparation, so that the preparation process of the sunscreen product is simplified;
(2) the sun-screening performance is excellent: by optimizing the addition amount of the sun-screening agent, the SPF value of the prepared sun-screening oil is more than 20 and up to 33.8, the PFA value is more than + + and up to 8.7(PA + + +), the use is safe, and the skin cannot be damaged;
(3) the waterproof performance is excellent: by adding a proper amount of waterproof agent, the SPF value of the prepared sunscreen oil is only slightly reduced before and after bathing, and the SPF value of the sunscreen oil with the optimal formula after bathing can still reach 29.8, which is larger than the SPF value of the sunscreen products of the same type before bathing;
(4) the use feeling is good: more than 50% of the subjects consider the whole use feeling of the sunscreen oil prepared by the invention to be better, and have unusual performances in the aspects of refreshment, smearing, mildness and comfort, for the sunscreen oil product with the optimal formula, 75% of the subjects consider the sunscreen oil product to be fresh and not greasy, 65% of the subjects consider the sunscreen oil product to be convenient to smear, 55% of the subjects consider the sunscreen oil product to be mild and not irritant, and 60% of the subjects consider the sunscreen oil product to be comfortable to use.
The applicant states that the present invention is illustrated in detail by the above examples, but the present invention is not limited to the above detailed methods, i.e. it is not meant that the present invention must rely on the above detailed methods for its implementation. It should be understood by those skilled in the art that any modification of the present invention, equivalent substitutions of the raw materials of the product of the present invention, addition of auxiliary components, selection of specific modes, etc., are within the scope and disclosure of the present invention.
