s2, sterilizing the liquid culture medium for 15min under high pressure, and cooling to obtain a culture medium;
s3, respectively activating the bacillus and the lactic acid bacteria at 31 ℃ for 1.5min, inoculating the bacillus and the lactic acid bacteria into the culture medium obtained in S2 according to the proportion of 3%, and culturing at 31 ℃ and 65r/min until the logarithmic phase;
s4, inoculating the logarithmic phase zymocyte liquid into the residual culture medium prepared in the S2 according to the proportion of 3%, and culturing at 31 ℃ and 120r/min for 6 d;
s5, the pH value of the fermentation liquor reaches 6.8, and the effective viable count reaches 6 x 108Stopping fermentation at CFU/mL, performing centrifugal separation at 6000r/min for 6min, taking out precipitate, and removing supernatant;
s6, adding the precipitate into distilled water with the same amount to obtain a suspension;
s7, mixing the following substances by mass: 40 g of suspension, 10 g of trehalose and 500 g of distilled water, and then filtering and sterilizing to obtain mixed liquor;
s8, taking the fruit and vegetable straw powder after autoclaving, mixing the mixed liquid obtained in S7 with the fruit and vegetable straw powder with the weight of 60g, and then freezing and drying to obtain the finished product T5.
S9, burying 100g of T5 at the roots of the chrysanthemum two weeks before the flowering phase of the chrysanthemum, scoring by 1-10 points according to the vigorous growth degree, withering rate, more brilliant degree and lasting fragrance of the chrysanthemum, and recording the effective ornamental period.

s1, preparing Chinese herbal medicine extracting solution and liquid culture medium: the Chinese herbal medicine extracting solution is prepared by mixing plantain, honeysuckle and purslane with the same mass or mixing liquorice, medlar, angelica and hawthorn with the same mass or mixing plantain, honeysuckle, purslane, liquorice, medlar, angelica and hawthorn with the same mass, then grinding the mixture into medicinal powder, adding water which is submerged in the medicinal powder, boiling the mixture with slow fire, and filtering the mixture to obtain a filtrate to obtain the Chinese herbal medicine extracting solution; the liquid culture medium is composed of the following raw materials in parts by weight: molasses: 3-7 parts of soybean meal: 20-30 parts of corn steep liquor: 40-60 parts of beef extract: 0.5-1.5 parts, sodium acetate: 3.0-8.0 parts of triammonium citrate: 1.0-3.0 parts of dipotassium hydrogen phosphate: 1.0-3.0 parts, magnesium sulfate: 0.1-0.5 parts of manganese sulfate: 0.02-0.18 parts, tween-80: 0.5-1.5 parts of water: 700 portions and 1300 portions;
s2, preparing the Chinese herbal medicine extracting solution and a liquid culture medium according to the weight ratio of 20-30:800-1200, sterilizing at high pressure, and cooling to obtain the culture medium;
s3, respectively activating the bacillus and the lactic acid bacteria at 25-37 ℃ for 1-2min, inoculating the bacillus and the lactic acid bacteria into the culture medium obtained in S2 according to the proportion of 2-4%, and culturing at 25-37 ℃ at 30-100r/min until the logarithmic phase;
s4, inoculating the logarithmic phase zymocyte liquid into the residual culture medium prepared in the S2 according to the proportion of 1-5%, and culturing at 25-37 ℃ for 4-8d at 100-140 r/min;
the pH value of the fermentation liquor of S5 and S4 reaches 6.2-7.2, and the effective viable count reaches 2-10 x 108CFU/mL, stopping fermentation, performing centrifugal separation, taking a precipitate, and removing a supernatant;
s6, adding the precipitate into the Chinese herbal medicine extract with the same amount to obtain a suspension;
s7, mixing the following substances in parts by weight: 30-50 parts of suspension prepared by S6, 5-15 parts of trehalose and 800 parts of water, and then filtering and sterilizing to obtain mixed liquid;
and S8, taking the fruit and vegetable straw powder subjected to autoclaving, mixing the mixed liquid obtained in the step S7 with 30-90 parts by weight of the fruit and vegetable straw powder, and drying to obtain the finished product.
