本发明公开了一种仿冰裂纹高抗刮耐磨涂料及其制备方法,所述涂料由下列重量配比的原料制成:由下列重量配比的原料制成:聚氨酯丙烯酸树脂40份;氨基树脂20份;裂解型引发剂6份;聚醚改性硅氧烷0.5份;滑石粉1.5份;润湿分散剂0.5份、流平剂1.5份、消泡剂1份。所述仿冰裂纹高抗刮耐磨涂料的制备方法如下:包括以下步骤:按预定比例将裂解型引发剂,聚醚改性硅氧烷,滑石粉,润湿分散剂搅拌至完全溶解,再加入聚氨酯丙烯酸树脂,氨基树脂充分搅拌均匀即可。本涂料在干燥过程中自然产生类似于冰裂纹的效果,并貝有极好的防滑,抗刮耐磨性。

本发明涉及一种涂料,特别涉及一种仿冰裂纹高抗刮耐磨涂料及其制备方法。
背景技术
UV光固化涂料是一种以聚氨酯丙烯酸树脂、引发剂为主要成膜物质,活性单体、助剂,溶剂为辅助通过高压汞灯成膜物质的功能型涂料,是目前市面上急需LED冷光源无溶剂UV涂料。
现有的UV光固化涂料,主要用在一些塑料、金属、玻璃等多种器材上,呈现出来的都是平滑的镜面效果,起到保护器件的作用同时,也呈现了良好的装饰效果,但时间一长,审美疲劳,人们也期望有其他新颖效果出现。
发明内容
本发明针对现有技术中存在的缺陷,现提供一种仿冰裂纹高抗刮耐磨涂料及其制备方法,本涂料在干燥过程中自然产生类似于冰裂纹的效果,并貝有极好的防滑,抗刮耐磨性。
为实现上述目的,本发明采用下述技术方案:
一种仿冰裂纹高抗刮耐磨涂料,由下列重量配比的原料制成: 聚氨酯丙烯酸树脂40份;氨基树脂20份;裂解型引发剂6份;聚醚改性硅氧烷0.5份;滑石粉1.5份;润湿分散剂0.5份、流平剂1.5份、消泡剂1份。
所述仿冰裂纹高抗刮耐磨涂料的制备方法如下:包括以下步骤:按预定比例将裂解型引发剂,聚醚改性硅氧烷,滑石粉,润湿分散剂搅拌至完全溶解,再加入聚氨酯丙烯酸树脂,氨基树脂充分搅拌均匀即可。
本发明的有益效果为:本涂料在经过紫外光照射固化后,涂刷件的表面部不会呈现单调的镜面效果,而是开裂并出现裂纹,展现出复杂的冰花图案效果,增加艺术表现力。

下面结合具体实施例对本发明做进一步补充,但不以任何方式限制本发明。
实施例1:
一种仿冰裂纹高抗刮耐磨涂料,由下列重量配比的原料制成: 聚氨酯丙烯酸树脂40份;氨基树脂20份;裂解型引发剂6份;聚醚改性硅氧烷0.5份;滑石粉1.5份;润湿分散剂0.5份、流平剂1.5份、消泡剂1份。
所述仿冰裂纹高抗刮耐磨涂料的制备方法如下:包括以下步骤:按预定比例将裂解型引发剂,聚醚改性硅氧烷,滑石粉,润湿分散剂搅拌至完全溶解,再加入聚氨酯丙烯酸树脂,氨基树脂充分搅拌均匀即可。
本发明的漆膜在干燥过程中自然产生类似于冰裂纹的3D效果,并具有极佳的抗刮耐磨防滑效果。冰花涂料:顾名思义它的视觉效果像冬天的雪花、冰花纹路感,它属于一种美术漆,不同于传统的平面、光面油漆,它在成膜之后,赋予物体特别美观的装饰感。同时具有立体感强、色彩奇异、明亮如镜、遮蔽物面粗糙的作用。冰花漆的漆膜看起来像冬季玻璃窗上凝结的冰花,漆中含有可以交联反应喷涂一道各色颜料的透明漆,使冰使冰花花纹更甲清晰美丽。
适用材质:金属材料,玻璃,耐高温材料。
施工方法:空气喷涂,辊涂,抽涂。
特性:本品为热硬化型压克力有机共聚物;优异的密着性、耐蚀性、耐热性及耐侯性;一般用于工业用耐热、耐侯金属烤漆涂装;不含重金属等有毒物资。
