Abstract

技术领域
本公开总体上涉及用于为手持容器中的可饮用液体通气的通气装置和手持容器中的可饮用液体的通气方法。
背景技术
液体的通气是指环境空气在液体中流通、与液体混合和/或溶解在液体中的过程。通气对于诸如葡萄酒、威士忌酒、清酒、茶或类似的可饮用液体有益。例如,在品酒时,有很多方法用于对酒通气以引起氧化和蒸发,以产生更多酒的香味或酒香,这些方法包括在玻璃杯中使酒旋动(swirl),有时通过改变和集成内部脊(internal ridge)以增强通气,或利用醒酒器以增加酒在环境空气中的暴露,或简单地等待足够的时间使酒呼吸,或使用专门的酒通气装置使环境空气混合入酒中。注入式通气装置的工作原理为文丘里效应和伯努利原理,典型特征为漏斗状或变窄的宽管状。醒酒器顶置式通气装置已经用于通气过程,筛式醒酒器顶置式漏斗也已用于通气过程以及滤出沉淀物。盒装酒和真空密封的酒能够通过使用单个玻璃通气装置来通气,某些玻璃通气装置具有可移动的管口,其可调节为不同大小和形状的酒玻璃容器。
发明内容
尽管上述的通气装置有很多类型,但酒的完全通气趋于花费较长的时间,并且单个通气装置并不适合于所有种类的酒和各类饮用者。不同的饮用者通常希望其喝到的酒的通气程度不同于他人,即使是同一瓶内的酒,并且随着不同的饮用时间调整自己。结果,有时使用多个通气装置,每个装置适合于特定的酒和/或特定的饮用者,这典型地超过大多数饮用者所需或适合于大多数饮用者的情形。此外,带有内部脊的特别改良过的酒杯通常不可使用,尤其是对于不在家中的酒爱好者而言。
因此,有必要提供一种能够快速地完全通气并为各饮用者定制的通用的通气装置,其可用于为各种不同类型的可饮用液体通气而不需要特别改良的酒杯,并且能够容易清洗和重复使用。

具体实施方式
根据本公开的一个特征,用于在例如玻璃杯的手持容器的内部为诸如葡萄酒、威士忌酒、清酒、茶或类似的可饮用液体通气的装置,包括可拆卸地安装于容器的安装位置的通气器。该通气器具有延伸进液体并在安装位置保持与容器侧壁的内表面邻近的通气部分。该通气部分具有在手动旋动容器时用于使液体中出现湍流从而为液体通气的大量搅拌元件。所述通气部分可为多孔的塑料成型构件或多孔的筒状鞘。当手动旋动容器为液体通气时,容器内的液体穿过多孔构件或鞘中的孔流动至容器侧壁的内表面并与之撞击,然后与容器内的环境空气混合。优选地,所述通气部分在饮用液体时保持处在容器内部。
根据本公开的另一个特征,如下地执行为可饮用液体通气的方法,将液体倒入具有侧壁的手持容器内,在所述容器的安装位置可拆卸地安装通气器,将所述通气器的通气部分插入液体中,在安装位置保持所述通气部分与容器的侧壁的内表面邻近,通过大量搅拌元件构造所述通气部分,手动旋动容器使搅拌元件引起液体中出现湍流而为液体通气。
因此,根据本公开,与传统的醒酒器(decanter)相比,可饮用液体可被更加快速地通气。现在,即使是饮用同一来源的液体,每位饮用者也能够定制饮品的通气速度,并且与其它饮用者相比,能够调整自己的饮用。不再像使用传统醒酒器那样,来自同一来源(例如,葡萄酒瓶)的饮品都被同等程度地通气了。在饮用时,这里公开的通气装置典型地会留在个人的玻璃杯中,其间可通过重复手动旋动容器更新通气过程。当饮用者饮用完后,所公开的通气装置可被轻易地卸下并与容器分离且易于清洗,例如,可以手拿着用水冲洗或用洗碗机清洗,并且所公开的通气装置可重复使用。
现在转向附图,图1中的附图标记10整体上指示的是用于手持容器14内的可饮用液体12的通气的装置的一个实施方式。在优选实施方式中,液体12为葡萄酒,容器14为传统的未改变的葡萄酒酒杯,优选地为高脚杯。拟用于本发明的可饮用液体,除了葡萄酒,既可包括含有酒精的液体也可包括不含酒精的液体,例如威士忌、清酒和茶,其他容器可以没有脚。如图1至5中示出的,所述通气装置10可拆卸地安装于容器14,通气装置10包括具有内保持部16和外保持部18的保持件,当通气装置10安装于容器14时,内保持部16位于容器14内部,外保持部18位于容器14外部。所述保持件优选为夹子,但可以为任何类型的保持件,例如卡扣(clasp)或类似的夹持件和固定件,或甚至是完全插入容器14内并通过压在容器14的内周表面上而弹性地保持在容器14中的环状弹性环。
在图1至5的实施方式中,内保持部16和外保持部18具有共同的柔性的、可弯的、可变形的线20(见图2),线20通常由金属材料、塑料材料、塑料涂层金属材料或相似的在弯曲后能够实质上保持形状的材料制成。通气部分优选构造为多孔的柔性的U型的管状鞘22,其安装于内保持部16。线20具有至少部分延伸穿过鞘22的长的相反两端20A和20B。线20的相反两端20A和20B不完全延伸穿过鞘,保留鞘22的较低的部分无支撑且能够自由移动,如图3和图5中虚线示例性所示。鞘22优选为网状织物材料并且具有许多孔24。线20在内保持部16和外保持部18之间具有弯折部26。当装置10安装于容器14时,每个弯折部26位于容器14的边缘28上并支撑于边缘28。
将装置10安装于容器14后,使线20和鞘22变形至大体顺应容器14的侧壁30的内表面32,并至少部分地沿着容器14的侧壁30的内表面32延伸。典型地,在将液体12倒入容器14之前,使线20和鞘22压靠侧壁30。因此,如图3中所示出的,如果是球面弯曲的侧壁30,那么线20和鞘22也类似地被施压并原位变形且球面弯曲成大体上邻近弯曲的侧壁30的内表面32布置,并与之距离一定间隔。外保持部18弹性地紧紧地压靠着侧壁30的外表面34,以将保持件保持在其安装位置。
如图1至2中示出的,内保持部16的线20具有沙漏型的构造,其中一对线部会聚于腰部并从腰部扩散开。外保持部18的线20具有一对可以相连或可以不相连的腿部36。外保持部18优选地具有板40,该板40承载用于吸引注意的例如标识、图形、装饰或广告信息的标记38。
将装置10安装于容器14后,可将液体12倒入容器14至使鞘22至少部分浸入到液体12中的高度。在安装装置10之前容器14内也可装有液体12。为给液体12通气,在图1中箭头A所指的圆周方向上手动旋动容器14。该动作使得容器14内的液体12流动穿过孔24,以撞击侧壁30并破碎,与容器14内的空气混合,并产生气泡42。在这样旋动期间,孔24用作搅拌元件使液体12中出现湍流。鞘22的无支撑的底部也自由移动以充当附加的搅拌器。在饮用液体12时,鞘22优选地保持在容器14内部。在旋动后,内保持部16的沙漏型的线帮助沿着侧壁30的内表面32向下导向液体12。
在饮用时,典型地将所述通气装置10留在容器14的上或内部,其间能够通过重复手动旋动容器14更新通气过程。当饮用者饮用完时,所述通气装置10可容易地从容器14上取下且易于清洗,例如,可以手拿着用水冲洗或用洗碗机清洗,并且所述通气装置可重复使用。
图6至8示出了所述通气装置的另一实施方式,并且类似的附图标记被用于指示类似的部分。替代图1至5的实施方式的两部分式结构,图6至8的实施方式的单件式结构,其包括在安装位置可拆卸地安装于容器14的单个模制塑料的通气器50。通气器50具有在安装位置延伸至液体12中并保持与容器14的侧壁30的内表面32邻近的通气部分52。通气部分52具有许多孔54,当手动旋动容器14为液体12通气时,容器14内的液体12从孔54中流过,并与容器14的侧壁30的内表面32撞击,然后与容器14内的环境空气混合。如前所述,在如此旋动期间,孔54充当搅拌元件用于使液体12中出现湍流。

Claims (10)

2.根据权利要求1所述的装置,其特征在于,所述通气器具有在安装位置夹在所述容器的边缘的夹子部分。
3.根据权利要求2所述的装置,其特征在于,所述夹子部分具有在安装位置沿着并被保持为紧靠着所述容器的侧壁的外表面延伸的延伸部。
4.根据权利要求3所述的装置,其特征在于,该延伸部的标记用于吸引注意。
