一种BCP泵热交换器用导管,包括导管本体、基层、防锈层、耐高温层;所述防锈层位于所述基层内侧,所述耐高温层位于所述基层外侧;所述基层材料为热传导系数高的金属;所述防锈层为铝合金涂层,且所述铝合金涂层厚度为0.2‑0.5mm;所述耐高温层成分及重量份组成为:C:20‑50份,Si:20‑30份,Mn:3‑9份,N:2‑4份,S:2‑4份,CR:1‑3份,Cu:15‑20份,Fe:25‑40份。本发明的有益效果为:(1)本发明中防锈层改善了基层被锈化的现象,同时防锈层的制作工艺简单,安全环保;(2)耐高温层提高了导管外壁对高温循环水的耐热性,延长了导管的使用寿命;(3)耐高温层所用原料成本低,生产工艺简单,同时应用领域广泛。

技术领域
本发明涉及炉水泵领域,具体涉及一种BCP泵热交换器用导管。
背景技术
热交换器,是用来使热量从热流体传递到冷流体,以满足规定的工艺要求的装置,是对流传热及热传导的一种工业应用。现有炉水循环泵技术中的热交换器中用的导管由于经常通入冷却介质,容易造成导管内壁的锈化,同时,由于导管外壁是直接与高温循环水接触,必须要耐高温。
发明内容
本发明的目的是为了克服现有技术中的不足,提供一种BCP泵热交换器用导管,解决了现有技术存在的问题。
为解决上述技术问题,本发明的技术方案为:
一种BCP泵热交换器用导管,包括导管本体、基层、防锈层、耐高温层;所述防锈层位于所述基层内侧,所述耐高温层位于所述基层外侧;所述基层材料为热传导系数高的金属;所述防锈层为铝合金涂层,且所述铝合金涂层厚度为0.2-0.5mm;所述耐高温层成分及重量份组成为: C :20-50份,Si :20-30份,Mn :3-9份,N :2-4份,S :2-4份,CR :1-3 份,Cu :15-20 份,Fe :25-40份。
优选地,所述基层材料为铜、铝、铁。
优选地,所述铝合金涂层成分及质量比为铝粉75%-80%、锌粉5%-8%、镍粉2%-4%、粘结剂2%-4%、分散剂3%-7%。
优选地,所述铝合金涂层的制作方法为:(1)将所述配方量的铝粉、锌粉、镍粉、粘结剂和分散剂经混合、研磨、高速分散后制成浆料;(2)将所得浆料经高温均匀喷涂在所述基层表面,形成所述防锈层。
本发明的有益效果为:(1)本发明中防锈层改善了基层被锈化的现象,同时防锈层的制作工艺简单,安全环保;(2)耐高温层提高了导管外壁对高温循环水的耐热性,延长了导管的使用寿命;(3)耐高温层所用原料成本低,生产工艺简单,同时应用领域广泛。

如附图1所示,一种BCP泵热交换器用导管,包括导管本体100、基层102、防锈层101、耐高温层103;所述防锈层101位于所述基层102内侧,所述耐高温层103位于所述基层102外侧;所述基层102材料为热传导系数高的金属;所述耐高温层103成分及重量份组成为: C :20-50份,Si :20-30份,Mn :3-9份,N :2-4份,S :2-4份,CR :1-3 份,Cu :15-20 份,Fe :25-40份。所述耐高温层103的设计提高了导管外壁对高温循环水的耐热性,延长了所述导管本体100的使用寿命,避免了长期高温导致的所述导管本体100变形。
所述基层102材料可以为铜、铝、铁等热传导系数高的金属材料,但不局限于这些材料,可以根据实际需要来选择材料的类型。
所述防锈层101为铝合金涂层,所述铝合金涂层成分及质量比为铝粉75%-80%、锌粉5%-8%、镍粉2%-4%、粘结剂2%-4%、分散剂3%-7%。其中所述铝合金涂层的制作方法为:(1)将所述配方量的铝粉、锌粉、镍粉、粘结剂和分散剂经混合、研磨、高速分散后制成浆料;(2)将所得浆料经高温均匀喷涂在所述基层102表面,形成所述防锈层,且喷涂之后所述铝合金涂层厚度为0.2-0.5mm。所述防锈层101改善了基层被锈化的现象。

1.一种BCP泵热交换器用导管,其特征在于:包括导管本体、基层、防锈层、耐高温层;所述防锈层位于所述基层内侧,所述耐高温层位于所述基层外侧;所述基层材料为热传导系数高的金属;所述防锈层为铝合金涂层,且所述铝合金涂层厚度为0.2-0.5mm;所述耐高温层成分及重量份组成为: C :20-50份,Si :20-30份,Mn :3-9份,N :2-4份,S :2-4份,CR :1-3 份,Cu :15-20 份,Fe :25-40份。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种BCP泵热交换器用导管,其特征在于:所述基层材料为铜、铝、铁。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种BCP泵热交换器用导管,其特征在于:所述铝合金涂层成分及质量比为铝粉75%-80%、锌粉5%-8%、镍粉2%-4%、粘结剂2%-4%、分散剂3%-7%。
