Abstract
本发明属于化纤助剂技术领域,尤其涉及一种化纤用助剂。本发明所述的化纤用助剂,配方简单,科学合理,各组分协同增效,添加纳米二氧化钛和纳米银颗粒相结合,同时增加苦楝树叶提取液,经过处理的化纤具备了防螨抗菌的作用,使用时分解能力强,耐碱性和渗透性能好,经处理后的化纤制品品质好。

本发明属于化纤助剂技术领域,尤其涉及一种化纤用助剂。
背景技术
随着化纤产品的更新换代,现有化纤行业中采用的前处理剂存在分解能力不好,渗透性能差,对纤维损伤大,得到的化纤成品白度不够等技术问题,得到的化纤织物成品质量不好。
发明内容
发明目的:为了克服以上问题,本发明的目的是提供一种化纤用助剂。
技术方案:本发明的一个目的在于提供一种化纤用助剂,包括以下重量份的组分:除油剂10-20份、退浆剂12-18份、纳米二氧化钛6-10份、纳米银颗粒6-8份、淀粉酶2-4份、荧光增白剂10-20份、渗透剂 6-10份、苦楝树叶提取液10-20份、竹醋液10-20份、分散剂15-25份。
优选地,所述的化纤用助剂,包括以下重量份的组分:除油剂15份、退浆剂15份、纳米二氧化钛8份、纳米银颗粒7份、淀粉酶3份、荧光增白剂15份、渗透剂8份、苦楝树叶提取液15份、竹醋液15份、分散剂20份。
优选地,所述的除油剂为除油剂Goon901、除油剂Goon105或除油剂Goon206的一种。购于东莞市嘉宏有机硅科技有限公司。
优选地,所述的荧光增白剂为荧光增白剂4BK、荧光增白剂BA-267、荧光增白剂MST、荧光增白剂OB-1、荧光增白剂WS或荧光增白剂CPS-A中的一种或多种。
优选地,所述的退浆剂为退浆剂MD DSB或者退浆剂MCH中的一种。
优选地,所述的淀粉酶为中温α-淀粉酶。
优选地,所述的分散剂为螯合分散剂F-129。
优选地,所述的渗透剂为耐碱渗透剂AEP98或者耐碱渗透剂JFC中的一种。
优选地,所述的苦楝树叶提取液为苦楝树叶粉碎后加入6-8倍的水煎煮25-30min后滤去叶渣取上清液即得。

实施例1
一种化纤用助剂,包括以下重量份的组分:除油剂10份、退浆剂12份、纳米二氧化钛6份、纳米银颗粒6份、淀粉酶2份、荧光增白剂10份、渗透剂 6份、苦楝树叶提取液10份、竹醋液10份、分散剂15份。
所述的除油剂为除油剂Goon105。购于东莞市嘉宏有机硅科技有限公司。
所述的荧光增白剂为荧光增白剂OB-1。
所述的退浆剂为退浆剂MD DSB。
所述的淀粉酶为中温α-淀粉酶。
所述的分散剂为螯合分散剂F-129。
所述的渗透剂为耐碱渗透剂JFC。
所述的苦楝树叶提取液为苦楝树叶粉碎后加入6倍的水煎煮25min后滤去叶渣取上清液即得。

所述的荧光增白剂为荧光增白剂CPS-A。
所述的退浆剂为退浆剂MCH。
所述的淀粉酶为中温α-淀粉酶。
所述的分散剂为螯合分散剂F-129。
所述的渗透剂为耐碱渗透剂AEP98。
所述的苦楝树叶提取液为苦楝树叶粉碎后加入8倍的水煎煮30min后滤去叶渣取上清液即得。
实施例3
一种化纤用助剂,包括以下重量份的组分:除油剂15份、退浆剂15份、纳米二氧化钛8份、纳米银颗粒7份、淀粉酶3份、荧光增白剂15份、渗透剂8份、苦楝树叶提取液15份、竹醋液15份、分散剂20份。
所述的除油剂为除油剂Goon206。购于东莞市嘉宏有机硅科技有限公司。
所述的荧光增白剂为荧光增白剂4BK、荧光增白剂BA-267、荧光增白剂MST、荧光增白剂OB-1、荧光增白剂WS、荧光增白剂CPS-A按照重量比1:1:1:1:1:1比例混合而成。
所述的退浆剂为退浆剂MD DSB。
所述的淀粉酶为中温α-淀粉酶。
所述的分散剂为螯合分散剂F-129。
所述的渗透剂为耐碱渗透剂AEP98。
所述的苦楝树叶提取液为苦楝树叶粉碎后加入7倍的水煎煮28min后滤去叶渣取上清液即得。

1.一种化纤用助剂,其特征在于:包括以下重量份的组分:除油剂10-20份、退浆剂12-18份、纳米二氧化钛6-10份、纳米银颗粒6-8份、淀粉酶2-4份、荧光增白剂10-20份、渗透剂6-10份、苦楝树叶提取液10-20份、竹醋液10-20份、分散剂15-25份。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种化纤用助剂,其特征在于:包括以下重量份的组分:除油剂15份、退浆剂15份、纳米二氧化钛8份、纳米银颗粒7份、淀粉酶3份、荧光增白剂15份、渗透剂8份、苦楝树叶提取液15份、竹醋液15份、分散剂20份。
3.根据权利要求1或2所述的一种化纤用助剂,其特征在于:所述的除油剂为除油剂Goon901、除油剂Goon105或除油剂Goon206的一种。
4.根据权利要求1或2所述的一种化纤用助剂,其特征在于:所述的荧光增白剂为荧光增白剂4BK、荧光增白剂BA-267、荧光增白剂MST、荧光增白剂OB-1、荧光增白剂WS或荧光增白剂CPS-A中的一种或多种。
5.根据权利要求1或2所述的一种化纤用助剂,其特征在于:所述的退浆剂为退浆剂MDDSB或者退浆剂MCH中的一种。
6.根据权利要求1或2所述的一种化纤用助剂,其特征在于:所述的淀粉酶为中温α-淀粉酶。
7.根据权利要求1或2所述的一种化纤用助剂,其特征在于:所述的分散剂为螯合分散剂F-129。
8.根据权利要求1或2所述的一种化纤用助剂,其特征在于:所述的渗透剂为耐碱渗透剂AEP98或者耐碱渗透剂JFC中的一种。
9.根据权利要求1或2所述的一种化纤用助剂,其特征在于:所述的苦楝树叶提取液为苦楝树叶粉碎后加入6-8倍的水煎煮25-30min后滤去叶渣取上清液即得。
