一种竹纤维面料染色剂,由如下重量份数的原料制成:
天然染料100-110份、秸秆灰12-17份、棕榈蜡10-15份、葡萄糖苷10-15份、海泡石粉8-12份、十二烷基二甲基甜菜碱6-10份、二甲基二烯丙基氯化铵6-10份、纳米硅微粉5-8份、苏打粉4-6份、抗菌剂3-5份、异氰酸酯3-5份、稀土2-3份、亚麻籽油10-15份、乙二醇乙醚15-20份、水250-300份;
其制备方法如下:
(1)将天然染料、秸秆灰和纳米硅微粉加入水中,混合均匀后浸泡15min,然后于微波频率2450MHz、功率600W下微波处理10min,即得物料I;
(2)向海泡石粉中加入棕榈蜡和亚麻籽油,加热至80-90℃混合15min,待物料冷却至室温后再加入苏打粉和乙二醇乙醚,混合均匀即得物料II;
(3)向物料I中加入葡萄糖苷、十二烷基二甲基甜菜碱和二甲基二烯丙基氯化铵,混合物于超声频率40kHz、功率50W下超声处理30min,然后加入物料II、抗菌剂、异氰酸酯和稀土,充分混合均匀即可。
所述抗菌剂由如下重量份数的原料制成:银杏叶15份、樒树叶15份、臭椿叶12份、樟脑叶10份、花椒叶8份、松针茶6份、葡萄籽5份、雷公藤5份、桉叶油3份、沸石粉10份、羧甲基壳聚糖8份、纳米氧化铜2份、纳米二氧化钛2份,其制备方法为:(1)先将沸石粉和纳米氧化铜加入3倍重量乙醇中,先于超声频率40kHz、功率50W下超声处理20min,再于微波频率2450MHz、功率600W下微波处理10min,过滤,所得滤饼经真空干燥后粉碎成粉末,然后加入羧甲基壳聚糖和纳米二氧化钛,混合均匀即得粉料I;(2)将银杏叶、樟脑叶、松针茶、葡萄籽和雷公藤加入5倍重量水中,加热至沸腾状态保温1h,再将处理液与樒树叶、臭椿叶和花椒叶加入磨浆机中,经充分磨浆后过滤,滤液送入冷冻干燥机,所得固体经粉碎机制成粉末,即得粉料II;(3)将粉料I、粉料II和桉叶油充分混合均匀即可。

实施例1
抗菌剂的制备:
(1)先将10份沸石粉和2份纳米氧化铜加入3倍重量乙醇中,先于超声频率40kHz、功率50W下超声处理20min,再于微波频率2450MHz、功率600W下微波处理10min,过滤,所得滤饼经真空干燥后粉碎成粉末,然后加入8份羧甲基壳聚糖和2份纳米二氧化钛,混合均匀即得粉料I;
(2)将15份银杏叶、10份樟脑叶、6份松针茶、5份葡萄籽和5份雷公藤加入5倍重量水中,加热至沸腾状态保温1h,再将处理液与15份樒树叶、12份臭椿叶和8份花椒叶加入磨浆机中,经充分磨浆后过滤,滤液送入冷冻干燥机,所得固体经粉碎机制成粉末,即得粉料II;
(3)将粉料I、粉料II和3份桉叶油充分混合均匀即可。
实施例2
(1)将100份天然染料、15份秸秆灰和5份纳米硅微粉加入250份水中,混合均匀后浸泡15min,然后于微波频率2450MHz、功率600W下微波处理10min,即得物料I;
(2)向8份海泡石粉中加入15份棕榈蜡和10份亚麻籽油,加热至80-90℃混合15min,待物料冷却至室温后再加入4份苏打粉和15份乙二醇乙醚,混合均匀即得物料II;

天然染料100-110份、秸秆灰12-17份、棕榈蜡10-15份、葡萄糖苷10-15份、海泡石粉8-12份、十二烷基二甲基甜菜碱6-10份、二甲基二烯丙基氯化铵6-10份、纳米硅微粉5-8份、苏打粉4-6份、抗菌剂3-5份、异氰酸酯3-5份、稀土2-3份、亚麻籽油10-15份、乙二醇乙醚15-20份、水250-300份;
其制备方法如下:
(1)将天然染料、秸秆灰和纳米硅微粉加入水中,混合均匀后浸泡15min,然后于微波频率2450MHz、功率600W下微波处理10min,即得物料I;
(2)向海泡石粉中加入棕榈蜡和亚麻籽油,加热至80-90℃混合15min,待物料冷却至室温后再加入苏打粉和乙二醇乙醚,混合均匀即得物料II;
(3)向物料I中加入葡萄糖苷、十二烷基二甲基甜菜碱和二甲基二烯丙基氯化铵,混合物于超声频率40kHz、功率50W下超声处理30min,然后加入物料II、抗菌剂、异氰酸酯和稀土,充分混合均匀即可。
2.根据权利要求1所述的竹纤维面料染色剂,其特征在于,所述抗菌剂由如下重量份数的原料制成:银杏叶15份、樒树叶15份、臭椿叶12份、樟脑叶10份、花椒叶8份、松针茶6份、葡萄籽5份、雷公藤5份、桉叶油3份、沸石粉10份、羧甲基壳聚糖8份、纳米氧化铜2份、纳米二氧化钛2份,其制备方法为:(1)先将沸石粉和纳米氧化铜加入3倍重量乙醇中,先于超声频率40kHz、功率50W下超声处理20min,再于微波频率2450MHz、功率600W下微波处理10min,过滤,所得滤饼经真空干燥后粉碎成粉末,然后加入羧甲基壳聚糖和纳米二氧化钛,混合均匀即得粉料I;(2)将银杏叶、樟脑叶、松针茶、葡萄籽和雷公藤加入5倍重量水中,加热至沸腾状态保温1h,再将处理液与樒树叶、臭椿叶和花椒叶加入磨浆机中,经充分磨浆后过滤,滤液送入冷冻干燥机,所得固体经粉碎机制成粉末,即得粉料II;(3)将粉料I、粉料II和桉叶油充分混合均匀即可。
