本发明公开了一种木棉纤维/PVC的复合材料,由塑料、木棉纤维、碳酸钙粒子、高龄土粒子和各种助剂组成,各组分的重量配比为:塑料51~61%,木棉纤维11~16%,碳酸钙粒子5~6%,高龄土粒子3~4%,相容剂5~9%,润滑剂5~8%,增韧剂2~4%;进一步改进在于:木棉纤维采用三嗪偶联剂处理。本发明能规模化利用木棉纤维,也保护环境;具有较高抗拉、抗冲击性能,制造成本低。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种高分子复合材料,特别是一种PVC复合材料。
背景技术
在过去的几十年里,由木质材料(如木粉、纤维素纤维等)和农作物原料(如黄麻、稻壳、亚麻、大麻等)所组成的天然有机填料已经开始渗透热塑性饰面材料市场。天然植物纤维(Natural Vegetable Fibers,NVF)是世界上储藏最为丰富的资源,在自然界中每年生长存在的NVF中纤维素的总量可以高达千亿吨,远远超过了地球上现存的石油总储量。但天然植物纤维未形成规模化利用,木棉纤维就是其中的一种,大量木棉纤维被废弃,不但造成资源浪费,也造成了严重的环境污染。
发明内容
本发明针对现有技术的不足,提出一种能规模化利用木棉纤维的木棉纤维/PVC的复合材料。
本发明通过下述技术方案实现技术目标。
木棉纤维/PVC的复合材料,其改进之处在于:由塑料、木棉纤维、碳酸钙粒子、高龄土粒子和各种助剂组成,各组分的重量配比为:塑料51~61%,木棉纤维11~16%,碳酸钙粒子5~6%,高龄土粒子3~4%,相容剂5~9%,润滑剂5~8%,增韧剂2~4%。
进一步改进在于:所述木棉纤维采用三嗪偶联剂处理。
本发明与现有技术相比,具有以下积极效果:
1、能规模化利用木棉纤维,也保护环境。
2、加入碳酸钙粒子、高龄土粒子,提高本发明抗拉、抗冲击性能;加入碳酸钙粒子降低制造成本。
3、木棉纤维采用三嗪偶联剂处理,促进木棉纤维与PVC溶合。

下面结合实施例对本发明作进一步说明。

1.一种木棉纤维/PVC的复合材料,其特征在于:由塑料、木棉纤维、碳酸钙粒子、高龄土粒子和各种助剂组成,各组分的重量配比为:塑料51~61%,木棉纤维11~16%,碳酸钙粒子5~6%,高龄土粒子3~4%,相容剂5~9%,润滑剂5~8%,增韧剂2~4%。
2.根据权利要求1所述木棉纤维/PVC的复合材料,其特征在于:所述木棉纤维采用三嗪偶联剂处理。
