Abstract
本发明公开了一种木塑复合材料制备工艺:(1)将不同比例(35~65%)的桑枝纤维与再生塑料粒子以及界面相容剂进行高速/低速混合;(2)加入到双阶(双螺杆/单螺杆)混炼机组中进行挤出造粒,得到木塑复合材料母粒;(3)经干燥后,按相应的ASTM标准进行注塑成型。采用本发明,可实用桑枝纤维的规模化利用。
Description
技术领域
本发明涉及一种复合材料制备工艺,特别是一种木塑复合材料制备工艺。
背景技术
在过去的几十年里,由木质材料(如木粉、纤维素纤维等)和农作物原料(如黄麻、稻壳、亚麻、大麻等)所组成的天然有机填料已经开始渗透热塑性饰面材料市场。天然植物纤维(Natural Vegetable Fibers,NVF)是世界上储藏最为丰富的资源,在自然界中每年生长存在的NVF中纤维素的总量可以高达千亿吨,远远超过了地球上现存的石油总储量。但天然植物纤维未形成规模化利用,桑枝纤维就是其中的一种,大量桑枝纤维被废弃,不但造成资源浪费,也造成了严重的环境污染。
发明内容
本发明针对现有技术的不足,提出一种能规模化利用桑枝纤维的木塑复合材料制备工艺。
本发明通过下述技术方案实现技术目标。
木塑复合材料制备工艺,其改进之处在于:
(1)将不同比例(35~65%)的桑枝纤维与再生塑料粒子以及界面相容剂进行高速/低速混合;
(2)加入到双阶(双螺杆/单螺杆)混炼机组中进行挤出造粒,得到木塑复合材料母粒;
(3)经干燥后,按相应的ASTM标准进行注塑成型。
本发明与现有技术相比,具有以下积极效果:能规模化利用桑枝纤维。

下面结合实施例对本发明作进一步说明。
实施例:
木塑复合材料制备工艺;
(1)将不同比例(35~65%)的桑枝纤维与再生塑料粒子以及界面相容剂进行高速/低速混合;
(2)加入到双阶(双螺杆/单螺杆)混炼机组中进行挤出造粒,得到木塑复合材料母粒;
(3)经干燥后,按相应的ASTM标准进行注塑成型。

1.一种木塑复合材料制备工艺,其特征在于:(1)将不同比例(35~65%)的桑枝纤维与再生塑料粒子以及界面相容剂进行高速/低速混合;(2)加入到双阶(双螺杆/单螺杆)混炼机组中进行挤出造粒,得到木塑复合材料母粒;(3)经干燥后,按相应的ASTM标准进行注塑成型。
