Abstract

本发明公开了一种添加花生壳的复合材料,由废塑料、花生壳和各种助剂组成,各组分的重量配比为:废塑料56~65%,花生壳12~18%,相容剂5~9%,润滑剂5~8%,增韧剂2~4%;进一步改进在于:花生壳采用甲基丙烯酸甲脂(MMA)包覆处理。本发明能规模化利用花生壳、废塑料,并具有较好的力学性能。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种高分子复合材料,特别是一种PVC复合材料。
背景技术
在过去的几十年里,由木质材料(如木粉、纤维素纤维等)和农作物原料(如黄麻、稻壳、亚麻、大麻等)所组成的天然有机填料已经开始渗透热塑性饰面材料市场。天然植物纤维(Natural Vegetable Fibers,NVF)是世界上储藏最为丰富的资源,在自然界中每年生长存在的NVF中纤维素的总量可以高达千亿吨,远远超过了地球上现存的石油总储量。但天然植物纤维未形成规模化利用,花生壳就是其中的一种,大量花生壳被废弃,不但造成资源浪费,也造成了严重的环境污染。
发明内容
本发明针对现有技术的不足,提出一种能规模化利用花生壳的添加花生壳的复合材料。
本发明通过下述技术方案实现技术目标。
添加花生壳的复合材料,其改进之处在于:由废塑料、花生壳和各种助剂组成,各组分的重量配比为:废塑料56~65%,花生壳12~18%,相容剂5~9%,润滑剂5~8%,增韧剂2~4%。
进一步改进在于:所述花生壳采用甲基丙烯酸甲脂(MMA)包覆处理。
本发明与现有技术相比,具有以下积极效果:
1、能规模化利用花生壳。
2、采用废塑料,变废为宝,减少环境污染。
3、花生壳采用甲基丙烯酸甲脂(MMA)包覆处理,保持纤维形状,提高本发明力学性能。

实施例:
添加花生壳的复合材料,由废塑料、花生壳和各种助剂组成,各组分的重量配比为:废塑料56~65%,花生壳12~18%,相容剂5~9%,润滑剂5~8%,增韧剂2~4%。
本实施例中,花生壳采用甲基丙烯酸甲脂(MMA)包覆处理。

1.一种添加花生壳的复合材料,其特征在于:由废塑料、花生壳和各种助剂组成,各组分的重量配比为:废塑料56~65%,花生壳12~18%,相容剂5~9%,润滑剂5~8%,增韧剂2~4%。
2.根据权利要求1所述的添加花生壳的复合材料,其特征在于:所述花生壳采用甲基丙烯酸甲脂(MMA)包覆处理。
