Abstract
本发明公开了一种治疗痔疮的外用膏药及其制作方法。它是以茶油、冰片、凡士林、地榆、地黄、当归、赤芍、大黄、没药和薄荷脑为原料制成。本发明的提供一种具有消炎止血和镇痛功效的治疗痔疮的外用膏药及其制备方法，其使用方便、起效快速、疗效显著且费用低廉。
Description
技术领域
本发明属于医用配置品技术技术领域，特别是一种治疗痔疮的外用膏药及其制作方法。
背景技术
痔疮是一种常见的多发病性肛肠疾病，痔疮是直肠末端粘膜下和肛管皮肤下静脉丛发生扩张和屈曲所形成的柔软静脉团块，主要临床表现为便血、疼痛、水肿、坠胀、瘙痒、分泌物增多和脱出等症状，有关研究表明，我国痔疮的发病率约为46%，有些地区成人中多达 70%，欧美、日本数据调查的发病率约为40%-60%。许多患者因痔疮而出现便血、脱出和疼痛等症状，严重影响了生活、工作和学习，所以有良好效果的痔疮治疗药物的开发具有重要的意义。
目前治疗痔疮的方法主要有药物治疗和手术结扎。手术结扎具有痛苦大，安全系数低，费用高，伤口愈合时间长等缺点，大多数患者都不愿接受；而现有的药物主要有抗生素类以及止血药，往往只能减轻症状，治标难治本，复发可能性大，时间久了经常会恶化；而且患者所花的时间和资金成本较高。
发明内容
本发明的目的，是提供一种治疗痔疮的外用膏药及其制作方法。本发明提供一种具有消炎止血和镇痛功效的治疗痔疮的外用膏药及其制备方法，其使用方便、起效快速、疗效显著且费用低廉。
本发明是这样实现的。一种治疗痔疮的外用膏药，它是以下述重量配比的原料制成，
茶油10-50份、冰片1-4份、凡士林60-100份、地榆10-20份、地黄5-9份、当归3-8份、赤芍6-12份、大黄5-15份、没药2-8份和薄荷脑1-5份。
更优的是，前述的治疗痔疮的外用膏药中，它是以下述重量配比的原料制成，
茶油20-40份、冰片1.5-3份、凡士林70-90份、地榆12-18份、地黄6-8份、当归4-7份、赤芍8-10份、大黄8-12份、没药3-6份和薄荷脑2-4份。
最优的是，前述的治疗痔疮的外用膏药中，它是以下述重量配比的原料制成，
茶油30份、冰片2份、凡士林80份、地榆15份、地黄7份、当归5份、赤芍9份、大黄10份、没药5份和薄荷脑3份。
前述的治疗痔疮的外用膏药的制作方法，按下述步骤制作；
a、按组方量称取各原料，将地榆、地黄、当归、赤芍、大黄、没药混合，加入8倍混合量的水，煎煮3小时，滤过，滤渣再加入6倍量混合量的水进行二次煎煮，煎煮1小时，滤过，合并两次煎煮液，浓缩至在60℃测相对密度为1.2，得浸膏，即A品；
b、将冰片、薄荷脑研磨成过150-200目筛网的细末，得B品；
c、将B品加入到A品中混合，加入茶油和凡士林后，以常规方法制得。
本发明中所用的原料药的药性如下：
冰片：性味，辛苦，凉；归经，入心经、肺经；功能，通诸窍，散郁火，去翳明目，消肿止痛；主治，治中风口噤，热病神昏，惊痫痰迷，气闭耳聋，喉痹，口疮，中耳炎，痈肿，痔疮，目亦翳膜，蛲虫病。
地榆：味苦，酸，性寒，无毒，入肝，肺，肾，大肠经，凉血止血，清热解毒，消肿敛疮，主治吐血，咯血，衄血，尿血，便血，痔血，血痢，崩漏，疮痈肿痛，湿疹，阴痒；别录》载： “止脓血，诸痿，恶疮，消酒，除消渴，补绝伤，产后内塞，可作金疮膏，主内漏不止，血不足。”现代医学研究证实，地榆含有大量鞣质，有较强的收敛性，能收缩血管，降低血管的通透性，减少炎性渗出，同时还有明显的杀菌作用，能对抗绿脓杆菌感染。
地黄：性凉，味甘苦，具有滋阴补肾，养血补血，凉血的功效；凡阴虚血虚肾虚者食之，颇有益处；此外，地黄有强心利尿、解热消炎、促进血液凝固和降低血糖的作用。
当归：补血，活血，调经止痛，润燥滑肠，主血虚诸证，月经不调，经闭，痛经，症瘕结聚，崩漏，虚寒腹痛，痿痹，肌肤麻木，肠燥便难，赤痢后重，痈疽疮疡，跌扑损伤。
赤芍：苦，微寒，归肝经，清热凉血，散瘀止痛，用于热入营血，温毒发斑，吐血衄血，目赤肿痛，肝郁胁痛，经闭痛经，瘾瘕腹痛，跌扑损伤，痈肿疮疡。
大黄：苦，寒；归脾、胃、大肠、肝、心包经；泻下攻积，清热泻火，凉血解毒，逐瘀通经，利湿退黄，用于实热积滞便秘，血热吐衄，目赤咽肿，痈肿疔疮，肠痈腹痛，瘀血经闭，产后瘀阻，跌打损伤，湿热痢疾，黄疸尿赤，淋证，水肿；外治烧烫伤，酒大黄善清上焦血分热毒；用于目赤咽肿，齿龈肿痛；熟大黄泻下力缓，泻火解毒，用于火毒疮疡，大黄炭凉血化瘀止血，用于血热有瘀出血症。
没药：主治胸腹瘀痛、痛经、经闭、症瘕、跌打损伤、痈肿疮疡、肠痈、目赤肿痛；没药对治疗伤口、皮肤炎效果很好，对支气管炎，咳嗽，细菌感染都有帮助，有活血止痛、消肿生肌等功效。
薄荷脑：系由薄荷的叶和茎中所提取，白色晶体，为薄荷和欧薄荷精油中的主要成分，在医药上用作刺激药，作用于皮肤或粘膜，有清凉止痒作用；内服可作为驱风药，用于头痛及鼻、咽、喉炎症等；在医药上用作刺激药，作用于皮肤或粘膜，有清凉止痒作用；内服可作为驱风药，用于头痛及鼻，咽，喉炎症等。
凡士林：用于保持皮肤湿润，使伤口部位的皮肤组织保持最佳状态，加速了皮肤自身的修复能力。
茶油：具有活血化瘀的功效，能消红、退肿的功效。
典型病例：
病例1：方某，男，痔疮、肛周2个痔核，小指顶尖大小，红肿疼痛，大便正常；使用本发明的膏药后，当天疼轻，痔核皱缩，5天之后痔核基本消失。
病例2：赵某，女，痔疮及肛裂，肛周3个痔核，大拇指顶大小，大便硬结，便时肛裂出血，如淋射，疼痛难忍，不能正常走路，不敢正坐；使用本发明的膏药后，当天疼痛减缓，大便硬结缓解，5天之后大便松软，疼痛明显减轻，痔核开始皱缩，便血明显减少，持续用7天后各症状基本消除，痔核消除大半，坚持外用2个周，痔核完全平复，症状消除。
病例3：焉某，女，痔疮，肛周1个赘肉状痔核，肛周潮湿，疼痛，大便时疼痛明显加重，便秘，使用本发明的膏药后，当天见效，痛减，次日痔核开始变软皱缩，连续使用3天后大便时已无痛感，连续使用一周后，痔核基本平复消失。
病例4：牟某，男，痔疮，内痔、外痔混合发生，时有嵌顿，曾做1次手术切除，大便略有失禁，现又发病内痔如指顶尖大小，常大便后嵌顿，不能回纳，外痔3个，肛周红肿潮湿，疼痛难忍，不能正常坐立行走；适用本发明的膏药3天后，来告知疼减，肛周肿胀感减轻，潮湿感减轻，连续使用7天后，外痔开始逐渐消失，继续使用2周后内痔外痔已全部消除，无嵌顿，不红肿，不潮湿，以前大小便失禁的现象也没再出现，随访一年，均告正常。
与现有技术比较，本发明的外用膏药中，茶油、地榆、大黄、地黄、当归和赤芍的共同起到凉血止血，清热解毒、消肿敛疮之功效，没药和薄荷脑起到止痛、清凉止痒的作用；冰片具有芳香止痉的作用；各组分协同作用，内用能有效改善人体内血液生化环境，达到清热解毒，活血消瘀，通便凉血，止血消肿的效果；外用能够抑制患处菌群繁殖、溶解痔核内局部血栓，从而达到快速消除痔疮症状；凡士林能够润肤、加速皮肤修复能力；本发明的配方不仅具有消炎止血和镇痛的功效，其使用方便、起效快速、费用低廉且疗效显著。
具体实施方式
实施例1。一种治疗痔疮的外用膏药，它是以下述重量配比的原料制成，
茶油30g、冰片2g、凡士林80g、地榆15g、地黄7g、当归5g、赤芍9g、大黄10g、没药5g和薄荷脑3g。
所述的治疗痔疮的外用膏药的制作方法，按下述步骤制作；
a、按组方量称取各原料，将地榆、地黄、当归、赤芍、大黄、没药混合，加入8倍混合量的水，煎煮3小时，滤过，滤渣再加入6倍量混合量的水进行二次煎煮，煎煮1小时，滤过，合并两次煎煮液，浓缩至在60℃测相对密度为1.2，得浸膏，即A品；
b、将冰片、薄荷脑研磨成过150-200目筛网的细末，得B品；
c、将B品加入到A品中混合，加入茶油和凡士林后，以常规方法制得。
实施例2。一种治疗痔疮的外用膏药，它是以下述重量配比的原料制成，
茶油20g、冰片1.5g、凡士林70g、地榆12g、地黄6g、当归4g、赤芍8g、大黄8g、没药3g和薄荷脑2g。
所述的治疗痔疮的外用膏药的制作方法，按下述步骤制作；
a、按组方量称取各原料，将地榆、地黄、当归、赤芍、大黄、没药混合，加入8倍混合量的水，煎煮3小时，滤过，滤渣再加入6倍量混合量的水进行二次煎煮，煎煮1小时，滤过，合并两次煎煮液，浓缩至在60℃测相对密度为1.2，得浸膏，即A品；
b、将冰片、薄荷脑研磨成过150-200目筛网的细末，得B品；
c、将B品加入到A品中混合，加入茶油和凡士林后，以常规方法制得。
实施例3。一种治疗痔疮的外用膏药，它是以下述重量配比的原料制成，
茶油40g、冰片3g、凡士林90g、地榆18g、地黄8g、当归7g、赤芍10g、大黄12g、没药6g和薄荷脑4g。
所述的治疗痔疮的外用膏药的制作方法，按下述步骤制作；
a、按组方量称取各原料，将地榆、地黄、当归、赤芍、大黄、没药混合，加入8倍混合量的水，煎煮3小时，滤过，滤渣再加入6倍量混合量的水进行二次煎煮，煎煮1小时，滤过，合并两次煎煮液，浓缩至在60℃测相对密度为1.2，得浸膏，即A品；
b、将冰片、薄荷脑研磨成过150-200目筛网的细末，得B品；
c、将B品加入到A品中混合，加入茶油和凡士林后，以常规方法制得。
实施例4。一种治疗痔疮的外用膏药，它是以下述重量配比的原料制成，
茶油10g、冰片1g、凡士林60g、地榆10g、地黄5g、当归3g、赤芍6g、大黄5g、没药2g和薄荷脑1g。
所述的治疗痔疮的外用膏药的制作方法，按下述步骤制作；
a、按组方量称取各原料，将地榆、地黄、当归、赤芍、大黄、没药混合，加入8倍混合量的水，煎煮3小时，滤过，滤渣再加入6倍量混合量的水进行二次煎煮，煎煮1小时，滤过，合并两次煎煮液，浓缩至在60℃测相对密度为1.2，得浸膏，即A品；
b、将冰片、薄荷脑研磨成过150-200目筛网的细末，得B品；
c、将B品加入到A品中混合，加入茶油和凡士林后，以常规方法制得。
实施例5。一种治疗痔疮的外用膏药，它是以下述重量配比的原料制成，
茶油50g、冰片4g、凡士林100g、地榆20g、地黄9g、当归8g、赤芍12g、大黄15g、没药8g和薄荷脑5g。
所述的治疗痔疮的外用膏药的制作方法，按下述步骤制作；
a、按组方量称取各原料，将地榆、地黄、当归、赤芍、大黄、没药混合，加入8倍混合量的水，煎煮3小时，滤过，滤渣再加入6倍量混合量的水进行二次煎煮，煎煮1小时，滤过，合并两次煎煮液，浓缩至在60℃测相对密度为1.2，得浸膏，即A品；
b、将冰片、薄荷脑研磨成过150-200目筛网的细末，得B品；
c、将B品加入到A品中混合，加入茶油和凡士林后，以常规方法制得。
实施例6。一种治疗痔疮的外用膏药，它是以下述重量配比的原料制成，
茶油32g、冰片2.5g、凡士林85g、地榆16g、地黄6.5g、当归5.5g、赤芍9.5g、大黄8.5g、没药4.5g和薄荷脑3.5g。
所述的治疗痔疮的外用膏药的制作方法，按下述步骤制作；
a、按组方量称取各原料，将地榆、地黄、当归、赤芍、大黄、没药混合，加入8倍混合量的水，煎煮3小时，滤过，滤渣再加入6倍量混合量的水进行二次煎煮，煎煮1小时，滤过，合并两次煎煮液，浓缩至在60℃测相对密度为1.2，得浸膏，即A品；
b、将冰片、薄荷脑研磨成过150-200目筛网的细末，得B品；
c、将B品加入到A品中混合，加入茶油和凡士林后，以常规方法制得。
Claims (4)
1.一种治疗痔疮的外用膏药，其特征在于：它是以下述重量配比的原料制成，
茶油10-50份、冰片1-4份、凡士林60-100份、地榆10-20份、地黄5-9份、当归3-8份、赤芍6-12份、大黄5-15份、没药2-8份和薄荷脑1-5份。
2.根据权利要求1所述的治疗痔疮的外用膏药，其特征在于：它是以下述重量配比的原料制成，
茶油20-40份、冰片1.5-3份、凡士林70-90份、地榆12-18份、地黄6-8份、当归4-7份、赤芍8-10份、大黄8-12份、没药3-6份和薄荷脑2-4份。
3.根据权利要求2所述的治疗痔疮的外用膏药，其特征在于：它是以下述重量配比的原料制成，

4.如权利要求1、2或3所述的治疗痔疮的外用膏药的制作方法，其特征在于：按下述步骤制作；
a、按组方量称取各原料，将地榆、地黄、当归、赤芍、大黄、没药混合，加入8倍混合量的水，煎煮3小时，滤过，滤渣再加入6倍量混合量的水进行二次煎煮，煎煮1小时，滤过，合并两次煎煮液，浓缩至在60℃测相对密度为1.2，得浸膏，即A品；
b、将冰片、薄荷脑研磨成过150-200目筛网的细末，得B品；
c、将B品加入到A品中混合，加入茶油和凡士林后，以常规方法制得。
