本发明属于保健食品加工技术领域,具体涉及一种红豆薏米粥及其制备方法。
背景技术
目前,人们在生活和工作的过程中,由于不良的作息习惯和饮食习惯,很容易引起体内湿气过重,并且一到夏天,人们都喜欢吃凉的东西,喝冷的啤酒,使体内的湿气沉淀更加严重,影响人们的健康,中医大多采用拔罐、刮痧和吃中药调理的方法解决体内的湿气,但是拔罐和刮痧需要到指定的地方和指定的场所进行,吃中药调理则需要熬制中药,非常麻烦;因此,为解决人们体内湿气的问题,开发一种制作方便且驱除湿气效果好的红豆薏米粥很有必要。
发明内容
本发明的目的是为了克服现有技术的不足,而提供一种制作方便且驱除湿气效果好的红豆薏米粥。
本发明的目的是这样实现的:一种红豆薏米粥及其制备方法,是由以下重量份的原料制成:薏米70-90、红豆70-90、赤小豆40-50、山药15-20、生姜8-10、茯苓2-4、白术8-10、荷叶1张、适量水。
所述山药为淮山药。
所述茯苓为茯苓粉。
所述的一种红豆薏米粥及其制备方法,包括以下步骤:
(1)将红豆、赤小豆和薏米清洗干净,并放置在碗内浸泡三个小时;
(2)将荷叶、白术和生姜放置在锅内,并加入适量的水,小火慢煮半个小时;
(3)将步骤(2)内的水经过滤倒置于砂锅内,并将步骤(1)中经浸泡后的红豆、赤小豆和薏米加入砂锅内,大火再次将水煮沸,然后,加入淮山药和茯苓粉,小火熬制半个小时,即可。

赤小豆:功效:具有增强机体免疫力,除湿,解毒,消肿,降血脂,降血压。
淮山药:功效:具有健脾益胃,滋肾益精,降低血糖。
生姜:功效:具有发散、止吐、止咳。
茯苓:功效:具有提高人体免疫力,利水消肿,宁心安神,健脾胃。
白术:功效:具有补脾,益胃。
荷叶:功效:具有消暑利湿,健脾生阳,清热。
本发明的优点是提供了一种红豆薏米粥,通过在水中加入白术、生姜和荷叶,经熬制而成的药剂过滤,然后加入薏米、红豆、赤小豆、茯苓粉和淮山药熬制而成,利用白术、生姜、荷叶、赤小豆、茯苓粉和淮山药的健脾胃、提高免疫力、除湿等功效,配合薏米和红豆利水消肿和利湿的效果,达到驱除人体内湿气的目的,本发明具有制作方便且驱除湿气效果好的优点。

实施例:一种红豆薏米粥及其制备方法,其特征在于是由以下重量份的原料制成:薏米80克、红豆80克、赤小豆45克、淮山药15克、生姜9克、茯苓粉3克、白术8克、荷叶1张、适量水。

(1)将红豆、赤小豆和薏米清洗干净,并放置在碗内浸泡三个小时;
(2)将荷叶、白术和生姜放置在锅内,并加入适量的水,小火慢煮半个小时;

3.根据权利要求1所述的一种红豆薏米粥及其制备方法,其特征在于:所述茯苓为茯苓粉。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一种红豆薏米粥及其制备方法,其特征在于包括以下步骤:
(1)将红豆、赤小豆和薏米清洗干净,并放置在碗内浸泡三个小时;
(2)将荷叶、白术和生姜放置在锅内,并加入适量的水,小火慢煮半个小时;
(3)将步骤(2)内的水经过滤倒置于砂锅内,并将步骤(1)中经浸泡后的红豆、赤小豆和薏米加入砂锅内,大火再次将水煮沸,然后,加入淮山药和茯苓粉,小火熬制半个小时,即可。
