Description

从包装材料管开始形成可灌注的食品用的多个密封包装的形 成组件和方法
技术领域
本发明涉及一种从包装材料管开始形成用于可灌注食品的多个密封包装的形成组件和方法。
背景技术
如所已知的,许多液体食品或者可灌注食品(诸如果汁、UHT(超高温处理的)奶、酒、番茄酱等)在由经灭菌的包装材料制成的包装中出售。
一个典型的例子是称为Tetra Brik Aseptic(注册商标)的液体或可灌注食品的平行六面体状包装,其通过折叠和密封层压条包装材料制成。包装材料具有多层结构,其包括基底层(例如,纸层),基底层两侧用热封塑料材料(例如,聚乙烯)覆盖。在诸如UHT奶之类的长期存储产品的无菌包装的情况下,包装材料还包括氧阻隔材料层(例如,铝箔),其叠加在热封塑料材料层上,然后进而用形成最后接触食品的包装内表面的另一热封塑料材料层覆盖。

更详细地,当第一钳口和相应的第二钳口在操作分支的下游沿着返回分支相对于链式输送机的前进方向移动时,它们首先彼此远离,并且接着相互朝向对方移动。
当每个第一钳口沿着操作分支与相应的第二钳口配合时,相应的密封元件与相应的相对密封元件配合,以在相应的横截面处对管进行热密封。
此外,当每个第一钳口与相应的第二钳口配合时,抽出相应的切割元件以在横截面处切割所形成的密封包装,以形成相应的密封包装。
每个第一钳口和第二钳口还包括相应的形成半壳,它们相对于相应的密封元件或相对密封元件铰接,以便控制在形成中的相应的包装的体积。
每个第一钳口和相应的第二钳口的半壳在以下位置之间循环移动:
-打开位置,在该打开位置,它们与管分离;和
-闭合位置,在该闭合位置,它们接触管并将管的在两个连续的密封部分之间的部分折叠,以限定和控制正在形成的包装的体积。

最后,包装单元包括布置在管的相应侧上的成对的固定凸轮组件。
凸轮组件以滚动方式与由第一钳口和第二钳口承载的相应辊配合。
凸轮组件的轮廓被设计成沿着相应的返回分支和操作分支移动第一钳口和第二钳口,并且确保由第一钳口和第二钳口所呈现的相应位置之间的最平滑过渡,以便防止材料上的不必要的应力。
凸轮组件被设定形状以便在管的形成完成之后,所述半壳在它们平行于管的前进方向移动时从关闭位置移动到打开位置。
以这种方式,切割和密封的包装在重力作用下落到出口输送机上,出口输送机在包装单元的下部区域中并且沿着管的前进方向布置。
虽然整体表现出色,但所述类型的包装单元仍然有进一步改进的空间。
特别地,申请人已经发现,存在风险,即形成的包装的包装材料有可能粘附在用于形成紧邻的在形成中的上游包装的包装材料中,从而在两个连续包装之间形成连接桥。
因此,存在重力作用不能确保包装的适当的、可重复和精确的分离以及因此不能将包装运输到出口输送机这样的风险。
业界认为,有必要改善包装分离的可重复性和精确度,并因此改善将所形成的包装朝向出口输送机运送的可重复性和精确度。
发明内容
因此,本发明的目的是提供一种从包装材料管开始形成用于可灌注食品的多个密封包装的形成组件,从而满足上述需求中的至少一个。
根据本发明,提供了一种如权利要求1所述的从包装材料管开始形成用于可灌注食品的多个密封包装的形成组件。
本发明还涉及一种如权利要求10所述的从包装材料管开始形成用于可灌注食品的多个密封包装的方法。

参考图1至图7,数字1表示作为整体的包装单元,其用于从片状包装材料管2生产诸如巴氏消毒奶或果汁之类的可灌注食品的密封包装3。
包装材料具有多层结构(未示出),并且包括纤维材料层,通常为纸,该纤维材料层两侧覆盖有相应的热封塑料材料层,例如,聚乙烯。
在无菌包装用于诸如UHT奶之类的长期存储产品的情况下,包装材料还包括阻气且阻光材料层,例如,铝箔或乙烯乙烯醇(EVOH)膜,其叠加在热封塑料材料层上,然后进而用形成最后接触食品的包装内表面的另一热封塑料材料层覆盖。

-第二休闲位置,在该位置,密封元件(22b)或相对密封元件(22a)中的所述一个与所述管(2)或所形成的所述包装(3)分离;
所述步骤ix)包括以下步骤:
x)沿着所述第二部分(32b)和所述第一部分(34b)将密封元件(22b)或相对密封元件(22a)中的所述一个布置在所述第二休闲位置中;以及
xi)沿着所述第三部分(33b)将密封元件(22b)或相对密封元件(22a)中的所述一个布置在所述第二操作位置。
15.根据权利要求11所述的方法,其特征在于包括以下步骤:
xii)将所形成的所述包装(3)从所述第一半壳(21b,21b')直接排出到排出输送机(11)上,所述排出输送机(11)布置在所述端部(36b)处并且在所述端部(36b)处与所述初始部分(35b)相切。
16.根据权利要求11所述的方法,其特征在于包括以下步骤:
xiii)沿着环形的附加的路径(P)移动由附加的形成组件(10a)载运的附加的输送装置(14a,15a,14a'),按照所述第一输送装置(14b,15b,14b')的前进方向行进,所述环形的附加路径(P)进而包括:
-附加的操作分支(P1),其具有平行于所述前进方向(A)的主延伸方向;和
-附加的返回分支(P2),其进而包括紧邻所述附加的操作分支(P1)的下游设置并且横向于所述前进方向(A)延伸的初始部分(35a);
所述附加的输送装置(14a,15a,14a')进而包括:
-密封元件(22b)或相对密封元件(22a)中的另一个;和
-第二半壳(21a,21a');
所述步骤xiii)包括以下步骤:
xiv)使所述第二半壳(21a)沿着所述附加的操作分支(P1)在以下位置之间移动:
