Abstract

技术领域
本发明涉及使用燃烧系统的废气对生物废弃物进行消毒的方法,以及用于执行该方法的装置。
背景技术
在新兴工业化国家和第三世界国家,生物废弃物由于受到细菌和微生物的污染,经常对地下水构成威胁。因此,本发明的目的是提供一种简单的生物废弃物消毒方法,该方法可以在没有太多技术努力的情况下进行,并提供用于执行该方法的装置。
发明内容
所述目的可以通过权利要求1和8的技术特征来达成。
具体实施方式
在一个或多个可关闭的消毒腔室内装载填充在敞开的容器中的生物废弃物。将消毒腔室关闭,并将热废气(80℃至140℃)引导通过该消毒腔室,直到生物废弃物中的细菌和微生物死亡为止。
根据本发明有利的设计,也可以额外地或替代地通过流体回路,将燃烧系统的废热引入到至少一个所述消毒腔室中。这种对生物废弃物加热的方式也可以杀死细菌和微生物。
经过消毒的生物废弃物就不会成为疾病的来源和地下水污染的来源。本发明适用于不属人口密集的地区,例如在第三世界国家、新兴工业化国家或独处的岛屿。本发明的系统可以配置成固定式的系统,也可以形成移动式的系统。
如果腔室内温度过高,可以将废气直接导入烟囱。这种切换控制可以自动或手动执行。
通过使用含有二氧化碳的废气,惰化所述腔室,可以保护腔室,防止发生爆炸。在生物废弃物发酵期间所逸出的爆炸性气体(CH4)不会与氧气接触,并通过废气的流动,将爆炸性气体冲提出腔室外。
生物废弃物是装填在废弃物桶/容器中装载到腔室内–所处理的并非松散的废弃物。不需要使用轮式装载机或其他机器。
不须为了提供更佳的热传导而额外添加水分。废弃物的保留期间可适应需要而调整。
用来装载废弃物的腔室在开放时不会逸出废气。在打开腔室前以空气冲洗。以CO/CO2警报器防止工人暴露于有毒气体或可能发生窒息的氛围中。
由于在腔室中引入热,处理过后的生物废弃物具有较高的干燥物质含量,并且经过稍微干燥,可以提高运输便利性。这些特性在道路状况困难的地区特别有利。
经过消毒后,可将该生物废弃物送至堆肥,进行发酵,或直接用于改良土壤。
系统没有可动部件。会移动的只有废弃物容器。
通过使用废气,可以提高能源系统的整体效率。
替代方案:
废气也可从以下的系统提供:
-生物物质气化热电联产机组(CHP)。
-天然气热电联产机组(CHP),柴油发动机和发电机组。
-加热器或其他燃烧系统。
所使用的是残余热,温度高于70℃,并为和低氧含量的气体,用于惰化和冲洗。
腔室:
-可为完整的容器或在内部分成数个部份的容器。
-位在其他地方或舱室的腔室。
每个腔室包含:
-废气供应管线。
-任选的另外的热源,例如。CHP的冷却用水。
-可靠的废气排放设备,例如通过烟囱。
-相对于其他腔室形成密封。
-安全措施,用以防止未经许可的人员进入腔室和/或防止人员暴露在有毒气体和可能发生窒息的氛围中:至少提供具有闪光和嗡鸣警报器的CO/CO2警报装置;可能包含“请关闭门扇”的警示灯号。
其他与生物废弃物有关的废气使用方法的选择:用来干燥物品。
图1是一张例示用的构造图,显示本发明的装置。该装置在标准容器3中具有两个消毒腔室1,2。用于消毒生物废弃物4的废气7和废热8是由用于气化木材的装置5以及与该装置5一起操作的CHP 6所提供。
Claims (14)
1.一种使用燃烧系统的废气对生物废弃物进行消毒的方法,包括以下步骤:
将生物废弃物引入至少一个消毒腔室;
引导燃烧系统的热废气流过所述消毒腔室,直到生物废弃物中包含的细菌和微生物因废气中的温度和毒性而死灭;和/或
通过流体回路引导燃烧系统的废热印入所述至少一个消毒腔室。
2.根据权利要求1的方法,其特征在于,所述至少一个消毒腔室在消毒完成后开启之前,用新鲜空气冲洗。
3.根据权利要求1或2的方法,其特征在于,所述燃烧系统的热废气在供给到所述至少一个消毒腔室之前,被冷却到80℃到140℃的范围内的温度,特别是90℃到130℃的范围内的温度。
4.根据前述权利要求中任一项的方法,其特征在于,待消毒的生物废弃物是在敞开的容器中被引入所述至少一个消毒腔室中。
5.根据前述权利要求中任一项的方法,其特征在于,提供至少两个消毒腔室,并在分批操作模式中操作。
6.根据前述权利要求中任一项的方法,其特征在于,所述至少一个消毒腔室是配置为可移动的腔室。
7.根据前述权利要求中任一项的方法,其特征在于,持续热废气的流动和/或引入废热,直到所述生物废弃物达到预定的干燥状态为止。
8.一种用于使用燃烧系统的废气对生物废弃物进行消毒的装置,特别是用于执行根据前述权利要求中任一项的方法的装置,包括:
至少一个消毒腔室,具有可关闭的开口,用于引入待消毒的生物废弃物和移除生物废弃物,以及废气入口和废气出口。
9.根据权利要求8的装置,其特征在于,在所述至少一个消毒腔室中设置有热交换器,用于经由流体回路将热量引入所述消毒腔室。
10.根据权利要求9的装置,其特征在于,所述流体回路连接到燃烧系统的冷却回路。
11.根据前述权利要求8至10中任一项的装置,其特征在于,所述至少一个消毒腔室包括新鲜空气供给装置。
12.根据前述权利要求8至11中任一项的装置,其特征在于,所述燃烧系统是热电联产机组(CHP),内燃机或燃烧加热器。
13.根据前述权利要求8至12中任一项的装置,其特征在于,有两个消毒腔室在标准容器中彼此相邻布置。
14.根据前述权利要求8至13中任一项的装置,其特征在于,所述燃烧系统位于标准容器中。
