在图3至图5的实施方式中,按钮6将被按压插入整个管2,以便从管2充分地排出添加剂。如图4的放大图所示,各贯通开口10的上端均具有较小的直径。在开始时,未启动位置的各管2的上端被压入贯通开口10的上端。当管2的所述上端被置于具有较小直径的贯通开口10的部分31中时,各按钮6均具有略大于管2的上端的内径的外径。当按钮6被启动时,按钮6将在贯通开口10中向下按压管2。当管的上端已经离开具有较小直径的开口10的部分31时,管2将向外舒张。具有较小直径的贯通开口2的部分31的距离对应于止动环22和管2的下边缘之间的距离。当管2已经离开具有较小直径的开口10的部分31时,各按钮6的外径稍小于管2的内径。借助于该布置,在管2的上端离开具有较小直径的开口10的部分31而向外舒张的同时,按钮6将向下按压管2直到止动环22碰撞开口10的下端处的边缘23。然后按钮6将继续在现在处于停止状态的管2内向下运动。
本领域技术人员认识到,按钮6和相应的管2之间的、首先向下推动管2然后使按钮6在管2内继续的配置可以以不同的方式实现。在替代实施方式中,按钮看起来有些像注射器,按钮的下部具有比管的外径大的外径,用于向下按压管直到管的止动环碰撞贯通开口的下边缘。“注射器”的第二部分配置成可相对于第一部分轴向移动并且将向下进入管中。在这种情况下,不需要贯通开口在上端处的较小直径。在另一替代实施方式中,管2在其整个长度上具有相同的内径。由此,膜被置于管2的上端处。破坏所述膜所需的力大于破坏下箔4所需的力。当按钮6被启动时,按钮6将首先在不破坏膜的情况下压在膜上,在储存器1内将管2向下推动,由此按钮6的尖下端15将破坏下箔4。当借助于止动环22阻止管2向下运动时,按钮6的尖下端15将破坏膜并在管2内继续向下运动。
如果待释放的是多于一个剂量的添加剂,则按下与期望的剂量相对应的多个按钮6。
在已经释放相对应的管2中的添加剂之后,按钮5保持在下降的位置中。因此,容易确定储存器1中剩下多少剂量。仅计算在未启动位置中的按钮5的数量即可。
在图6和图7的实施方式中,多剂量供给装置包括安装有环形状的启动部24的储存器1。启动部24具有按钮26和用于启动部24的保护罩25的中央支撑件27。启动部24的各按钮26的轴向长度与之前说明的实施方式相比相对短。以与之前说明的启动部5相同的方式,在一些实施方式中,中央支撑件27具有管形状用于输送流体。这种具有管形状的支撑件27置于储存器1的没有管的贯通开口10上方的位置。在一些实施方式中没有支撑件,其中用于输送流体的管道能够直接插入储存器的没有管的贯通开口10中。
图6和图7的实施方式旨在借助于重力释放添加剂。依据添加剂的诸如颗粒尺寸和油脂度的粘稠度,以及管2的诸如内径和截面形状的特征,重力可能不足以使添加剂从管2中释放。具有相对长的按钮6的前述实施方式旨在用于这种添加剂。
在图6和图7的实施方式中,按钮26也具有尖下端,以穿过储存器1的上箔3。因此,当按钮26被启动时,其将穿过上箔3并且按压置于按钮26下方的管2通过储存器1的下箔4。管2将被向下按压直到止动环22碰撞开口10的边缘23。然后管2内的添加剂将通过重力被释放。本实施方式的按钮26不旨在进入整个相对应的管2。
对于具有没有管的中央贯通开口的储存器1或者使用管形状的支撑件7、支撑件27的储存器1,在添加剂被释放之后或之前,可以经由所述开口或管形状的支撑件7、27将热或冷的流体输送到瓶19中。然后穿透上箔3、下箔4将管道插入贯通开口中。然后经由所述管道将流体给送到瓶19。还可以借助于适当的工具破坏在贯通开口的相反的两端处的上箔3、下箔4,然后经由贯通开口将流体向下引导到瓶19中。能够经由没有例如与婴儿配方奶粉、咖啡、茶或任意其它添加剂相关的管的这种中央贯通开口来提供热或冷的流体。
当添加剂已经被释放时,将适配器17和多剂量供给装置从瓶19移除。适配器17可以重复使用。
如上所述,根据本发明的多剂量供给装置的储存器可以用于不同类型的添加剂。在图8中示出了咖啡机28。咖啡机28仅作为自动冲泡机的一个示例示出。与之前说明的储存器相对应的储存器29置于咖啡机28中。在这种情况下,这种自动冲泡机形成多剂量供给装置的启动部。因此,自动冲泡机将具有破坏储存器1的上箔3并将管2向下推动以破坏储存器的下箔4的构件。破坏上箔3并将管2向下推动的构件由自动冲泡机控制或由使用者手动控制。以与图5的实施方式相对应的方式,适配器17置于储存器1的下端和瓶19的上端之间。借助于冲泡机28的管道32可以将诸如热水的流体直接分配到瓶19。管道32被接收在储存器1的没有管的中央通孔10中。借助于管道32破坏储存器1的上箔3、下箔4。还可以借助于适当的工具破坏在贯通开口10的相反的两端处的上箔3、下箔4,然后经由贯通开口10将流体向下引导到瓶19中。在输送流体之前或输送流体之后或与输送流体同时,从储存器1的一个或多个管2输送流体的添加剂。流体和添加剂的输送顺序取决于添加剂和流体的类型。本领域的技术人员认识到,这种冲泡机可以用于除咖啡或茶之外的其它添加剂。
在自动冲泡机中,可以通过管2直接供给水。由此,通过用于输送水的管道或诸如一个或多个针的独立的尖部件,储存器的上箔3被冲泡机破坏。然后管2的运动将通过水的压力来实现。借助于所述水的压力,管2的尖下端14将破坏下箔4。为了阻止诸如咖啡的添加剂从管2被释放,可以在管2的底部放置网筛。管2的运动将通过止动环22和贯通开口10的边缘23之间的配合停止。下端处具有网筛的管2主要用于咖啡或茶。
启动部5和适配器17可以重复使用。因此,当之前的储存器1已清空时,消费者购买具有填充的管2的储存器1就够了。
储存器1可以与安装的启动部5、24一起固定到支架,在这种情况下,将诸如供给瓶的瓶直接保持在储存器1的下方可能就够了。本领域的技术人员认识到这种支架可以具有许多不同的设计。储存器1和启动部5、24以诸如螺钉或卡扣紧固件的任意合适的方式安装到支架。

Claims (20)

1.一种多剂量供给装置,其用于释放一个或多个剂量的添加剂,其特征在于,所述多剂量供给装置包括具有多个贯通开口(10)的储存器(1),各所述贯通开口(10)均接收管(2),所述管(2)在两端处开口并且均包含一剂量的添加剂,所述贯通开口(10)和所述管(2)在所述储存器(1)的相反的两端之间沿轴向延伸,所述管(2)以能够在相应的贯通开口(10)内沿轴向移动的方式配置,上箔(3)和下箔(4)粘附到所述储存器(1)的相反的两端,并且所述管(2)的两端被布置成分别与所述上箔(3)和所述下箔(4)抵接,或者所述管(2)的两端被布置成分别与所述上箔(3)和所述下箔(4)相邻,所述装置还包括启动部(5,24),各所述管(2)均具有用于穿透所述下箔(4)的尖下端(14),并且所述启动部(5,24)具有破坏所述上箔(3)的构件。
2.根据权利要求1所述的装置,其特征在于,所述启动部(5,24)具有按钮(6,26),并且所述按钮(6,26)被布置成用于控制各个管(2)的轴向位置,并且各按钮(6,26)均具有用于穿透所述上箔(3)的尖下端(15)。
3.根据权利要求2所述的装置,其特征在于,各按钮(6,26)被配置成将所述储存器(1)的管(2)从未启动位置移动到启动位置,以释放所述管(2)的一剂量的添加剂,各管(2)均具有外止动环(22),所述外止动环(22)与相对应的贯通开口(10)的下端处的边缘(23)配合以限定所述管(2)的启动位置。
4.根据权利要求3所述的装置,其特征在于,所述按钮(6,26)配置于所述启动部(5,24)的贯通开口中,所述按钮(6,26)在未启动位置中从所述启动部(5,24)向上突出,并且当所述启动部(5,24)安装到所述储存器(1)并且所述按钮(6,26)在所述未启动位置中时,各按钮(6,26)的所述尖下端(15)抵接所述上箔(3),或者各按钮(6,26)的所述尖下端(15)被置于与所述上箔(3)相邻的位置。
5.根据权利要求3所述的装置,其特征在于,各按钮(26)均在相对应的所述管(2)内继续移动,各贯通开口(10)的上端具有比所述贯通开口(10)的剩余部分的直径小的直径,在所述未启动位置中各管(2)的上端被按压到所述贯通开口(10)的所述上端中,并且在所述启动位置中,借助于所述按钮(6,26)将所述管(2)的上端从所述贯通开口(10)的上端按压出,由此所述管(2)的上端将向外舒张。
6.根据权利要求1所述的装置,其特征在于,所述上箔(3)和所述下箔(4)分别具有便于由所述按钮(6)和管(2)穿透的弱化区域,并且所述上箔(3)和所述下箔(4)粘附到所述储存器(1)的在相应的相反的两端处的实心部(16)。
7.根据权利要求1所述的装置,其特征在于,所述储存器(1)具有将所述储存器(1)连接到适配器(17)的构件,并且所述适配器(17)将被安装到容器。
8.根据权利要求7所述的装置,其特征在于,所述储存器(1)和所述适配器(17)借助于配合的槽(12)和突出部彼此连接。
9.根据权利要求1所述的装置,其特征在于,所述启动部(5,24)借助于所述启动部(5,24)和所述储存器(1)的配合脊(11,13)保持在所述储存器(1)处。
10.根据前述权利要求中任一项所述的装置,其特征在于,所述装置用于婴儿配方奶粉。
11.根据权利要求1所述的装置,其特征在于,所述启动部由自动冲泡机形成。
12.根据前述权利要求中任一项所述的装置,其特征在于,另一贯通开口配置于所述储存器(1)以输送流体。
13.根据权利要求12所述的装置,其特征在于,管道被置于用于输送所述流体的所述另一贯通开口内。
14.根据权利要求11至13中任一项所述的装置,其特征在于,一个或多个管(2)在下端处具有筛网。
15.根据权利要求14所述的装置,其特征在于,所述管(2)借助于所述管(2)中接收的流体的压力移动。
16.一种多剂量供给装置的储存器(1),其特征在于,所述储存器(1)具有多个贯通开口(10),所述贯通开口(10)均接收管(2),所述管(2)在两端开口并且填充有一剂量的添加剂,贯通开口(10)和管(2)在所述储存器(1)的相反的两端之间沿轴向延伸,所述管(2)以能够在相应的贯通开口(10)内沿轴向移动的方式配置,上箔(3)和下箔(4)粘附到所述储存器(1)的相反的两端,并且所述管(2)的两端被布置成分别与所述上箔(3)和所述下箔(4)抵接,或者所述管(2)的两端被布置成分别与所述上箔(3)和所述下箔(4)相邻。
17.根据权利要求16所述的储存器,其特征在于,所述储存器具有没有管的另一贯通开口。
18.根据权利要求16或17所述的储存器,其特征在于,所述储存器(1)由在外表面具有保护层的塑料材料制成,所述保护层是塑料层或诸如铝层的金属层。
19.根据权利要求16至18中任一项所述的储存器,其特征在于,所述储存器(1)由在内侧具有保护层的硬纸板制成。
20.根据权利要求16至19中任一项所述的储存器,其特征在于,各管(2)均被金属化。
