技术领域
本发明涉及一种琉璃用防火涂料。
背景技术
琉璃制品最早起源于二千多年前西周时代,琉璃与金银、玉翠、陶瓷、青铜并称为中国的五大名器,琉璃还是佛家七宝之一。中国琉璃是中国古代文化与现代文化的完美结合,其流光溢彩、变幻瑰丽,是东方人的精致、细腻、含蓄体现,是思想情感与艺术的融会。
琉璃与我们所常见的玻璃虽然看起来基本相同,但其实它们有着本质的区别。首先是玻璃的原料是二氧化硅,琉璃是氧化铅。其次是玻璃有不同的色彩,但不能混合。唯有琉璃可以有多种颜色混成,且通透如故。明澈的琉璃寄托了人们的美好心愿。
防火涂料是用于可燃性基材表面,能降低被涂材料表面的可燃性、阻滞火灾的迅速蔓延,用以提高被涂材料耐火极限的一种特种涂料。对于琉璃产品,涂刷防火涂料是提高其安全性的一种简单手段,但是防火涂料也有它的耐火极限,超过耐火极限以后,被保护的物体表面还是会着火的。
发明内容
针对上述问题,本发明提供一种琉璃用防火涂料,提高琉璃的耐火极限,保证使用更安全。

一种琉璃用防火涂料,其特征在于,包括如下组分及质量份数:
中油度亚麻油醇酸树脂:20-22份;
增稠剂:3-4份;
二聚甘油:8-13份;
磷酸三甲酚酯:12-15份;
光稳定剂:2-5份;
熟石灰:5-9份;
汉沙黄:10-14份;
锑酸钙:20-25份;
胡萝卜素:2-4份;
三聚氰胺:5-7份;
环己酮:6-8份;
钛白粉:22-36份;
酚类抗氧剂:2-5份。
