本发明公开了一种碳化硅纤维电缆料及其制备方法,包括以下按重量份数计的原料:有机硅改性丙烯酸酯30‑50份、环氧树脂35‑45份、二苯甲酸酯20‑30份、苯乙烯5‑15份、800#石蜡基橡胶油10‑20份、季戊四醇9‑15份、氯化聚乙烯10‑20份、乙烯‑辛烯共聚物弹性体10‑20份、碳化硅纤维8‑12份、活性氧化镁4‑8份、活性氧化锌4‑8份、碳酸钙6‑12份、微晶蜡3‑7份、增塑剂1‑5份、阻燃剂1‑5份、抗氧剂1‑5份和稳定剂1‑3份。其制备方法是将原料通过粉碎、感应热处理、混炼、造粒等步骤制得本发明的电缆料。本发明的碳化硅纤维电缆料制备简单,阻燃性能优异,防水耐腐蚀性俱佳,不易老化,抗拉抗压强度高,使用寿命长,可广泛应用于各个领域,具有良好的市场前景。

技术领域
本发明属于电缆技术领域,具体涉及一种碳化硅纤维电缆料及其制备方法。
背景技术
电缆通常是由几根或几组导线每组至少两根绞合而成的类似绳索的电缆,每组导线之间相互绝缘,并常围绕着一根中心扭成,整个外面包有高度绝缘的覆盖层。电缆有电力电缆、控制电缆、补偿电缆、屏蔽电缆、高温电缆、计算机电缆、信号电缆、同轴电缆、耐火电缆、船用电缆、矿用电缆、铝合金电缆等等。它们都是由单股或多股导线和绝缘层组成,用来连接电路、电器等。因此电缆在各个行业中扮演着十分重要的角色,为了防止发生意外,其防火性能必须得到保障,而现有技术难以满足这个要求。
目前,市场上的电缆料存在着不耐划伤,不耐折叠,并且折叠后或者碰撞后电缆表面出现白色印痕。为了解决上述问题,必须研制一种特种电缆料。该特种电缆料是一种既满足ROSH指令和Reach法规,又耐划伤、耐折叠、不发白的电缆料。此电缆料用途较广,用量较大,广泛用于电力电缆、UL安规线、建筑线、仪器仪表线、汽车线、电机引线、船用电缆、光缆、信号电缆的生产。
发明内容
针对现有技术中存在的问题,本发明提供了一种碳化硅纤维电缆料及其制备方法,该种电缆料制备简单,阻燃性能优异,防水耐腐蚀性俱佳,不易老化,抗拉抗压强度高,使用寿命长,可广泛应用于各个领域,具有良好的市场前景。
为了达到上述目的,本发明通过以下技术方案来实现的:
一种碳化硅纤维电缆料,包括以下按重量份数计的原料:有机硅改性丙烯酸酯30-50份、环氧树脂35-45份、二苯甲酸酯20-30份、苯乙烯5-15份、800#石蜡基橡胶油10-20份、季戊四醇9-15份、氯化聚乙烯10-20份、乙烯-辛烯共聚物弹性体10-20份、碳化硅纤维8-12份、活性氧化镁4-8份、活性氧化锌4-8份、碳酸钙6-12份、微晶蜡3-7份、增塑剂1-5份、阻燃剂1-5份、抗氧剂1-5份和稳定剂1-3份。
进一步地,所述电缆料包括以下按重量份数计的原料:有机硅改性丙烯酸酯40份、环氧树脂40份、二苯甲酸酯25份、苯乙烯10份、800#石蜡基橡胶油15份、季戊四醇12份、氯化聚乙烯15份、乙烯-辛烯共聚物弹性体15份、碳化硅纤维10份、活性氧化镁6份、活性氧化锌6份、碳酸钙9份、微晶蜡5份、增塑剂3份、阻燃剂3份、抗氧剂3份和稳定剂2份。
优选地,所述增塑剂为癸二酸二辛酯、磷酸三辛酯或环氧十八酸丁酯中的一种或者一种以上。
优选地,所述阻燃剂为氧化锑、氯化石蜡或氢氧化铝中的一种或者一种以上。
优选地,所述抗氧剂为抗氧剂BHT、抗氧剂168或抗氧剂1010中的一种。
优选地,所述稳定剂为硬脂酸钡或二盐基亚磷酸铅。
上述的一种碳化硅纤维电缆料的制备方法,按照以下步骤进行:
(1)按所述重量份配比称取原料;
(2)将除800#石蜡基橡胶油、碳化硅纤维、活性氧化镁、活性氧化锌和碳酸钙的其它原料经超细破碎机粉碎后,然后加入体积比为18-22%的水,然后经成球磨机制成粒径为0.6-1.0mm的生料球,105-115℃下干燥2-3h,得超细骨料;
(3)将800#石蜡基橡胶油、碳化硅纤维、活性氧化镁、活性氧化锌和碳酸钙混合物进行感应加热处理;
(4)将步骤(1)、(2)所得的物料送入双螺杆挤出机中混炼、造粒,加入高速搅拌机中,先在转速280r/min下搅拌4-8min,然后在转速420r/min下搅拌20-30min,得到混合粉料,最后经单螺杆挤出机在115-135℃下挤出造粒即可。
进一步地,在步骤(3)中,所述感应加热处理是先将温度从常温上升到240℃,用时3-5min;再将温度从240℃上升到460℃,用时4-6min;之后将温度从460℃上升到640℃,用时5-7min;最后空冷至常温。
本发明具有如下的有益效果:
(1)本发明的防火电缆制备简单,原料来源广泛,可实现大规模生产加工,能耗低,排污量少,符合绿色环保的标准;
(2)本发明的防火电缆阻燃性能优异,防水耐腐蚀性俱佳,不易老化,抗拉抗压强度高,使用寿命长,用途广泛,主要运用于发电、冶金、化工石油等领域,允许电缆长期处在有水环境中,因此具有良好的市场前景。

下面结合实施例对本发明的具体实施方式作进一步描述,以下实施例仅用于更加清楚地说明本发明的技术方案,而不能以此来限制本发明的保护范围。
实施例1
一种碳化硅纤维电缆料,称取以下原料:有机硅改性丙烯酸酯30kg、环氧树脂35kg、二苯甲酸酯20kg、苯乙烯5kg、800#石蜡基橡胶油10kg、季戊四醇9kg、氯化聚乙烯10kg、乙烯-辛烯共聚物弹性体10kg、碳化硅纤维8kg、活性氧化镁4kg、活性氧化锌4kg、碳酸钙6kg、微晶蜡3kg、增塑剂1kg、阻燃剂1kg、抗氧剂1kg和稳定剂1kg。
其中,上述的增塑剂采用癸二酸二辛酯;阻燃剂采用氯化石蜡;抗氧剂采用抗氧剂1010中;稳定剂采用硬脂酸钡。
上述的一种碳化硅纤维电缆料的制备方法,按照以下步骤进行:
(1)先将除800#石蜡基橡胶油、碳化硅纤维、活性氧化镁、活性氧化锌和碳酸钙的其它原料经超细破碎机粉碎后,然后加入体积比为18%的水,然后经成球磨机制成粒径为0.6mm的生料球,105℃下干燥2h,得超细骨料;
(2)将800#石蜡基橡胶油、碳化硅纤维、活性氧化镁、活性氧化锌和碳酸钙混合物进行感应加热处理,其是先将温度从常温上升到240℃,用时3min;再将温度从240℃上升到460℃,用时4min;之后将温度从460℃上升到640℃,用时5min;最后空冷至常温;
(3)将步骤(1)、(2)所得的物料送入双螺杆挤出机中混炼、造粒,加入高速搅拌机中,先在转速280r/min下搅拌4min,然后在转速420r/min下搅拌20min,得到混合粉料,最后经单螺杆挤出机在115℃下挤出造粒即制得本发明的碳化硅纤维电缆料。
实施例2
一种碳化硅纤维电缆料,称取以下原料:有机硅改性丙烯酸酯40kg、环氧树脂40kg、二苯甲酸酯25kg、苯乙烯10kg、800#石蜡基橡胶油15kg、季戊四醇12kg、氯化聚乙烯15kg、乙烯-辛烯共聚物弹性体15kg、碳化硅纤维10kg、活性氧化镁6kg、活性氧化锌6kg、碳酸钙9kg、微晶蜡5kg、增塑剂3kg、阻燃剂3kg、抗氧剂3kg和稳定剂2kg。
其中,上述的增塑剂采用癸二酸二辛酯和磷酸三辛酯两种混合物,且两者之间的质量比为1:1;阻燃剂采用氧化锑和氯化石蜡两种混合物,且两者之间的质量比为1:2;抗氧剂采用抗氧剂BHT;稳定剂采用二盐基亚磷酸铅。
上述的一种碳化硅纤维电缆料的制备方法,按照以下步骤进行:
(1)先将除800#石蜡基橡胶油、碳化硅纤维、活性氧化镁、活性氧化锌和碳酸钙的其它原料经超细破碎机粉碎后,然后加入体积比为20%的水,然后经成球磨机制成粒径为0.8mm的生料球,110℃下干燥2.5h,得超细骨料;
(2)将800#石蜡基橡胶油、碳化硅纤维、活性氧化镁、活性氧化锌和碳酸钙混合物进行感应加热处理,其是先将温度从常温上升到240℃,用时4min;再将温度从240℃上升到460℃,用时5min;之后将温度从460℃上升到640℃,用时6min;最后空冷至常温;
(3)将步骤(1)、(2)所得的物料送入双螺杆挤出机中混炼、造粒,加入高速搅拌机中,先在转速280r/min下搅拌6min,然后在转速420r/min下搅拌25min,得到混合粉料,最后经单螺杆挤出机在125℃下挤出造粒即制得本发明的碳化硅纤维电缆料。
实施例3
一种碳化硅纤维电缆料,称取以下原料:有机硅改性丙烯酸酯50kg、环氧树脂45kg、二苯甲酸酯30kg、苯乙烯15kg、800#石蜡基橡胶油20kg、季戊四醇15kg、氯化聚乙烯20kg、乙烯-辛烯共聚物弹性体20kg、碳化硅纤维12kg、活性氧化镁8kg、活性氧化锌8kg、碳酸钙12kg、微晶蜡7kg、增塑剂5kg、阻燃剂5kg、抗氧剂5kg和稳定剂3kg。
其中,上述的增塑剂采用环氧十八酸丁酯;阻燃剂采用氢氧化铝;抗氧剂采用抗氧剂168;稳定剂采用硬脂酸钡。
上述的一种碳化硅纤维电缆料的制备方法,按照以下步骤进行:
(1)先将除800#石蜡基橡胶油、碳化硅纤维、活性氧化镁、活性氧化锌和碳酸钙的其它原料经超细破碎机粉碎后,然后加入体积比为22%的水,然后经成球磨机制成粒径为1.0mm的生料球,115℃下干燥3h,得超细骨料;
(2)将800#石蜡基橡胶油、碳化硅纤维、活性氧化镁、活性氧化锌和碳酸钙混合物进行感应加热处理,其是先将温度从常温上升到240℃,用时5min;再将温度从240℃上升到460℃,用时6min;之后将温度从460℃上升到640℃,用时7min;最后空冷至常温;
(3)将步骤(1)、(2)所得的物料送入双螺杆挤出机中混炼、造粒,加入高速搅拌机中,先在转速280r/min下搅拌8min,然后在转速420r/min下搅拌30min,得到混合粉料,最后经单螺杆挤出机在135℃下挤出造粒即制得本发明的碳化硅纤维电缆料。

3.根据权利要求1所述的一种碳化硅纤维电缆料,其特征在于,所述增塑剂为癸二酸二辛酯、磷酸三辛酯或环氧十八酸丁酯中的一种或者一种以上。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一种碳化硅纤维电缆料,其特征在于,所述阻燃剂为氧化锑、氯化石蜡或氢氧化铝中的一种或者一种以上。
5.根据权利要求1所述的一种碳化硅纤维电缆料,其特征在于,所述抗氧剂为抗氧剂BHT、抗氧剂168或抗氧剂1010中的一种。
6.根据权利要求1所述的一种碳化硅纤维电缆料,其特征在于,所述稳定剂为硬脂酸钡或二盐基亚磷酸铅。
7.一种如权利要求1-6任意一项所述的碳化硅纤维电缆料的制备方法,其特征在于,包括以下步骤:
(1)按所述重量份配比称取原料;
(2)将除800#石蜡基橡胶油、碳化硅纤维、活性氧化镁、活性氧化锌和碳酸钙的其它原料经超细破碎机粉碎后,然后加入体积比为18-22%的水,然后经成球磨机制成粒径为0.6-1.0mm的生料球,105-115℃下干燥2-3h,得超细骨料;
(3)将800#石蜡基橡胶油、碳化硅纤维、活性氧化镁、活性氧化锌和碳酸钙混合物进行感应加热处理;
(4)将步骤(1)、(2)所得的物料送入双螺杆挤出机中混炼、造粒,加入高速搅拌机中,先在转速280r/min下搅拌4-8min,然后在转速420r/min下搅拌20-30min,得到混合粉料,最后经单螺杆挤出机在115-135℃下挤出造粒即可。
8.根据权利要求7所述的一种碳化硅纤维电缆料的制备方法,其特征在于,在步骤(3)中,所述感应加热处理是先将温度从常温上升到240℃,用时3-5min;再将温度从240℃上升到460℃,用时4-6min;之后将温度从460℃上升到640℃,用时5-7min;最后空冷至常温。
