本发明提供了一种厨房用人造板,包括基层和热固性树脂浸渍纸高压装饰层积板,所述热固性树脂浸渍纸高压装饰层积板设置在基层的顶面上,所述基层的板体内部开设有沿长度方向排列的若干个通孔,所述若干个通孔是横截面为圆形、椭圆形、三角形、菱形或腰形中的一种或几种的组合;其中,所述基层包括如下重量份的原料:聚氯乙烯90‑100份,氯乙烯‑醋酸乙烯共聚树脂5‑10份,氯化聚乙烯10‑20份,方解石10‑20份,高岭土10‑20份,硼酸锌3‑8份,氢氧化镁3‑8份,PE蜡3‑5份,硬脂酸3‑5份,邻苯二甲酸二辛酯3‑8份。本发明在PVC中引入了氯乙烯‑醋酸乙烯共聚树脂,促进了树脂塑化,采用碳酸钙与高岭土作为填料,提高了制品的热稳定性以及耐腐蚀性,得到了质轻、耐热、阻燃、防水的厨房用人造板。

技术领域
本发明涉及板材技术领域,尤其涉及一种厨房用人造板。
背景技术
随着经济的快速发展和人们生活水平的不断提高,现代装修中使用了大量的复合板材,胶粘剂以及油漆等,市场上的各种刨花板、密度板、胶合板中均使用了大量的以甲醛为主要成分的脲醛树脂作为胶粘剂,危害着消费者以及施工人员的身体健康。目前,家用厨房的柜体以及台面多采用刨花板或者密度板,不仅在使用过程中容易接触到水进而吸水受潮,导致表面翘起或脱落,甚至起泡变形,而且其重量较重,另外,厨房多采用燃气煤气灶,万一突发火情胶合板、密度板较为易燃,存在较大安全隐患。除此之外,厨房台面的常见材料人造石以及天然石材不耐污渍,不耐腐蚀,容易开裂,也存在着不足。
PVC板材相比于密度板质量较轻,且由于具有硬度大、强度高、耐老化、绝缘性能可靠、表面光洁平整、不吸水、不变形、易加工等众多优点,发展至今已被广泛用于门窗、地板、墙板等多个领域,但是由于PVC材料的耐热性能较差,不可以在较高温度下使用。因此,当将PVC板用于厨房时需要提高PVC板材的耐热性以及阻燃性能。
发明内容
本发明的一个目的是为了提供一种质轻、耐热、阻燃、防水的厨房用人造板,以解决现有厨房用板材存在的问题。
本发明的另一个目的是为了提供上述人造板的制备方法。

一种厨房用人造板,包括基层和热固性树脂浸渍纸高压装饰层积板,所述热固性树脂浸渍纸高压装饰层积板设置在基层的顶面上,所述基层的板体内部开设有沿长度方向排列的若干个通孔,所述若干个通孔是横截面为圆形、椭圆形、三角形、菱形或腰形中的一种或几种的组合;
其中,所述基层包括如下重量份的原料:
聚氯乙烯90-100份,
氯乙烯-醋酸乙烯共聚树脂5-10份,

上述任一项所述人造板的制备方法,包括以下步骤:
1)按照上述配方称量原料并放入混合器中搅拌均匀,将搅拌均匀的混合物在预热的挤出机中挤压成板材;
2)在步骤1)所得板材的板体内部加工通孔得到带有通孔的基层;
3)将热固性树脂浸渍纸高压装饰层积板贴合在基层的表面,经热压使得热固性树脂浸渍纸高压装饰层积板和基层粘合在一起。
较优地,还包括步骤4),即在步骤3)所得板材表面涂装UV漆,经紫外光固化得到成品。
本发明与现有技术相比,具有以下有益效果:
本发明通过在人造板材的基层的板体内部设置若干个横截面为圆形、椭圆形、三角形、菱形或腰形中的一种或几种的组合的通孔,不仅能够节省材料减轻重量,而且向内的拱形或者凸起起到了支撑的作用,在板材受到压力时可以将压力向外传递给相邻的部分,在不降低板材强度的同时减轻了板材的重量,且通孔的设置也在一定程度上起到减震消音的作用。
本发明在PVC中引入了氯乙烯-醋酸乙烯共聚树脂,具有内增塑作用,与PVC相容性好,可促进树脂塑化,改善了制品的力学性能。采用碳酸钙与高岭土作为填料,且PE蜡和硬脂酸的共同使用促进了碳酸钙和高岭土与树脂之间的相容性,提高了制品的热稳定性以及耐腐蚀性,添加硼酸锌和氢氧化镁共同提高了制品的阻燃性能,最终得到了质轻、耐热、阻燃的厨房用人造板。

下面结合实施例对本发明作进一步的说明,这是本发明的较佳实施例。
实施例1
如图1所示,一种厨房用人造板,包括基层1和热固性树脂浸渍纸高压装饰层积板2,所述热固性树脂浸渍纸高压装饰层积板2设置在基层1的顶面上,在基层1的板体内部开设有沿长度方向均匀排列的若干个横截面为椭圆形的通孔3,通孔之间的间距为1mm。
其中,基层1厚10mm,包括如下重量份的原料:
聚氯乙烯90份,
氯乙烯-醋酸乙烯共聚树脂10份,
氯化聚乙烯20份,
方解石20份,
高岭土10份,
硼酸锌3份
氢氧化镁8份
PE蜡3份,
硬脂酸5份,
邻苯二甲酸二辛酯3份;
其中,高岭土的粒径为800目。
热固性树脂浸渍纸高压装饰层积板2起装饰以及防止成品板材在运输、安装或使用过程中刮磨损伤。
制备上述人造板的方法包括如下步骤:
1)按照上述配方称量原料并投入高速混合机内搅拌10min,将搅拌均匀的混合物在预热的挤出机中挤压成板材;
2)在步骤1)所得板材的板体内部加工通孔得到带有通孔的基层;
3)将热固性树脂浸渍纸高压装饰层积板贴合在基层的表面,经热压使得热固性树脂浸渍纸高压装饰层积板和基层粘合在一起得到成品。
实施例2
如图2所示,一种厨房用人造板,包括基层1、热固性树脂浸渍纸高压装饰层积板2和保护层,所述热固性树脂浸渍纸高压装饰层积板2设置在基层1的顶面上,所述保护层设置在热固性树脂浸渍纸高压装饰层积板2的顶面上,在基层1的板体内部开设有沿长度方向均匀排列的若干个横截面为腰形的通孔4,通孔之间的间距为8mm。
其中,基层1厚25mm,包括如下重量份的原料:
聚氯乙烯93份,
氯乙烯-醋酸乙烯共聚树脂8份,
氯化聚乙烯18份,
方解石18份,
高岭土12份,
硼酸锌4份
氢氧化镁7份
PE蜡4份,
硬脂酸4份,
邻苯二甲酸二辛酯5份,
其中,高岭土的粒径为900目。
热固性树脂浸渍纸高压装饰层积板2起装饰作用;所述保护层为UV漆层8,可以防止成品板材在运输、安装或使用过程中刮磨损伤。
制备上述人造板的方法包括如下步骤:
1)按照上述配方称量原料并投入高速混合机内搅拌12min,将搅拌均匀的混合物在预热的挤出机中挤压成板材;
2)在步骤1)所得板材的板体内部加工通孔得到带有通孔的基层;
3)将热固性树脂浸渍纸高压装饰层积板贴合在基层的表面,经热压使得热固性树脂浸渍纸高压装饰层积板和基层粘合在一起;
4)在步骤3)所得板材表面涂装UV漆,经紫外光固化得到成品。
实施例3
如图3所示,一种厨房用人造板,包括基层1、热固性树脂浸渍纸高压装饰层积板2和保护层,所述热固性树脂浸渍纸高压装饰层积板2设置在基层1的顶面上,所述保护层设置在热固性树脂浸渍纸高压装饰层积板2的顶面上,在基层1的板体内部开设有沿长度方向均匀排列的若干个横截面为三角形的通孔5,正三角形通孔与倒三角形通孔交替排列,三角形通孔的间距(相邻两个三角形的相邻两腰之间的距离)为10mm。
其中,基层1厚40mm,包括如下重量份的原料:
聚氯乙烯95份,
氯乙烯-醋酸乙烯共聚树脂7份,
氯化聚乙烯15份,
方解石15份,
高岭土15份,
硼酸锌5份
氢氧化镁5份
PE蜡4份,
硬脂酸4份,
邻苯二甲酸二辛酯6份,
其中,高岭土的粒径为1000目。

3)将热固性树脂浸渍纸高压装饰层积板贴合在基层的表面,经热压使得热固性树脂浸渍纸高压装饰层积板和基层粘合在一起;
4)在步骤3)所得板材表面涂装UV漆,经紫外光固化得到成品。
实施例4
如图4所示,一种厨房用人造板,包括基层1、热固性树脂浸渍纸高压装饰层积板2和保护层,所述热固性树脂浸渍纸高压装饰层积板2设置在基层1的顶面上,所述保护层设置在热固性树脂浸渍纸高压装饰层积板2的顶面上,在基层1的板体内部开设有沿长度方向均匀排列的两行横截面为圆形的通孔6,每行通孔之间的间距为15mm。
其中,基层1厚50mm,包括如下重量份的原料:
聚氯乙烯97份,
氯乙烯-醋酸乙烯共聚树脂6份,
氯化聚乙烯13份,
方解石12份,
高岭土18份,
硼酸锌7份
氢氧化镁4份
PE蜡4份,
硬脂酸4份,
邻苯二甲酸二辛酯7份,
其中,高岭土的粒径为1200目。
热固性树脂浸渍纸高压装饰层积板2起装饰作用;所述保护层为UV漆层8,可以防止成品板材在运输、安装或使用过程中刮磨损伤。
制备上述人造板的方法包括如下步骤:
1)按照上述配方称量原料并投入高速混合机内搅拌18min,将搅拌均匀的混合物在预热的挤出机中挤压成板材;

3)将热固性树脂浸渍纸高压装饰层积板贴合在基层的表面,经热压使得热固性树脂浸渍纸高压装饰层积板和基层粘合在一起;
4)在步骤3)所得板材表面涂装UV漆,经紫外光固化得到成品。
实施例5
如图5所示,一种厨房用人造板,包括基层1、热固性树脂浸渍纸高压装饰层积板2和保护层,所述热固性树脂浸渍纸高压装饰层积板2设置在基层1的顶面上,所述保护层设置在热固性树脂浸渍纸高压装饰层积板2的顶面上,在基层1的板体内部开设有沿长度方向排列的横截面为菱形的通孔7和横截面为圆形的通孔,菱形通孔和圆形通孔交替排列,菱形通孔之间的间距为20mm。
其中,基层1厚60mm,包括如下重量份的原料:
聚氯乙烯100份,
氯乙烯-醋酸乙烯共聚树脂5份,
氯化聚乙烯10份,
方解石10份,
高岭土20份,
硼酸锌8份
氢氧化镁3份
PE蜡5份,
硬脂酸3份,
邻苯二甲酸二辛酯8份,
其中,高岭土的粒径为1200目。

制备上述人造板的方法包括如下步骤:

3)将热固性树脂浸渍纸高压装饰层积板贴合在基层的表面,经热压使得热固性树脂浸渍纸高压装饰层积板和基层粘合在一起;
4)在步骤3)所得板材表面涂装UV漆,经紫外光固化得到成品。

Claims (9)
1.一种厨房用人造板,其特征在于,包括基层(1)和热固性树脂浸渍纸高压装饰层积板(2),所述热固性树脂浸渍纸高压装饰层积板(2)设置在基层(1)的顶面上,所述基层(1)的板体内部开设有沿长度方向排列的若干个通孔,所述若干个通孔是横截面为圆形、椭圆形、三角形、菱形或腰形中的一种或几种的组合;
其中,所述基层包括如下重量份的原料:
聚氯乙烯 90-100份,
氯乙烯-醋酸乙烯共聚树脂 5-10份,
氯化聚乙烯 10-20份,
方解石 10-20份,
高岭土 10-20份,
硼酸锌 3-8份,
氢氧化镁 3-8份,
PE蜡 3-5份,
硬脂酸 3-5份,
邻苯二甲酸二辛酯 3-8份。
2.根据权利要求1所述的人造板,其特征在于,所述基层包括如下重量份的原料:
聚氯乙烯 94-96份,
氯乙烯-醋酸乙烯共聚树脂 6-8份,
氯化聚乙烯 12-15份,
方解石 12-15份,
高岭土 15-18份,
硼酸锌 5-7份,
氢氧化镁 5-7份,
PE蜡 3-5份,
硬脂酸 3-5份,
邻苯二甲酸二辛酯 5-7份。
3.根据权利要求1或2所述的人造板,其特征在于,所述高岭土的粒径为800-1200目。
4.根据权利要求1或2所述的人造板,其特征在于,所述热固性树脂浸渍纸高压装饰层积板(2)上还设置有保护层,所述保护层为UV漆层(8)。
5.根据权利要求1或2所述的人造板,其特征在于,所述基层的厚度为10-60mm。
6.根据权利要求1或2所述的人造板,其特征在于,所述通孔均匀地分布。
7.根据权利要求6所述的人造板,其特征在于,所述通孔之间的间距为1-20mm。
8.一种根据权利要求1-7任一项所述人造板的制备方法,其特征在于,包括如下步骤:
1)按照上述配方称量原料并放入混合器中搅拌均匀,将搅拌均匀的混合物在预热的挤出机中挤压成板材;
2)在步骤1)所得板材的板体内部加工通孔得到带有通孔的基层;
3)将热固性树脂浸渍纸高压装饰层积板贴合在基层的表面,经热压使得热固性树脂浸渍纸高压装饰层积板和基层粘合在一起。
9.根据权利要求8所述的制备方法,其特征在于,还包括步骤4),即在步骤3)所得板材表面涂装UV漆,经紫外光固化得到成品。
