本发明公开了一种顺丁橡胶微孔发泡材料及其制备方法,其配方如下:顺丁橡胶100份,填料0-150份,增塑剂0-40份,硫化剂0.2-4份;硫化促进剂0-5份,防老剂2份,并以上述配方提供了制备方法。本发明采用超临界发泡方法,制备的微孔发泡材料无毒环保,可以广泛应用于橡胶发泡地垫、吸油、减震、吸水、耐磨材料及密封材料等领域。

技术领域
本发明属于高分子材料领域,具体涉及一种顺丁橡胶微孔发泡材料及其制备方法。
背景技术
顺丁橡胶即顺式-1,4-聚丁二烯橡胶,简称BR,是由丁二烯聚合制得的结构规整的合成橡胶。与天然橡胶和丁苯橡胶相比,硫化后的BR的耐寒性、耐磨性和弹性特别优异,动负荷下发热少,耐老化性尚好,易与天然橡胶、氯丁橡胶或丁腈橡胶并用。
BR特别适于制汽车轮胎和耐寒制品,还可以制造缓冲材料以及各种胶鞋、胶布、胶带、密封圈、鞋底及电缆等橡胶制品和海绵胶等。
目前对顺丁橡胶发泡材料的研究基本上是和其他材料共混发泡得到发泡材料,而对单纯顺丁橡胶的发泡材料研究较少。已经有文献报道,可以运用化学发泡剂AC制备LDPE/BR橡塑混合微孔复合材料,得到具有较好综合机械性能的发泡材料;其具有质轻、柔韧、弹性好、尺寸稳定等特点;此材料应用较为广泛,如汽车密封窗条、冰箱密封窗条、铝合金窗密封条、隔音阻尼材料、装饰材料以及包装保温材料,尤其是作为鞋用新材料发展较快。另外,还有BR/LLDPE微孔发泡材料,可提高材料的拉伸强度和密度等物理机械性能;还具有密度低、泡孔小、弹性较好等特点;可扩展发泡橡胶在对拉伸强度、撕裂强度要求高的方面的应用。
发明内容
本发明的目的是提供一种顺丁橡胶微孔发泡材料及其制备方法,本发明采用微孔发泡技术,制备得到的顺丁橡胶发泡材料可以代替天然橡胶在发泡橡胶地垫中得到应用,还可用于吸油、减震、吸水、耐磨材料及密封材料。
一种顺丁橡胶微孔发泡材料,其特征在于:其配方如下:顺丁橡胶100份,填料0-150份,硅烷偶联剂1-8份,增塑剂0-40份,硫化剂2-6份;硫化促进剂0-5份,防老剂0.5-2份,其中防老剂为防老剂264与MB并用;
其中,所述填料为炭黑、白炭黑、纳米碳酸钙、纳米二氧化钛中的一种或多种;
其中,所述增塑剂为芳烃油、石蜡油、葵二酸二丁酯(DBS)中的一种或多种;
其中,所述硫化剂为硫黄或过氧化二异丙苯中的一种;
其中,所述硫化促进剂为2,2'-二硫代二苯并噻唑(DM),N-环已基-2-苯骈噻唑次磺酰胺(CZ),三烯丙基异三聚氰酸酯(TAIC),N,N'-间苯撑双马来酰亚胺(HVA-2)中的一种或多种。
一种顺丁橡胶微孔发泡材料的制备方法,其步骤如下:
1)混炼胶制备
(1)密炼机温度设置为60-100℃,转速为40-60rpm,将生胶、填料、硅烷偶联剂及增塑剂投入密炼机中,混炼均匀,控制排胶温度低于120℃;(2)混炼胶排胶、压片、冷却停放12h;(3)将停放后的胶料在开炼机上加硫化体系;
2)模压成型及预硫化
将成型的混炼胶放入100-160℃的硫化机中预硫化,预硫化时间为2min-30min;
3)微孔发泡
预硫化好的样品放入高压反应釜中,通入物理发泡剂并升温、加压,当物理发泡剂在预硫化物胶中达到饱和后,泄压,冷却,制得微孔材料;
4)二次硫化、定型;
将预硫化微发泡材料放入另一烘道中二次硫化、定型,其中烘道温度为100-180℃,硫化时间为10-60min。
其中,步骤4)中所述物理发泡剂为二氧化碳,氮气、丁烷、戊烷中的一种或几种,温度范围为25-150℃,压力为5-60Mpa。
其中,步骤5)中的所述硫化方式为热空气硫化、微波辐射交联或红外辐射交联。

具体实施方式
一种顺丁橡胶微孔发泡材料的制备方法,其步骤如下:
1)混炼胶制备
(1)密炼机温度设置为80,转速为50pm,将生胶、填料、硅烷偶联剂及增塑剂投入密炼机中,混炼均匀,控制排胶温度低于120℃;(2)混炼胶排胶、压片、冷却停放12h;(3)将停放后的胶料在开炼机上加硫化体系;
2)模压成型及预硫化
将成型的混炼胶放入100-160℃的硫化机中预硫化,预硫化时间为2min-30min;
3)微孔发泡
预硫化好的样品放入高压反应釜中,通入N2,升温至60-130℃,压力控制在10-20MPa,饱和2-10h后,泄压,得到微孔发泡材料。
4)二次硫化、定型;
将预硫化微发泡材料放入另一烘道中二次硫化、定型,其中烘道温度为140-180℃,硫化时间为10-60min。
下面通过具体的实施例对本发明的技术方案进行详细的说明,但是本发明的范围不受这些实施例的限制。

Claims (8)
1.一种顺丁橡胶微孔发泡材料,其特征在于:其配方如下:顺丁橡胶100份,填料0-150份,硅烷偶联剂1-8份,增塑剂0-40份,活性剂3-8份,硫化剂2-6份,硫化促进剂0-5份,防老剂0.5-2份,其中活性剂为氧化锌和硬脂酸中的一种或多种,防老剂为防老剂264与MB并用。
2.根据权利要求书1所述的一种顺丁橡胶微孔发泡材料,其特征在于,所述填料为炭黑、白炭黑、纳米碳酸钙、纳米二氧化钛中的一种或多种。
3.根据权利要求书1所述的一种顺丁橡胶微孔发泡材料,其特征在于,所述增塑剂为芳烃油、石蜡油、葵二酸二丁酯(DBS)中的一种或多种。
4.根据权利要求书1所述的一种顺丁橡胶微孔发泡材料,其特征在于,所述硫化剂为硫黄或过氧化二异丙苯中的一种。
5.根据权利要求书1所述的一种顺丁橡胶微孔发泡材料,其特征在于,所述硫化促进剂为2,2代二苯并噻唑(DM),N-环已基-2-苯骈噻唑次磺酰胺(CZ),三烯丙基异三聚氰酸酯(TAIC),N,N'-间苯撑双马来酰亚胺(HVA-2)中的一种或多种。
6.一种顺丁橡胶微孔发泡材料的制备方法,其步骤如下:
1)混炼胶制备
(1)密炼机温度设置为60-100℃,转速为40-60rpm,将生胶、填料、硅烷偶联剂及增塑剂投入密炼机中,混炼均匀,控制排胶温度低于120℃;(2)混炼胶排胶、压片、冷却停放12h;(3)将停放后的胶料在开炼机上加硫化体系;
2)模压成型及预硫化
将成型的混炼胶放入100-160℃的硫化机中成型并预硫化,预硫化时间为2min-30min;
3)微孔发泡
预硫化好的样品放入高压反应釜中,通入物理发泡剂并升温、加压,当物理发泡剂在预硫化物胶中达到饱和后,泄压,冷却,制得微孔材料;
4)二次硫化、定型;
将预硫化微发泡材料放入另一烘道中二次硫化、定型,其中烘道温度为140-180℃,硫化时间为10-60min。
7.根据权利要求书6所述的一种顺丁橡胶微孔发泡材料的制备方法,其特征在于,步骤4)中所述物理发泡剂为二氧化碳、氮气、丁烷、戊烷中的一种或几种,温度范围为25-150℃,压力为5-60Mpa。
8.根据权利要求书6所述的一种顺丁橡胶微孔发泡材料的制备方法,其特征在于,步骤5)中的所述硫化方式为热空气硫化、微波辐射交联或红外辐射交联。
