背景技术
目前陶瓷是通过高温烧结,表面印釉、喷釉处理后,高强、美观、耐磨、耐候,目前是最好的建筑装修材料之一,每年有数万亿的市场需求。但是,传统的陶瓷生产既是高耗能、高排放、高污染的产业,又是劳动力密集,安全事故易发型的行业,由于工艺的特殊性,必须二十四小时连续生产,窑炉经常维修,产能过剩,为了市场和出口,各企业恶性竞争,以牺牲能源、资源和环境污染做代价。所以这些现象亟待改进。
发明内容
针对上述技术中存在的不足之处,本发明提供一种强度高、节约资源以及减少热排放的免烧结无机陶瓷砖板及其制备方法。

氧化镁 25-40份;
氯化镁 20-35份;
气相二氧化硅 20-30份;
秸秆粉末 10-20份;
2000目石墨烯粉末 0.1-0.3份;

本发明一种免烧结无机陶瓷砖板的制备方法,包括以下步骤:
S1、将氧化镁与水置于搅拌池内搅拌使氯化镁完全溶化,然后用水泵将混合溶液抽入第一密封铁罐中;
S2、将氯化镁用水泵抽入第二密封铁罐中;
S3、将2000目石墨烯粉末、100nm气凝胶粉以及秸秆粉末搅拌均匀后,用水泵将混合物料抽入第三密封铁罐中;
S4、同时开启第一密封铁罐底部的安全阀门、第二密封铁罐底部的安全阀门以及第三密封铁罐底部的安全阀门,使混合溶液、氯化镁以及混合物料同时混入高速搅拌罐中进行混合搅拌;
S5、搅拌均匀后自动流入滚压机内成型;
S6、成型后的板材送入高周波烘干隧道炉中迅速升温到1100-1300度快速烘干,免烧结无机陶瓷砖板产品完成。

S6、成型后的板材送入高周波烘干隧道炉中迅速升温到1100-1300度快速烘干,免烧结无机陶瓷砖板产品完成。
相较于现有技术,本发明充分利用多种原生态无毒的天然矿物原料2000目石墨烯粉末以及100nm气凝胶粉进行混合,可以在常温下凝固成材,表面再进行印釉、喷釉处理,完全可以达到高档瓷砖和天然大理石的效果,本发明还有隔热保温、质量轻、强度高、韧性好、不易碎的特点。本发明的所有原材料均可回收,循环再生使用,为改善环境、减少热排放、硫排放、节约资源方面作出了很大贡献,本发明的免烧结无机陶瓷砖板具有深远意义和重大的价值。
免烧结无机陶瓷砖板半成品制造无需压制和烧结,采用搅拌式自流滚压机成型,该设备可以自动计量,调节滚筒的高低实现产品的厚度为2mm-30mm,板材的长度可达10米,宽度60mm-2000mm。
第一实施例
本发明一种免烧结无机陶瓷砖板,本发明一种免烧结无机陶瓷砖板,以质量份数计算,包括以下成分:
氧化镁 25份;
氯化镁 20份;
气相二氧化硅 20份;
秸秆粉末 10份;
2000目石墨烯粉末 0.1份;
100nm气凝胶粉 0.2份。
第二实施例
本发明一种免烧结无机陶瓷砖板,以质量份数计算,包括以下成分:
氧化镁 40份;
氯化镁 35份;
气相二氧化硅 30份;
秸秆粉末 20份;
2000目石墨烯粉末 0.3份;
100nm气凝胶粉 0.4份。
第三实施例
本发明一种免烧结无机陶瓷砖板,以质量份数计算,包括以下成分:
氧化镁 32份;
氯化镁 28份;
气相二氧化硅 25份;
秸秆粉末 14.5份;
2000目石墨烯粉末 0.2份;
100nm气凝胶粉 0.3份。
具体制作过程示例:
S1、将氯化镁置于常温水中(25℃以上)搅拌池内搅拌40分钟,水的比例50:1,完全融化,然后用水泵抽入离地10米以上的第一密封铁罐中;
S2、将氧化镁用吸泵吸入离地10米以上的第二密封铁罐中;
S3、将石墨烯粉末和气凝胶粉末加入秸秆或锯末粉中搅拌1分钟,然后再将搅拌均匀的材料抽入离地10米高的第三密封铁罐中;
S4、分别在三个密封铁罐底部安装阀门,生产时打开阀门开关,自流至安装有自动计量器的3000转/min以上的高速搅拌灌中,自动计量搅拌均匀后,自动流入自流滚压机成型;
S5、在自流滚压机底部和面部分别安装一台收转架和一台自动切割机,分别放置一卷无碱玻璃纤维布,从而在板材底部和面部添加一层0.3-0.6mm厚的无碱玻璃纤维布,起到增强的作用;
S6、根据产品要求将板材置于自动印釉、喷釉机中分别印制各种图案,然后自动送入高周波烘干隧道炉中迅速加温到1100-1300℃快速烘干,非烧结无机陶瓷产品完成;
S7、根据客户特别要求,也可以采用印刷机或滚涂机直接印刷陶瓷涂料或无机多彩耐候涂料。
产品印刷后与高档陶瓷砖并无太大区别,附图1-8中的板材分别为使用本发明的免烧结方法制造的免烧结无机陶瓷砖板样本一至八。
以上公开的仅为本发明的几个具体实施例,但是本发明并非局限于此,任何本领域的技术人员能思之的变化都应落入本发明的保护范围。

Claims (10)

1.一种免烧结无机陶瓷砖板,其特征在于,以质量份数计算,包括以下成分:
氧化镁 25-40份;
氯化镁 20-35份;
气相二氧化硅 20-30份;
秸秆粉末 10-20份;
2000目石墨烯粉末 0.1-0.3份;
100nm气凝胶粉 0.2-0.4份。
2.根据权利要求1所述的免烧结无机陶瓷砖板,其特征在于,以质量份数计算,具体包括以下成分:
氧化镁 32份;
氯化镁 28份;
气相二氧化硅 25份;
秸秆粉末 14.5份;
2000目石墨烯粉末 0.2份;
100nm气凝胶粉 0.3份。
3.一种免烧结无机陶瓷砖板的制备方法,其特征在于,包括以下步骤:
S1、将氧化镁与水置于搅拌池内搅拌使氯化镁完全溶化,然后用水泵将混合溶液抽入第一密封铁罐中;
S2、将氯化镁用水泵抽入第二密封铁罐中;
S3、将2000目石墨烯粉末、100nm气凝胶粉以及秸秆粉末搅拌均匀后,用水泵将混合物料抽入第三密封铁罐中;
S4、同时开启第一密封铁罐底部的安全阀门、第二密封铁罐底部的安全阀门以及第三密封铁罐底部的安全阀门,使混合溶液、氯化镁以及混合物料同时混入高速搅拌罐中进行混合搅拌;
S5、搅拌均匀后自动流入滚压机内成型;
S6、成型后的板材送入高周波烘干隧道炉中迅速升温到1100-1300度快速烘干,免烧结无机陶瓷砖板产品完成。
4.根据权利要求3所述的免烧结无机陶瓷砖板的制备方法,其特征在于, 在S1-S3中使用的第一密封铁罐、第二密封铁罐以及第三密封铁罐均放置在10米以上的位置。
5.根据权利要求3所述的免烧结无机陶瓷砖板的制备方法,其特征在于,在S1中氧化镁与水的质量混合比例为1:50,搅拌时间为40min。
6.根据权利要求3所述的免烧结无机陶瓷砖板的制备方法,其特征在于, 在S3中2000目石墨烯粉末、100nm气凝胶粉以及秸秆粉末的质量混合比例为2:3:145。
7.根据权利要求3所述的免烧结无机陶瓷砖板的制备方法,其特征在于, 在S4中使用的高速搅拌罐内装有自动计量器,所述高速搅拌罐的搅拌转速为3000转/min;自动计量器计量搅拌均匀后,混合料自动流入滚压机成型。
8.根据权利要求7所述的免烧结无机陶瓷砖板的制备方法,其特征在于,所述滚压器的上表面安装有带无碱玻璃纤维布的收转架以及自动切割机,所述滚压器的下表面安装有带无碱玻璃纤维布的收转架以及自动切割机,滚压成型的板材,上下表面均覆盖一层无碱玻璃纤维布后,才进行烘干作业。
9.根据权利要求8所述的免烧结无机陶瓷砖板的制备方法,其特征在于,上下表面均覆盖一层无碱玻璃纤维布后,将板材置于自动印釉机或喷釉机中分别印制不同的图案,再自动送入高周波烘干隧道炉内加温烘干。
10.根据权利要求3所述的免烧结无机陶瓷砖板的制备方法,其特征在于,该方法制作的免烧结无机陶瓷砖板产品的厚度为2-30mm,长度为5-10m,宽度为60-2000mm。
