本发明公开了一种发泡菱镁水泥复合保温板,它是由中空腔体和发泡凌美水泥构成。所述中空腔体是由以下重量份的原料组成:硅酸盐水泥20‑35份、硫铝酸盐水泥2‑6份、木浆5‑10份、生石灰10‑25份、粉煤灰30‑50份。所述发泡菱镁水泥是由以下重量份的原料组成:轻烧氧化镁50‑70份、卤水20‑50份、硫酸铵0.5‑2份、碳酸氢钠0.5‑2.5份、纸浆废液3‑7份、生石灰5‑10份、沸石10‑20份。该保温板强度较高、干密度和导热系数较低,能够有效的促进发泡菱镁水泥保温板的推广应用。
Description
技术领域
本发明属于建筑材料领域,特别涉及一种发泡菱镁水泥复合保温板。
背景技术
发泡水泥保温板制备工艺简单、成本低,是一种被广泛应用的节能保温建筑材料。菱镁水泥的主要组分为轻烧氧化镁,由600-850℃温度下煅烧菱镁矿而得。我国菱镁矿储量约为40亿吨,居世界之首,占总矿量的80%。因此,对菱镁矿的开发利用具有巨大的经济和社会效益。但发泡菱镁水泥保温板存在强度较低、干密度和导热系数高的问题,严重制约了发泡菱镁水泥保温板的推广应用。
发明内容
为了解决上述发泡菱镁水泥保温板存在的问题,本发明提供了一种发泡菱镁水泥复合保温板。该保温板强度较高、干密度和导热系数较低,能够有效的促进发泡菱镁水泥保温板的推广应用。
本发明的技术方案如下:
一种发泡菱镁水泥复合保温板,其特征在于,它是由中空腔体和发泡菱镁水泥构成。
所述中空腔体是由以下重量份的原料组成:硅酸盐水泥20-35份、硫铝酸盐水泥2-6份、木浆5-10份、生石灰10-25份、粉煤灰30-50份。
所述发泡菱镁水泥是由以下重量份的原料组成:轻烧氧化镁50-70份、卤水20-50份、硫酸铵0.5-2份、碳酸氢钠0.5-2.5份、纸浆废液3-7份、生石灰5-10份、沸石10-20份。
进一步,所述木浆松解度为45-60%。
进一步,所述卤水比重为1.15-1.37g/cm3。
进一步,所述纸浆废液为碱性纸浆废液。
进一步,所述沸石为天然高硅沸石,其化学组分中SiO2含量为62-75%。
与现有技术相比,本发明的突出优点在于:本发明的发泡菱镁水泥复合保温板原料易得,制备工艺简单;强度较高、干密度和导热系数较低。

下面结合具体实施例对本发明做进一步的详细说明。
实施例1
一种发泡菱镁水泥复合保温板,其特征在于,它是由中空腔体和发泡凌美水泥构成。
所述中空腔体是由以下重量份的原料组成:硅酸盐水泥20份、硫铝酸盐水泥6份、木浆10份、生石灰25份、粉煤灰50份。
所述发泡菱镁水泥是由以下重量份的原料组成:轻烧氧化镁50份、卤水20份、硫酸铵0.5份、碳酸氢钠2.5份、纸浆废液3份、生石灰5份、沸石20份。
进一步,所述木浆松解度为60%。
进一步,所述卤水比重为1.37g/cm3。
进一步,所述纸浆废液为碱性纸浆废液。
进一步,所述沸石为天然高硅沸石,其化学组分中SiO2含量为62%。
一种发泡菱镁水泥复合保温板的制备步骤包括(1)中空腔体的制备:将中空腔体所需各原料混合、搅拌均匀,采用热压成型技术在50℃温度下、10MPa压制成型并保持压力15min得腔体初品,之后将腔体初品置于温度为45±5℃、湿度为90±5%环境中养护5h得中空腔体;(2)将发泡菱镁水泥所需各原料混合、搅拌均匀之后采用流浆法注入上述中空腔体中得复合保温板初品,将复合保温板初品置于温度为55±5℃、湿度为35±5%环境中养护10h得复合保温板坯板;(3)对复合保温板坯板进行切割、抛光、喷漆处理得发泡菱镁水泥复合保温板。
根据JG/T041-2011对所制得的发泡菱镁水泥复合保温板进行性能测试,其抗拉强度为1.05MPa;抗压强度为3.52MPa;干密度为215Kg/m3;导热系数为0.043W/(m•K)。
实施例2
一种发泡菱镁水泥复合保温板,其特征在于,它是由中空腔体和发泡凌美水泥构成。
所述中空腔体是由以下重量份的原料组成:硅酸盐水泥25份、硫铝酸盐水泥4份、木浆8份、生石灰20份、粉煤灰40份。
所述发泡菱镁水泥是由以下重量份的原料组成:轻烧氧化镁60份、卤水40份、硫酸铵1份、碳酸氢钠1份、纸浆废液5份、生石灰8份、沸石15份。
进一步,所述木浆松解度为53%。
进一步,所述卤水比重为1.25g/cm3。
进一步,所述纸浆废液为碱性纸浆废液。
进一步,所述沸石为天然高硅沸石,其化学组分中SiO2含量为70%。
其余同实施例1。
根据JG/T041-2011对所制得的发泡菱镁水泥复合保温板进行性能测试,其抗拉强度为1.35MPa;抗压强度为3.94MPa;干密度为230Kg/m3;导热系数为0.048W/(m•K)。
实施例3
一种发泡菱镁水泥复合保温板,其特征在于,它是由中空腔体和发泡凌美水泥构成。
所述中空腔体是由以下重量份的原料组成:硅酸盐水泥35份、硫铝酸盐水泥2份、木浆5份、生石灰10份、粉煤灰30份。
所述发泡菱镁水泥是由以下重量份的原料组成:轻烧氧化镁70份、卤水50份、硫酸铵2份、碳酸氢钠0.5份、纸浆废液7份、生石灰10份、沸石10份。
进一步,所述木浆松解度为45%。
进一步,所述卤水比重为1.15g/cm3。
进一步,所述纸浆废液为碱性纸浆废液。
进一步,所述沸石为天然高硅沸石,其化学组分中SiO2含量为75%。
其余同实施例1。
根据JG/T041-2011对所制得的发泡菱镁水泥复合保温板进行性能测试,其抗拉强度为1.18MPa;抗压强度为3.60MPa;干密度为221Kg/m3;导热系数为0.046W/(m•K)。

所述发泡菱镁水泥是由以下重量份的原料组成:轻烧氧化镁50-70份、卤水20-50份、硫酸铵0.5-2份、碳酸氢钠0.5-2.5份、纸浆废液3-7份、生石灰5-10份、沸石10-20份;
所述木浆松解度为45-60%;
所述卤水比重为1.15-1.37g/cm3;
