Abstract

本发明提供一种非常安全,永远不会沉的双翼船。其特征是船底不再是传统的圆弧形而是尖形船底,这样能最大限度地降低重心、提高浮心,增加稳度。船体侧面也不是传统的平面,而是呈台阶形外凸,有维持平衡、增加稳度作用。船的一周是“维稳浮力圈”,产生强大的浮力,强力维稳防沉。船内还有永久浮舱防沉。船体两侧吃水线以下至船底有多级钢制“维稳平衡翼”,就像鱼的胸鳍和腹鳍一样,起关键的维稳平衡作用,能极大地减轻船体的横向摆动摇晃,不易侧翻,能提高舰船的平稳性、安全性,提高舰船的刚性强度和浮力,进而不怕撞击,不怕风浪,即使遇到极端险情,船舱全部进水也不会沉。

背景技术
纵观水上沉船和翻船事故的历史可知,绝大多数是因为船的横向稳定性差,横向摇晃过急过大时,就会侧翻或侧面进水而沉没。尤其是小渔船、小舢板船,因为左右摇晃过急过大而侧翻的就更多了。当今都是用钢铁造船,一旦漏水或进水到一定程度必沉无疑。让船稳、不易侧翻、永远不沉,是水上生命财产安全的当务之急。
发明内容
本发明提供一种永远不沉的尖底双翼船。这种船能克服背景技术的不足,大大减小横向摇晃程度,不易侧翻,不会沉没。能极大提高舰船的刚性强度和平稳性、安全性。
实施方案
1、将船底做成尖形的。船体横剖面看水下部分像V字形,这样能有效降低重心。
2、船体侧面是外凸台阶形。台阶上是一定体积的中空箱体,里面注满超低密度聚氨酯硬质泡沫(这种泡沫具有最好的漂浮性、保温性、隔音性和弹性强度),构成永久“维稳浮力圈”,以此增加浮力,提高浮心。就像给船套上了救生圈,既有浮力增加载重量,又能在船体横向摇晃时产生与摇晃方向相反的浮力和水的阻力,进而有效阻止船的摇晃摆动。
3、把船内不方便使用的空间和夹层做成中空舱,舱内注满聚氨酯泡沫,构成不怕漏气、不怕进水的永久浮舱。
4、船的两侧吃水线以下到船底,是多级钢制“维稳平衡翼”。他的作用有两个,一是“降低重心”,这就相当于“压舱石”(轮船空载时,为了防止侧翻,必须用石头放在船底压舱,他是保安全的。这就是压舱石的由来)。二是当船体摇晃时,他产生反向阻力,能有效阻止船的横向摆动摇晃,起到维稳平衡作用。
最典型的实例就是用双桨划行的船,当遇到风浪时,将双桨深插水中,桨面向外,紧握不动,就能平稳的越过大浪而不会侧翻。如果双桨离开水里,船就摇晃得厉害,容易侧翻。
尖形船底+维稳平衡翼+维稳浮力圈+永久浮舱=降低了重心+提高了浮心+增加了浮力+与摇晃方向相反的三个力=有效地阻止了船的摇晃,确保船的平稳不易侧翻,还能极大地提高舰船的刚性强度和浮力,不怕撞击、不怕风浪,能确保船的安全。即使遇到极端险情,船舱全部进水也不会沉。

Claims (8)

1.双翼船,其特征是V字形尖形船底(1),船体侧面是向外凸出悬空的台阶形(2)。船上有永久浮舱(3),船的一周有“维稳浮力圈(4),船的两侧至船底有钢制“维稳平衡翼”(5)。
2.根据权利要求1所述尖形船底(1)是近似V字形,不同于传统的圆弧形船底。
3.根据权利要求1所述船体侧面是向外凸出悬空的台阶形(2),不同于传统的平面形。
4.根据权利要求1所述的永久浮舱(3)是船头、船尾和其他不方便使用的空间、夹层做成中空的,里面注满超低密度聚氨酯硬质泡沫。
5.根据权利要求1所述的(3)(4)(5)有七种组合方式,用其中一项的有三种选择,用其中两项的有三种选择,全都用的有一种选择。
6.权利要求1所述的“维稳浮力圈”(4),是凸出的中空体,里面注满超低密度硬质聚氨酯泡沫。
7.权利要求1所述的“维稳平衡翼”(5),是在船体两侧吃水线以下至船底,有多级与船体表面垂直的钢板。
8.对旧船的升级改造是船内加装永久浮舱(3),船外加装维稳浮力圈(4)和“维稳平衡翼”(5)。
