Abstract
本发明公开了一种保压对位装置,包括:箱体,该箱体在其前侧敞开从而形成具有一定深度的外敞口;盖组件,其以可旋转的方式与箱体相连接,用以打开和关闭外敞口;推压组件,其设于箱体的后侧,用于将放入箱体内的待保压产品选择性夹紧;以及下压组件,其设于推压组件的后侧,其中,下压组件包括推杆及与该推杆传动连接的下压板,下压板的顶部设有至少一根延伸至箱体上方的下压臂,所述下压臂与箱体之间设有对位调整组件,下压板在推杆的驱动下通过所述下压臂选择性地推动对位调整组件,从而将箱体内部的待保压产品选择性压紧保压。根据本发明,其能够提高检测校准精度,操作方便简易,安全可靠,可大大提高检测效率,为企业降低成本,提高收益。
Description
技术领域
本发明涉及非标自动化领域,特别涉及一种保压对位装置。
背景技术
在手机等电子产品的组装过程中,针对外壳与其内部的某些模组组装时,需要在模组的待组装位置添加如胶水等固化物后将外壳与模块压合并保压一定时间,以确保模组能够与外壳牢固结合,同时还需要保证在固化结合过程中两者对位精确,以保证组装产品的质量合格率。
而现有的组装技术,大多数采用人工组装,或者采用半自动化组装,人工干预的步骤较多,存在人工对位误差大、压合力度不均导致的不良率较高的问题,有鉴于此,实有必要开发一种保压对位装置,用以解决上述问题。
发明内容
针对现有技术中存在的不足之处,本发明的目的是提供一种保压对位装置,其在提高保压对位效率的同时,还能够提高对位精度,从而提高组装良品率,降低企业生产成本。
为了实现根据本发明的上述目的和其他优点,提供了一种保压对位装置,包括:
箱体,该箱体在其前侧敞开从而形成具有一定深度的外敞口;
盖组件,其以可旋转的方式与箱体相连接,用以打开和关闭外敞口;
推压组件,其设于箱体的后侧,用于将放入箱体内的待保压产品选择性夹紧;以及
下压组件,其设于推压组件的后侧,
其中,下压组件包括推杆及与该推杆传动连接的下压板,下压板的顶部设有至少一根延伸至箱体上方的下压臂,所述下压臂与箱体之间设有对位调整组件,下压板在推杆的驱动下通过所述下压臂选择性地推动对位调整组件,从而将箱体内部的待保压产品选择性压紧保压对位。
优选的是:
设于箱体背部的安装板;以及
安装于安装板上的L形推杆、L形连杆、及L形夹紧杆,
其中,推杆包括与安装板所在平面相垂直的推动部及位于安装板所在平面内的传动部,连杆位于安装板的所在平面内,连杆可绕其拐角作选择性旋转运动。
优选的是,夹紧杆包括位于安装板所在平面内的运动部及与安装板所在平面相垂直的夹紧部,传动部与运动部相垂直,连杆的水平部及竖直部分别与运动部及传动部相铰接。
优选的是,盖组件包括:
连接座;以及
与连接座转动连接的盖体,
其中,盖体的根部固接有与连接座转动连接的连接部,连接座设于推杆的外侧并与箱体相固接。
优选的是,连接部与推杆的推动部相对侧设有向外凸起的顶推部,在盖体开合的过程中,顶推部驱动推动部选择性地往箱体内部滑行。
优选的是,箱体内嵌设有用于容纳及保护待保压产品的腔体,该腔体设有与外敞口敞开方向相一致的内敞口。

其中,调整块上、与箱体相对处设有相机以及位于相机正下方的夹头,腔体的侧壁上、与夹头相对处开设有允许夹头进出及运动的让位通孔,调整块可随所述夹持部在水平面平移以及在竖直平面内旋转。
优选的是,所述下压臂包括左下压臂及右下压臂,下压板的顶部固接有横置的横梁,左下压臂及右下压臂分别设于横梁的左右两端,左下压臂与对位调整组件相对处及右下压臂与对位调整组件相对处分别设有左弹簧压头及右弹簧压头。
优选的是,下压板上设有滑动轮,推杆与滑动轮滚动连接,其中,推杆与滑动轮相对处设有具有一定坡度的第一引导斜面及第二引导斜面,第一引导斜面与第二引导斜面还设有平缓的过渡斜面。
本发明与现有技术相比,其有益效果是:
1、由于推压组件可以将放入箱体内的待保压产品选择性夹紧,下压板在推杆的驱动下通过所述下压臂推动对位调整组件将待保压产品选择性保压对位,使得在对产品整体夹紧后能够对待组装的模组保压对位,从而提高组装精度;
2、由于连接部与推杆的推动部相对侧设有向外凸起的顶推部,在盖体开合的过程中,顶推部驱动推动部选择性地往箱体内部滑行,使得推动部带动传动部,传动部带动连杆,连杆驱动夹紧杆将待保压产品上下夹紧,而推动部则将产品左右夹紧,从而实现待保压产品在箱体内部的位置固定,为后续保压对位建立好对位的基准;
3、由于调整块上、与箱体相对处设有相机以及位于相机正下方的夹头,夹头可以将待组装的模组夹紧,相机可以配合夹头夹取模组并精确调整模组与待保压产品整体间的相对位置。

其中,箱体1在其前侧敞开从而形成具有一定深度的外敞口121;盖组件2以可旋转的方式与箱体1相连接,用以打开和关闭外敞口121;推压组件5设于箱体1的后侧,用于将放入箱体1内的待保压产品选择性夹紧;下压组件4设于推压组件5的后侧,改下压组件4包括推杆41及与该推杆41传动连接的下压板42,下压板42的顶部设有至少一根延伸至箱体1上方的下压臂,所述下压臂与箱体1之间设有对位调整组件3,下压板42在推杆41的驱动下通过所述下压臂选择性地推动对位调整组件3,从而将箱体1内部的待保压产品选择性压紧保压对位。在优选的实施方式中,下压组件4的后侧还罩设有用于保护推杆41及下压板42的保护罩43。

进一步地,连接部213与推杆52的推动部521相对侧设有向外凸起的顶推部213a,在盖体21开合的过程中,顶推部213a驱动推动部521选择性地往箱体1内部滑行。具体地,推杆52的推动部521受到来自其右侧顶推部213a的推力后,其传动部522将沿箭头C方向运动并将推力传递给连杆53的竖直部下端,使得连杆53绕其拐点沿箭头E方向旋转,连杆53在旋转过程中其水平部驱使夹紧杆54沿箭头D方向运动,在此过程中,推杆52上的推动部521逐渐将待保压产品左右夹紧,而夹紧杆54上的夹紧部542逐渐将待保压产品上下夹紧,从而实现待保压产品在箱体1内部的位置固定,为后续保压对位建立好对位的固定基准。在优选的实施方式中,盖体21的扣合端211相对位置处还设有用于选择性卡死盖体21闭合状态的卡扣122。
参照图1,箱体1内嵌设有用于容纳及保护待保压产品的腔体15,该腔体(15)设有与外敞口121敞开方向相一致的内敞口151。
进一步地,箱体1包括:
后侧板11;以及
与后侧板11一体式相接的左支撑柱14、右支撑柱13、及底壁12,
其中,左支撑柱14、右支撑柱13及底壁12分别设于后侧板11前侧的左上角、右下角及底部,左支撑柱14及右支撑柱13相距有一定距离且位于腔体(15)的左右两侧,右支撑柱13及底壁12相距有一定距离且位于连接座22的上下两侧,腔体(15)的侧壁上、与推动部521相对应处开设有允许推动部521进出的让位空间。在一实施方式中,推动部521及夹紧部542均依次穿过箱体1的后侧板11及箱体1内的腔体15后位于腔体15内。在优选的实施方式中,腔体123的侧壁内侧及盖体21的内侧均包覆有一层1mm厚的弹性缓冲层,能够有效保护待保压产品的表面质量。
参照图5及图6,对位调整组件3包括:
位于箱体1上方的调整块31;以及
与调整块31相固接的至少一个夹持部,
其中,调整块31上、与箱体1相对处设有相机331以及位于相机331正下方的夹头312,腔体123的侧壁上、与夹头312相对处开设有允许夹头312进出及运动的让位通孔,调整块31可随所述夹持部在水平面平移以及在竖直平面内旋转,夹头312用于夹住待组装的模组,相机331可以配合夹头312夹取模组并精确调整模组与待保压产品整体间的相对位置。在优选的实施方式中,所述夹持部包括左夹持部312及右夹持部313。在优选的实施方式中,调整块31与左支撑柱14及右支撑柱13之间分别支撑有左支撑弹簧及右支撑弹簧,左支撑弹簧及右支撑弹簧可以使得调整块31在未受到下压力时,能够保持其自身重力与弹簧力的平衡,使得调整块31与箱体1之间保持一定的距离。
参照图6、图7及图8,下压臂包括左下压臂423及右下压臂424,下压板42的顶部固接有横置的横梁422,左下压臂423及右下压臂424分别设于横梁422的左右两端,左下压臂423与对位调整组件3相对处及右下压臂424与对位调整组件3相对处分别设有左弹簧压头423a及右弹簧压头424a。
进一步地,下压板42上设有滑动轮421,推杆41与滑动轮421滚动连接,其中,推杆41与滑动轮421相对处设有具有一定坡度的第一引导斜面411及第二引导斜面413,第一引导斜面411与第二引导斜面412还设有平缓的过渡斜面412。
工作原理:
1、首先,将待保压产品放入腔体15内,盖上盖体21,在此过程中,推杆52上的推动部521逐渐将待保压产品左右夹紧,而夹紧杆54上的夹紧部542逐渐将待保压产品上下夹紧,从而实现待保压产品在箱体1内部的位置固定;
2、其次,调整块31上的夹头312夹住待组装的模组,推杆41开始从外往内推行,使得滑动轮421在第一引导斜面411的引导下牵引下压板42向下移动,直至滑动轮421滚动至过渡斜面412处,此时处于预压阶段,参照图7,左弹簧压头423a及右弹簧压头424a压住调整块31,同时相机331配合夹头312进行水平面内移动、竖直平面内旋转的调整对位,待夹头将模组调整到预定位置后,保持该角度、位置不动,推杆41继续往内推行,滑动轮421在第二引导斜面413的引导下牵引下压板42继续向下移动,直至滑动轮421滚动至推杆41的水平面端,此时的状态如图8所示,左弹簧压头423a及右弹簧压头424a受力收缩,直至压头和调整块31完全接触,调整块被完全压死,自由度为0,此时处于保压阶段。
这里说明的设备数量和处理规模是用来简化本发明的说明的。对本发明的应用、修改和变化对本领域的技术人员来说是显而易见的。
尽管本发明的实施方案已公开如上,但其并不仅限于说明书和实施方式中所列运用,它完全可以被适用于各种适合本发明的领域,对于熟悉本领域的人员而言,可容易地实现另外的修改,因此在不背离权利要求及等同范围所限定的一般概念下,本发明并不限于特定的细节和这里示出与描述的图例。
Claims (9)
1.一种保压对位装置,其特征在于,包括:
箱体(1),该箱体(1)在其前侧敞开从而形成具有一定深度的外敞口(121);
盖组件(2),其以可旋转的方式与箱体(1)相连接,用以打开和关闭外敞口(121);
推压组件(5),其设于箱体(1)的后侧,用于将放入箱体(1)内的待保压产品选择性夹紧;以及
下压组件(4),其设于推压组件(5)的后侧,下压组件(4)包括推杆(41)及与该推杆(41)传动连接的下压板(42),下压板(42)的顶部设有至少一根延伸至箱体(1)上方的下压臂,所述下压臂与箱体(1)之间设有对位调整组件(3),下压板(42)在推杆(41)的驱动下通过所述下压臂选择性地推动对位调整组件(3),从而将箱体(1)内部的待保压产品选择性压紧保压对位,下压组件(4)的后侧还罩设有用于保护推杆(41)及下压板(42)的保护罩(43),推压组件(5)包括:
设于箱体(1)背部的安装板(51);以及
安装于安装板(51)上的L形推杆(52)、L形连杆(53)、及L形夹紧杆(54),
其中,推杆(52)包括与安装板(51)所在平面相垂直的推动部(521)及位于安装板(51)所在平面内的传动部(522),连杆(53)位于安装板(51)的所在平面内,连杆(53)可绕其拐角作选择性旋转运动。
2.如权利要求1所述的保压对位装置,其特征在于,夹紧杆(54)包括位于安装板(51)所在平面内的运动部(541)及与安装板(51)所在平面相垂直的夹紧部(542),传动部(522)与运动部(541)相垂直,连杆(53)的水平部及竖直部分别与运动部(541)及传动部(522)相铰接。
3.如权利要求2所述的保压对位装置,其特征在于,盖组件(2)包括:
连接座(22);以及
与连接座(22)转动连接的盖体(21),
其中,盖体(21)的根部(212)固接有与连接座(22)转动连接的连接部(213),连接座(22)设于推杆(52)的外侧并与箱体(1)相固接。
4.如权利要求3所述的保压对位装置,其特征在于,连接部(213)与推杆(52)的推动部(521)相对侧设有向外凸起的顶推部(213a),在盖体(21)开合的过程中,顶推部(213a)驱动推动部(521)选择性地往箱体(1)内部滑行。
5.如权利要求4所述的保压对位装置,其特征在于,箱体(1)内嵌设有用于容纳及保护待保压产品的腔体(123),该腔体(123)设有与外敞口(121)敞开方向相一致的内敞口(151)。
6.如权利要求5所述的保压对位装置,其特征在于,箱体(1)包括:
后侧板(11);以及
与后侧板(11)一体式相接的左支撑柱(14)、右支撑柱(13)、及底壁(12),
其中,左支撑柱(14)、右支撑柱(13)及底壁(12)分别设于后侧板(11)前侧的左上角、右下角及底部,左支撑柱(14)及右支撑柱(13)相距有一定距离且位于腔体(123)的左右两侧,右支撑柱(13)及底壁(12)相距有一定距离且位于连接座(22)的上下两侧,腔体(123)的侧壁上、与推动部(521)相对应处开设有允许推动部(521)进出的让位空间。
7.如权利要求6所述的保压对位装置,其特征在于,对位调整组件(3)包括:
位于箱体(1)上方的调整块(31);以及
与调整块(31)相固接的至少一个夹持部,
其中,调整块(31)上、与箱体(1)相对处设有相机(331)以及位于相机(331)正下方的夹头(312),腔体(123)的侧壁上、与夹头(312)相对处开设有允许夹头(312)进出及运动的让位通孔,调整块(31)可随所述夹持部在水平面平移以及在竖直平面内旋转。
8.如权利要求1所述的保压对位装置,其特征在于,所述下压臂包括左下压臂(423)及右下压臂(424),下压板(42)的顶部固接有横置的横梁(422),左下压臂(423)及右下压臂(424)分别设于横梁(422)的左右两端,左下压臂(423)与对位调整组件(3)相对处及右下压臂(424)与对位调整组件(3)相对处分别设有左弹簧压头(423a)及右弹簧压头(424a)。
9.如权利要求1~8任一项所述的保压对位装置,其特征在于,下压板(42)上设有滑动轮(421),推杆(41)与滑动轮(421)滚动连接,其中,推杆(41)与滑动轮(421)相对处设有具有一定坡度的第一引导斜面(411)及第二引导斜面(413),第一引导斜面(411)与第二引导斜面(413 )还设有平缓的过渡斜面(412)。
