本发明公开了一种汽车电连接器插座公针,包括插座公针、防触电堵头;防触电堵头包括轴头、法兰,轴头插装在插座公针后端孔中;轴头插入插座公针后端孔的一端端部外壁上设有小端在前的锥形导向结构,该端部设有轴向孔,孔壁上设有若干个开口直槽;插座公针后端孔孔口内收,形成内部大、孔口小的收口结构;轴头端部外壁上的锥形导向结构越过插座公针后端孔收口部分后,弹性张开,这种状态下,锥形导向结构的大端直径大于插座公针后端孔收口部分最小直径;进一步改进在于:插座公针后端孔收口部分孔口设有大端朝向防触电堵头法兰的锥形导向孔。本发明能实现防触电堵头的快捷安装。

技术领域
本发明涉及电气领域,具体涉及一种汽车电连接器插座公针。
背景技术
汽车电连接器插座公针设置在汽车电连接器插座中,包括插座公针、防触电堵头,防触电堵头固定连接在插座公针后端孔中。现有汽车电连接器插座公针的主要缺陷在于:防触电堵头与插座公针后端孔过盈配合,安装十分费时费事。
发明内容
本发明针对现有技术的不足,提出一种能快捷地安装防触电堵头的汽车电连接器插座公针。
本发明通过下述技术方案实现技术目标。
汽车电连接器插座公针,包括插座公针、防触电堵头;所述防触电堵头包括轴头、轴头一端的法兰,轴头插装在插座公针后端孔中;其改进之处在于:所述轴头插入插座公针后端孔的一端端部外壁上设有小端在前的锥形导向结构,该端部设有轴向孔,孔壁上设有若干个开口直槽;所述插座公针后端孔孔口内收,形成内部大、孔口小的收口结构;所述轴头端部外壁上的锥形导向结构越过插座公针后端孔收口部分后,弹性张开,这种状态下,所述锥形导向结构的大端直径大于插座公针后端孔收口部分最小直径。
上述结构中,所述插座公针后端孔收口部分孔口设有大端朝向防触电堵头法兰的锥形导向孔。
上述结构中,所述轴头插入插座公针后端孔的一端端部孔壁上均布若干个开口直槽。
本发明与现有技术相比,具有以下积极效果:
1.轴头插入插座公针后端孔的一端端部外壁上设有小端在前的锥形导向结构,该端部设有轴向孔,孔壁上设有若干个开口直槽;插座公针后端孔孔口内收,形成内部大、孔口小的收口结构;轴头端部外壁上的锥形导向结构越过插座公针后端孔收口部分后,弹性张开,这种状态下,锥形导向结构的大端直径大于插座公针后端孔收口部分最小直径。这样,防触电堵头的轴头设有弹性卡爪,安装时,轴头端部外壁上的锥形导向结构越过插座公针后端孔收口部分后,弹性卡爪张开,卡在插座公针后端孔收口部分内,这样,安装十分快捷。
2. 插座公针后端孔收口部分孔口设有大端朝向防触电堵头法兰的锥形导向孔,防触电堵头的轴头插入插座公针后端孔中更快捷。
3. 轴头插入插座公针后端孔的一端端部孔壁上均布若干个开口直槽,使得轴头四周弹性卡爪的弹性均匀。

下面根据附图并结合实施例对本发明作进一步说明。
附图所示汽车电连接器插座公针,包括插座公针1、防触电堵头2;防触电堵头2包括轴头2.1、轴头2.1一端的法兰2.2,轴头2.1插装在插座公针1后端孔1.1中;轴头2.1插入插座公针1后端孔1.1的一端端部外壁上设有小端在前的锥形导向结构,该端部设有轴向孔,孔壁上均布4个开口直槽2.3(其他实施例中,孔壁上均布多于或少于4个开口直槽2.3);插座公针1后端孔1.1孔口内收,形成内部大、孔口小的收口结构,本实施例中,插座公针1后端孔1.1收口部分孔口设有大端朝向防触电堵头2法兰2.2的锥形导向孔;轴头2.1端部外壁上的锥形导向结构越过插座公针1后端孔1.1收口部分后,弹性张开,这种状态下,锥形导向结构的大端直径大于插座公针1后端孔1.1收口部分最小直径。

1.一种汽车电连接器插座公针,包括插座公针(1)、防触电堵头(2);所述防触电堵头(2)包括轴头(2.1)、轴头(2.1)一端的法兰(2.2),轴头(2.1)插装在插座公针(1)后端孔(1.1)中;其特征在于:所述轴头(2.1)插入插座公针(1)后端孔(1.1)的一端端部外壁上设有小端在前的锥形导向结构,该端部设有轴向孔,孔壁上设有若干个开口直槽(2.3);所述插座公针(1)后端孔(1.1)孔口内收,形成内部大、孔口小的收口结构;所述轴头(2.1)端部外壁上的锥形导向结构越过插座公针(1)后端孔(1.1)收口部分后,弹性张开,这种状态下,所述锥形导向结构的大端直径大于插座公针(1)后端孔(1.1)收口部分最小直径。
2.根据权利要求1所述的汽车电连接器插座公针,其特征在于:所述插座公针(1)后端孔(1.1)收口部分孔口设有大端朝向防触电堵头(2)法兰(2.2)的锥形导向孔。
3.根据权利要求1或2所述的汽车电连接器插座公针,其特征在于:所述轴头(2.1)插入插座公针(1)后端孔(1.1)的一端端部孔壁上均布若干个开口直槽(2.3)。
