Abstract

本发明是一种铜米粒生产装置,自前向后依次设置放卷机、转向轴、剥皮辊组件、火焰加热装置、转向辊、牵引装置和切断装置。其中,剥皮辊组件包括上、下成对设置的热辊和托辊,其中热辊位于上侧,托辊位于下侧,并在热辊的上方设置一个防止热辊弯曲的压辊,所述压辊直接压在热辊上侧,热辊和托辊辊间距可调,且两者之间同步反向转动,动力来自于第一驱动电机,在热辊的前侧位置设置一个火焰加热装置。本发明通过无损伤剥削工艺,将电缆的外皮进行剥削,且不破坏铜芯的表面,可以生产高质量的铜米粒。

铜米粒生产装置
技术领域
该发明涉及电力技术领域中关于废旧电缆的再利用技术,具体地说是利用废旧电缆生产铜米粒的装置。
背景技术
关于废旧电缆的回收,以断面为6平方毫米的电缆为例,缆芯一般采用独根铜芯,由于结构简单,仅仅具有铜芯和外皮,其中外皮可以进行二次回收,进行,铜芯更是可以回收,目前采用的方法是使用刀片将外皮剥开,使二者分离,无论是机械剥皮还是手工剥皮,都存在一个问题,即刀具会在铜芯的表面或多或少的留下划痕,造成划伤,使得铜芯的质量下降,这种接卸剥削得到的铜芯仅仅能够用于回炉炼铜。
同时,在市场上还有一种需求,即铜米粒,使用铜芯制作铜米粒,其中铜米粒的粒度的表面要求没有损伤,现有的制作方法一般采用新的铜芯进行制作,成本较高。
发明内容
为了解决现有技术的不足,本发明提供一种利用废旧电缆生产铜米粒的装置,在铜芯与外皮分离阶段采用无损分离的方法进行分离,得到完好的铜芯,然后进行切割即可。
本发明解决其技术问题所采用的技术方案为:
利用废旧电缆生产铜米粒的装置,其特征在于,自前向后依次设置:
用于放置电缆盘并实现电缆放卷的放卷机,所述放卷机包括支架和设置在支架上的放卷轴,放卷轴两端为进行电缆盘取放和更换的可拆卸结构,所述电缆盘固定在所述放卷轴上,且若干电缆盘依次错开布置;
转向轴,转向轴设置在放卷轴的一侧且位于支架的中间位置,各个电缆盘的电缆同时绕过转向轴后由斜向转为水平方向;
涨紧轮,在靠近转向轴后侧的一个水平杆上设有多个涨紧轮,所述电缆绕过涨紧轮后在水平方向上的间距趋于均匀的布局,
剥皮辊组件,包括上、下成对设置的热辊和托辊,其中热辊位于上侧,托辊位于下侧,并在热辊的上方设置一个防止热辊弯曲的压辊,所述压辊直接压在热辊上侧,热辊和托辊辊间距可调,且两者之间同步反向转动,动力来自于第一驱动电机,
在热辊的前侧位置设置一个火焰加热装置,该火焰加热装置包括燃气管和喷嘴,其中燃气管为刚性管道,与热辊平行布置,在燃气管上均匀的设有多个支管,支管上分别安装一个喷嘴,喷嘴朝向热辊的表面并对热辊的局部进行定点加热,热辊转动的同时在其表面形成多个具有一定高温的环状区域,每一个高温环状区域对应一根电缆,形成剥皮处理工位;
在剥皮辊组件的后侧设有一个转向辊,剥落的外皮绕过转向辊后向下折返,并由一个收卷机进行收卷,
牵引装置,位于转向辊的后侧,包括上、下布置的副辊和主辊,其中主辊上固定有若干牵引轮盘,所述牵引轮盘上带有凹槽,铜芯自牵引轮盘上缠绕一周后引出继续向后,其中主辊驱动力为变频电机,主辊表层材质为尼龙材质;
切断装置,采用对辊方式对通过的铜芯进行切断;
在切断装置的下方设置一个收集铜米粒的收集筐83。
进一步地,所述切断装置包括上方的刀辊和下方的转辊,所述刀辊表面均匀的设置有刀具,所述刀具通过螺钉固定在刀辊上,刀具沿轴向设置。
进一步地,转向辊的表面设置有橡胶层。
进一步地,所述支架为U形,有两侧的侧板和下端的底座组成,在两侧的侧板上相对设置有成对的阻尼器。
进一步地,所述阻尼器为尼龙阻尼器,包括转轴、尼龙轴座,尼龙轴座固定在侧板上,转轴插入在尼龙底座的安装圆孔内,通过调节尼龙轴座与转轴之间的预紧力进行调节两者之间的阻力。
进一步地,所述可拆卸结构为Z形的咬合结构,并使用螺钉锁紧结构进行锁紧。
进一步地,所述热辊和托辊为同直径的圆辊。
本发明的有益效果是:
1、通过无损伤剥削工艺,将电缆的外皮进行剥削,且不破坏铜芯的表面,可以生产高质量的铜米粒。
2、效率高,可以同时进行多组电缆的处理,实现批量化处理,每小时处理1吨左右。
3、铜米粒的颗粒度比较均匀,一致性较好。

具体实施方式
如图1至图12所示,针对现有缺陷,本发明的保护主体如下:
开发的是一种废旧电缆再利用系统,对独芯电缆进行回收再利用,产生的铜米粒质量好,可以进一步地进行钝化、磨圆操作,形成铜球等高附加值的产品,能够满足使用要求。
其基本的原理是,采用无损分离工艺,将电缆铜芯和外皮进行分割,然后对外皮进行回收,对铜芯进行切割形成符合要求的铜粒。
基于上述的描述,同时本发明提供的实施例如下:
放卷机1,用于放置电缆盘,并实现电缆的放卷,放卷机1包括支架11和设置在支架上的放卷轴12,放卷轴12两端为可拆卸结构,可以方便的进行电缆盘的取放和更换,支架11为U形,有两侧的侧板和下端的底座组成,在两侧的侧板上相对设置有成对的阻尼器13,该阻尼器为尼龙阻尼器,包括转轴、尼龙轴座,尼龙轴座固定在侧板上,转轴插入在尼龙底座的安装圆孔内,然后通过调节尼龙轴座与转轴之间的预紧力进行调节两者之间的阻力,形成阻尼器,用于增加放卷时的阻力,起到调节电缆张力的作用。两个转轴中的一个通过方形插接口进行插接连接,另一个通过Z形的咬合结构14与放卷轴配合,并使用螺钉锁紧结构进行锁紧。
在放卷轴12上设有电缆盘固定与锁定结构15,包括套置并锁紧在放卷轴上的固定套筒,用于电缆盘的固定,也就是说放卷轴是可以更换的。
上述的阻尼器的作用可以起到涨紧的作用,使得电缆处于一个绷紧的状态,在便于使用的前提下,也可使用具有类似功能的阻尼器,例如抱闸式阻尼器(通常由闸片和控制闸片抱紧程度的手柄组成)。
上述的放卷轴上下依次排开,且电缆盘依次错开布置。
转向轴2,设置在放卷轴12的一侧,位于支架11的中间位置,上述的各个电缆盘91的电缆9同时绕过转向轴,电缆9有斜向转为水平方向,其中该转向轴为表面镀铬,形成光滑的表面,使得转向时比较平滑,用于电缆的转向。
涨紧轮3,设计为多组,位于一个水平杆上,靠近转向轴的后侧,其中涨紧轮3为一个尼龙轮,通过轴承安装在轴上,涨紧轮可以转动,经过涨紧轮3后,上述的电缆在水平方向上的间距趋于一致,形成均匀的布局,然后,同时的进入到下一个剥皮工艺中。
剥皮辊组件4,包括上、下成对设置的热辊41和托辊42,其中热辊41位于上侧,托辊位于下侧,并在热辊41的上方设置一个防止热辊弯曲的压辊43,压辊为一个大直径的钢辊,压辊43直接压在热辊上侧,对热辊形成一个支撑,防止热辊的弯曲,上述的热辊41和托辊42为同直径的圆辊,间隙可调,同时两者之间同步反向转动,动力来自于第一驱动电机,传统方式为链传动。压辊为自由辊,位于最上方,直接压在热辊上,防止热辊发生弯曲。
上述的托辊42在高度方向上可以微调,以适应不同直径的电缆的,通常将两者之间的间隙调整为电缆的直径减去一层外皮的厚度,常见的调节方式为:在托辊42两端的轴承座设计成一个滑块结构,可以沿竖直方向调节,用于调节二者之间的间隙。
在热辊41的前侧位置设置一个火焰加热装置,该火焰加热装置包括燃气管411和喷嘴412,其中燃气管411为刚性管道,与热辊平行布置,在燃气管上均匀的设有多个支管,支管上分别安装一个喷嘴412,喷嘴朝向热辊41的表面,形成一字排开的样式,如图所示,对热辊的局部进行定点加热,形成一个个具有一定高温的环状区域,每一个高温环状区域对应一根电缆,形成一个处理工位。
通过喷火的喷嘴,用于对热辊进行局部的加热,使得热辊的表面形成数百度的高温,具体的,加热的方式使得热辊的表面温度根据电缆外皮不同的材质不同设定,以普通家用电缆为例:
我们平常使用的电线一般都是聚氯乙烯(PVC)材质,一般额定工作温度在70至90摄氏度,熔融状态在150摄氏度,上下浮动20摄氏度,这时,需要将热辊的表面温度调整为170度为宜。耐高温电缆线额定工作温度是180摄氏度,熔融状态在400摄氏度左右,此时需要将热辊的温度调整为400度左右为宜。为检测热辊的温度,在热辊的表面设置接触式温度传感器,用于监测热辊的表面温度。
上述热辊41和托辊42的间隙可调,根据不同直径的电缆进行微调,形成不同规格的间隙,正常工作下,间隙的大小为电缆的直径减去外皮的厚度即可,当有电缆自两者之间的间隙通过时,在热辊的作用下,电缆的上侧外皮被迅速的烫开一个口子,并在热辊与托辊的挤压作用下形成如图3所示的样子,实现剥皮。
在剥皮辊组件的后侧设有一个转向辊5,可自由的转动,其中转向辊5的表面设置有橡胶层,上述的外皮93绕过转向辊5后向下折返,并由一个收卷机6进行收卷,实现外皮的打包与整理,上述的铜芯92继续向后运动。
牵引装置7,位于转向辊的后侧,包括上、下布置的副辊和主辊组成,其中主辊上通过键连接固定有若干牵引轮盘71,该牵引轮盘71上带有凹槽,铜芯92自牵引轮盘上缠绕一周后引出继续向后,其中主辊使用的为变频电机,主辊表面材质为尼龙材质,降低对铜芯的破坏。
经过上述的牵引装7置后,铜芯比较直顺,然后进入下一级的切断装置。
切断装置8,采用对辊方式,上方的为刀辊81,下方的为转辊82,其中刀辊81表面均匀的设置有刀具811,刀具811通过螺钉固定在刀辊81上,刀具811沿轴向设置,对成批的铜线进行切割,共设计为6组,切断并形成的铜米粒的颗粒度,通过调节刀辊的转速可以形成不同长度的铜米粒,满足个性化定制的需要。
在切断装置8的下方设置一个收集筐83,用于收集上述的铜米粒。

Claims (1)

1.废旧电缆回收装置,其特征在于,自前向后依次设置:
用于放置电缆盘并实现电缆放卷的放卷机(1),所述放卷机(1)包括支架(11)和设置在支架上的放卷轴(12),放卷轴(12)两端为进行电缆盘取放和更换的可拆卸结构,所述电缆盘固定在所述放卷轴上,且若干电缆盘依次错开布置;
转向轴(2),转向轴(2)设置在放卷轴(12)的一侧且位于支架(11)的中间位置,各个电缆盘(91)的电缆(9)同时绕过转向轴后由斜向转为水平方向;该转向轴(2)为表面镀铬,形成光滑的表面;
所述电缆为独根铜芯的电缆;
涨紧轮(3),在靠近转向轴后侧的一个水平杆上设有多个涨紧轮,所述电缆绕过涨紧轮(3)后在水平方向上的间距趋于均匀的布局,
剥皮辊组件(4),包括上、下成对设置的热辊(41)和托辊(42),其中热辊(41)位于上侧,托辊位于下侧,并在热辊(41)的上方设置一个防止热辊弯曲的压辊(43),压辊(43)为自由辊,所述压辊(43)直接压在热辊上侧,热辊(41)和托辊(42)辊间距可调,且两者之间同步反向转动,动力来自于第一驱动电机,
在热辊(41)的前侧位置设置一个火焰加热装置,该火焰加热装置包括燃气管(411)和喷嘴(412),其中燃气管(411)为刚性管道,与热辊平行布置,在燃气管上均匀的设有多个支管,支管上分别安装一个喷嘴(412),喷嘴朝向热辊(41)的表面并对热辊的局部进行定点加热,热辊转动的同时在其表面形成多个具有一定高温的环状区域,每一个高温环状区域对应一根电缆,形成剥皮处理工位;
在剥皮辊组件的后侧设有一个转向辊(5),剥落的外皮(93)绕过转向辊(5)后向下折返,并由一个收卷机(6)进行收卷,
牵引装置(7),位于转向辊的后侧,包括上、下布置的副辊和主辊,其中主辊上固定有若干牵引轮盘(71),所述牵引轮盘(71)上带有凹槽,铜芯(92)自牵引轮盘上缠绕一周后引出继续向后,其中主辊驱动力为变频电机,主辊表层材质为尼龙材质;
切断装置(8),采用对辊方式对通过的铜芯进行切断;
在切断装置(8)的下方设置一个收集铜米粒的收集筐(83);
所述切断装置包括上方的刀辊(81)和下方的转辊(82),所述刀辊(81)表面均匀的设置有刀具(811),所述刀具(811)通过螺钉固定在刀辊(81)上,刀具(811)沿轴向设置;
所述可拆卸结构为Z形的咬合结构(14),并使用螺钉锁紧结构进行锁紧;
转向辊(5)的表面设置有橡胶层。
