本发明揭示了一种枕形板式换热板的滚筒干燥机,包括枕形板式换热抄板和夹套式滚筒,所述枕形板式换热抄板是由两金属板片叠加在一起,通过激光穿透焊接在一起,两金属板片之间通过高压流体进行膨胀而形成内部换热通道,所述金属板片表面呈波浪状,所述枕形板式换热抄板一侧的两端分别对应设置有进口管和出口管,所述枕形板式换热抄板对应设置于所述夹套式滚筒内表面,使得所述进口管和出口管与夹套式滚筒对应连接,所述夹套式滚筒的外壁上还对应设置有蒸汽进口和冷凝液出口。本发明干燥能力和强度得以提高,能达到较好的换热效果,干燥效率高,保证粉体物料的干燥质量。

一种枕形板式换热板的滚筒干燥机
技术领域
本发明涉及适用于粉体干燥的一种枕形板式换热板的滚筒干燥机。
背景技术
干燥设备又称干燥器和干燥机。化工生产及食品行业中,其很多颗粒原料需要经过干燥除水之后才能投入工业生产,通过加热去除原料中的水分,以获得规定含湿量的固体物料或进一步加工的需要。另外干燥后的物料也便于运输和贮存,可以将稻谷及油菜籽干燥到一定湿含量以下,以防霉变。这些物料的自然干燥远不能满足工业及实际生产发展的需要,各种机械化干燥设备越来越广泛地得到应用。传统干燥机的干燥大多采用热风与粉体物料直接接触式干燥,需要足够多的热风以除去物料中的水分,但这种方式容易影响产品的品质,不能很好的保证产品的质量。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种干燥能力和强度得以提高,能达到较好的换热效果,干燥效率高,保证粉体物料的干燥质量的枕形板式换热板的滚筒干燥机。
本发明的技术方案是,一种枕形板式换热板的滚筒干燥机,包括枕形板式换热抄板和夹套式滚筒,所述枕形板式换热抄板是由两金属板片叠加在一起,通过激光穿透焊接在一起,两金属板片之间通过高压流体进行膨胀而形成内部换热通道,所述金属板片表面呈波浪状,所述枕形板式换热抄板一侧的两端分别对应设置有进口管和出口管,所述夹套式滚筒为倾斜并能回转的圆筒体结构,所述枕形板式换热抄板对应设置于所述夹套式滚筒内表面,使得所述进口管和出口管与夹套式滚筒对应连接,所述夹套式滚筒的外壁上还对应设置有蒸汽进口和冷凝液出口,所述蒸汽进口与进口管对应连接,所述冷凝液出口与出口管对应连接。
在本发明一个较佳实施例中,所述枕形板式换热抄板设置有多个并等间隔环绕分布设置于所述夹套式滚筒内壁上。
在本发明一个较佳实施例中,环绕设置的枕形板式换热抄板设置有多组并等间隔分布于所述夹套式滚筒的两端部之间。
在本发明一个较佳实施例中,所述夹套式滚筒的两端部外侧分别设置有滚动啮合齿轮。
在本发明一个较佳实施例中,所述夹套式滚筒的两端分别转动啮合连接于机体。
在本发明一个较佳实施例中,所述夹套式滚筒壁面内设置有内部通道。
本发明所述为一种枕形板式换热板的滚筒干燥机,本发明干燥能力和强度得以提高,能达到较好的换热效果,干燥效率高,保证粉体物料的干燥质量。

具体实施方式
下面对本发明的较佳实施例进行详细阐述,以使本发明的优点和特征能更易于被本领域技术人员理解,从而对本发明的保护范围做出更为清楚明确的界定。
本发明所述为一种枕形板式换热板的滚筒干燥机,如图1、图2结合图3所示,包括枕形板式换热抄板1和夹套式滚筒2,所述枕形板式换热抄板1是由两金属板片叠加在一起,通过激光穿透焊接在一起,两金属板片之间通过高压流体进行膨胀而形成内部换热通道,所述金属板片表面呈波浪状,所述枕形板式换热抄板1一侧的两端分别对应设置有进口管3和出口管4,所述夹套式滚筒2为倾斜并能回转的圆筒体结构,所述枕形板式换热抄板1对应设置于所述夹套式滚筒2内表面,使得所述进口管3和出口管4与夹套式滚筒2对应连接,所述夹套式滚筒2的外壁上还对应设置有蒸汽进口5和冷凝液出口6,所述蒸汽进口5与进口管3对应连接,所述冷凝液出口6与出口管4对应连接,所述枕形板式换热抄板1设置有多个并等间隔环绕分布设置于所述夹套式滚筒2内壁上,环绕设置的枕形板式换热抄板1设置有多组并等间隔分布于所述夹套式滚筒2的两端部之间,所述夹套式滚筒2的两端部外侧分别设置有滚动啮合齿轮7,所述夹套式滚筒2的两端分别转动啮合连接于机体,所述夹套式滚筒2壁面内设置有内部通道,蒸汽或冷凝液流经内部通道,从而间壁式的加热干燥物料。
湿物料从夹套式滚筒一端上部进入,干物料从另一端下部收集。风从进料端进入,从另一端上部排出。夹套式滚筒内装有顺向枕形板式换热抄板,在夹套式滚筒筒体回转过程中,在夹套式滚筒内布置的一系列枕形板式换热抄板不仅可以间壁式干燥物料,还起到扬料的作用,夹套式滚筒内的枕形板式换热抄板不断地将物料抄起、抛下,使其充分与枕形板式换热抄板及夹套式滚筒内壁面充分接触,以提高干燥效率并使物料向前移动。
本发明所述为一种枕形板式换热板的滚筒干燥机,本发明干燥能力和强度得以提高,能达到较好的换热效果,干燥效率高,保证粉体物料的干燥质量。

1.一种枕形板式换热板的滚筒干燥机,包括枕形板式换热抄板和夹套式滚筒,其特征在于:所述枕形板式换热抄板是由两金属板片叠加在一起,通过激光穿透焊接在一起,两金属板片之间通过高压流体进行膨胀而形成内部换热通道,所述金属板片表面呈波浪状,所述枕形板式换热抄板一侧的两端分别对应设置有进口管和出口管,所述夹套式滚筒为倾斜并能回转的圆筒体结构,所述枕形板式换热抄板对应设置于所述夹套式滚筒内表面,使得所述进口管和出口管与夹套式滚筒对应连接,所述夹套式滚筒的外壁上还对应设置有蒸汽进口和冷凝液出口,所述蒸汽进口与进口管对应连接,所述冷凝液出口与出口管对应连接。
2.根据权利要求1所述的枕形板式换热板的滚筒干燥机,其特征在于:所述枕形板式换热抄板设置有多个并等间隔环绕分布设置于所述夹套式滚筒内壁上。
3.根据权利要求2所述的枕形板式换热板的滚筒干燥机,其特征在于:环绕设置的枕形板式换热抄板设置有多组并等间隔分布于所述夹套式滚筒的两端部之间。
4.根据权利要求1所述的枕形板式换热板的滚筒干燥机,其特征在于:所述夹套式滚筒的两端部外侧分别设置有滚动啮合齿轮。
5.根据权利要求4所述的枕形板式换热板的滚筒干燥机,其特征在于:所述夹套式滚筒的两端分别转动啮合连接于机体。
6.根据权利要求1所述的枕形板式换热板的滚筒干燥机,其特征在于:所述夹套式滚筒壁面内设置有内部通道。
