本发明涉及汽车发动机领域,具体为一种发动机进气口防进水装置。
背景技术
在雨天车辆路过积水深处时,很容易使发动机进气口进水,从而导致发动机整体损坏。本发明可有效解决这一难题。其他类似发明专利都是以控发动机点火开关或电路来完成关闭发动机的功能,但本发明可简单方便的安装到任何汽车发动机进气口处,不需要控制发动机电路,安装方便、快捷。并且在正常情况下,该装置还可以通过内置涡轮的转动,有效提高汽车动力,节省燃油。
发明内容
本发明目的在于提供一种发动机进气口防进水装置,以解决上述背景技术中提出的问题。
一种发动机进气口防进水装置,包括进气管、出气管和立柱,所述进气管末端与两根分流管连接,所述分流管末端与立柱底部连接,出气管与立柱顶部连接,所述进气管管口处设有水流检测感应器一所述水流检测感应器一与车载电源连接,所述立柱底部设有出水口,所述出水口设有水流检测感应器二和控制器二,所述出水口连接有吸水泵,所述吸水泵、水流检测感应器二和控制器二分别与车载电源连接,所述水流检测感应器二与控制器二连接,所述控制器二与吸水泵连接,所述立柱内设有涡轮,所述涡轮与电机一连接,所述出气管内设有控制器一,所述控制器一与车载电源连接,所述出气管管口处设有挡板,所述挡板与出气管转动连接,所述挡板底部连接有电机二,所述电机一和电机二分别与控制器一连接。
优选的,所述出气管外表面连接有橡胶圈。
优选的,所述挡板外表面连接有橡胶圈。
优选的,所述电机一转速8000r/min。
优选的,所述立柱地面为倾斜面。
本发明的优点在于:结构简单,实用方便,将本装置的出气管安装在发动机的进气口内,在没有水的情况在,涡轮的转动可以帮助进气口进气,增大进气量,以提升发动机的动力,并且可以节省燃油,当进气管进水时,水流检测感应器一检测到水流,此时控制器一控制电机一停转,电机二转动,使挡板旋转90度,将出气管密封,防止水流进发动机进气口,分流管增长了水流进立柱的距离,也可以使水汽在分流管内凝结成水滴,流向立柱底部,立柱底部倾斜,使水滴聚集在出水口,当出水口内水流检测感应器二感应到水流时,吸水泵工作,将水抽出,避免的水分在立柱内的累积。

为使本发明更加便于理解和使用,下面将结合附图对本发明进一步说明。
一种发动机进气口防进水装置,包括进气管2所述进气管2直径为8cm、出气管3所述出气管3直径为8cm和立柱1所述立柱3直径为10cm,所述进气管2末端与两根分流管5连接,所述分流管5末端与立柱1底部连接,出气管3与立柱1顶部连接,所述进气管2管口处设有水流检测感应器一4所述水流检测感应器一4与车载电源连接,所述立柱1底部设有出水口11,所述出水口11设有水流检测感应器二14和控制器二13,所述出水口11连接有吸水泵12,所述吸水泵12、水流检测感应器二14和控制器二13分别与车载电源连接,所述水流检测感应器二14与控制器二13连接,所述控制器二13与吸水泵12连接,所述立柱1内设有涡轮6,所述涡轮6与电机一7连接,所述出气管3内设有控制器一8,所述控制器一8与车载电源连接,所述出气管3管口处设有挡板9,所述挡板9与出气管3转动连接,所述挡板9底部连接有电机二10,所述电机一7和电机二10分别与控制器一8连接。
在本实施例中,所述出气管3外表面连接有橡胶圈,使出气管3和发动机进气口紧密贴合。
在本实施例中,所述挡板9外表面连接有橡胶圈。
在本实施例中,所述电机一7转速8000r/min。
在本实施例中,所述立柱1地面为倾斜面。
工作原理及方法步骤:将本装置的出气管3安装在发动机的进气口内,在水流检测感应器一4在没有检测到水流时,涡轮6转动,涡轮6的转动可以帮助发动机进气口进气,增大进气量,以提升发动机的动力,并且可以节省燃油,当进气管2进水时,水流检测感应器一4检测到水流,此时控制器一8控制电机一7停转,电机二10转动,使挡板9旋转90度,将出气管3密封,防止水流进发动机进气口,分流管5增长了水流进立柱1的距离,也可以使水汽在分流管5内凝结成水滴,流向立柱1底部,立柱1底部倾斜,使水滴聚集在出水口11,当出水口11内水流检测感应器二14感应到水流时,吸水泵12工作,将水抽出,避免的水分在立柱内的累积。

1.一种发动机进气口防进水装置,包括进气管(2)、出气管(3)和立柱(1),其特征在于,所述进气管(2)末端与两根分流管(5)连接,所述分流管(5)末端与立柱(1)底部连接,出气管(3)与立柱(1)顶部连接,所述进气管(2)管口处设有水流检测感应器一(4)所述水流检测感应器一(4)与车载电源连接,所述立柱(1)底部设有出水口(11),所述出水口(11)设有水流检测感应器二(14)和控制器二(13),所述出水口(11)连接有吸水泵(12),所述吸水泵(12)、水流检测感应器二(14)和控制器二(13)分别与车载电源连接,所述水流检测感应器二(14)与控制器二(13)连接,所述控制器二(13)与吸水泵(12)连接,所述立柱(1)内设有涡轮(6),所述涡轮(6)与电机一(7)连接,所述出气管(3)内设有控制器一(8),所述控制器一(8)与车载电源连接,所述出气管(3)管口处设有挡板(9),所述挡板(9)与出气管(3)转动连接,所述挡板(9)底部连接有电机二(10),所述电机一(7)和电机二(10)分别与控制器一(8)连接。
