Abstract

本发明属于装饰板材加工技术领域,具体涉及一种薄型防噪音装饰板材及其制备方法,包括装饰层和填充底层,所述填充底层包括填充料A、填充料B和浆料,所述填充料A为粒径不大于1mm的无机颗粒,填充料B为粒径为1‑3mm的秸秆颗粒。本发明相比现有技术具有以下优点:由本发明中通过浆料以及不同粒径的填充料混合使用,在挤压后,使填充层形成不规则形状的填充层结构,增强吸音、隔音效果的同时还具有较好的阻燃性,无污染无辐射,相比现有吸音板材在吸音效果相同的情况下厚度减少了30%以上,能够提高空间的使用,适用范围广。

技术领域
本发明属于装饰板材加工技术领域,具体涉及一种薄型防噪音装饰板材及其制备方法。
背景技术
随着装修行业的发展和人们生活水平的提高,对装饰材料的要求也越来越高,而现有的吸音材料多为矿渣棉等多孔材料、木质吸音板或木棉,不仅填充层厚度较厚,且有不防火的缺点,为了提高人们的生活质量,应当对吸音装饰材料进行进一步研究。
发明内容
本发明的目的是针对现有的问题,提供了一种薄型防噪音装饰板材及其制备方法。
本发明是通过以下技术方案实现的:一种薄型防噪音装饰板材,包括装饰层和填充底层,所述填充底层包括填充料A、填充料B和浆料,所述填充料A为粒径不大于1mm的无机颗粒,填充料B为粒径为1-3mm的秸秆颗粒。
作为对上述方案的进一步改进,所述填充料A、填充量B和浆料的质量比为10-12:3-4:1。
作为对上述方案的进一步改进,所述浆料由以下重量份的原料制成;氧化镁26-30份、硫酸镁4-9份、氧化镁2-3份、水100份;
所述填充料A由以下重量份的原料制成:高岭土22-26份、烧结灰7-10份、铝矾土2-4份、镧系稀土2-4份、玻璃纤维4-6份、氮化硼纤维2-3份、可固化高分子树脂25-30份、十二烷基本磺酸钠2-4份;
所述填充料B有以下重量份的原料制成:秸秆粉100份、羧甲基纤维素钠1.2-2.2份、含羧基侧基聚芳醚酮0.8-1.5份、六次甲基四胺0.8-1.5份、过氧化苯甲酸叔丁酯1.5-2.2份。
作为对上述方案的进一步改进,所述秸秆为燕麦秸、豆秸、油菜秸、棉花秸、竹秸中的任意一种或几种混合。
作为对上述方案的进一步改进,所述可固化高分子树脂是丙烯酸树脂、环氧树脂、氨基树脂和不饱和聚酯树脂中的一种。
作为对上述方案的进一步改进,所述填料A的制备方法为:将可固化高分子树脂熔融后加入玻璃纤维和碳化硼纤维至完全溶解,然后加入与可固化高分子树脂等重量的水,在45-50℃的条件下搅拌至均匀,然后加入剩余原料,制成匀质浆料,挤压制粒。
作为对上述方案的进一步改进,所述填料B的制备方法为:将秸秆粉在质量浓度为6-8%的氢氧化钠溶液中浸泡4-6小时后,用去离子水冲洗至中性,然后将其他原料与其混合搅拌均匀,送入植物秸秆膨压机中,在150-180℃得条件下进行水解处理,反应时间为25-45s,喷出得到秸秆颗粒。
一种薄型防噪音装饰板材的制备方法,包括以下步骤:
(1)将填料A、填料B和浆料按重量配比混合,在5-6个大气压的挤压机中挤压成胚体后在62-68℃的条件下烘干4-6小时,然后在自然条件下养护6-7天,切割得到填充底层;
(2)在填充底层上面复合装饰层,按照设计要求在复合后的装饰板材上切槽和钻孔。
作为对上述方案的进一步改进,所述装饰层为三聚氰胺高压装饰层压板、PVC、天然木皮中的一种改性脲醛树脂的装饰纸制成。
本发明相比现有技术具有以下优点:由本发明中通过浆料以及不同粒径的填充料混合使用,在挤压后,使填充层形成不规则形状的填充层结构,增强吸音、隔音效果的同时还具有较好的阻燃性,无污染无辐射,相比现有吸音板材在吸音效果相同的情况下厚度减少了30%以上,能够提高空间的使用,适用范围广。
具体实施方式
实施例1
一种薄型防噪音装饰板材,包括装饰层和填充底层,所述填充底层包括填充料A、填充料B和浆料,所述填充料A为粒径不大于1mm的无机颗粒,填充料B为粒径为1-3mm的秸秆颗粒。
其中,所述填充料A、填充量B和浆料的质量比为10:4:1。
其中,所述浆料由以下重量份的原料制成;氧化镁28份、硫酸镁6份、氧化镁2份、水100份;
所述填充料A由以下重量份的原料制成:高岭土24份、烧结灰8份、铝矾土3份、镧系稀土3份、玻璃纤维5份、氮化硼纤维2份、可固化高分子树脂28份、十二烷基本磺酸钠3份;
所述填充料B有以下重量份的原料制成:秸秆粉100份、羧甲基纤维素钠1.8份、含羧基侧基聚芳醚酮1.2份、六次甲基四胺1.2份、过氧化苯甲酸叔丁酯1.8份。
所述秸秆为燕麦秸、豆秸、油菜秸、棉花秸、竹秸中的任意一种或几种混合;所述可固化高分子树脂是丙烯酸树脂、环氧树脂、氨基树脂和不饱和聚酯树脂中的一种。
其中,所述填料A的制备方法为:将可固化高分子树脂熔融后加入玻璃纤维和碳化硼纤维至完全溶解,然后加入与可固化高分子树脂等重量的水,在45-50℃的条件下搅拌至均匀,然后加入剩余原料,制成匀质浆料,挤压制粒;
所述填料B的制备方法为:将秸秆粉在质量浓度为7%的氢氧化钠溶液中浸泡4-6小时后,用去离子水冲洗至中性,然后将其他原料与其混合搅拌均匀,送入植物秸秆膨压机中,在160℃得条件下进行水解处理,反应时间为35s,喷出得到秸秆颗粒。
一种薄型防噪音装饰板材的制备方法,包括以下步骤:
(1)将填料A、填料B和浆料按重量配比混合,在5.5个大气压的挤压机中挤压成胚体后在65℃的条件下烘干5小时,然后在自然条件下养护6天,切割得到填充底层;
(2)在填充底层上面复合装饰层,按照设计要求在复合后的装饰板材上切槽和钻孔。
其中,所述装饰层为三聚氰胺高压装饰层压板、PVC、天然木皮中的一种改性脲醛树脂的装饰纸制成。
所述制备的装饰板材导热系数为0.048W/(m·k),在250-1000Hz条件下测试吸音隔音效果,降噪系数为0.36。
实施例2
一种薄型防噪音装饰板材,包括装饰层和填充底层,所述填充底层包括填充料A、填充料B和浆料,所述填充料A为粒径不大于1mm的无机颗粒,填充料B为粒径为1-3mm的秸秆颗粒。
其中,所述填充料A、填充量B和浆料的质量比为12:2:1。
其中,所述浆料由以下重量份的原料制成;氧化镁26份、硫酸镁9份、氧化镁2份、水100份;
所述填充料A由以下重量份的原料制成:高岭土22份、烧结灰10份、铝矾土4份、镧系稀土2份、玻璃纤维6份、氮化硼纤维2份、可固化高分子树脂30份、十二烷基本磺酸钠4份;
所述填充料B有以下重量份的原料制成:秸秆粉100份、羧甲基纤维素钠1.2份、含羧基侧基聚芳醚酮1.5份、六次甲基四胺0.8份、过氧化苯甲酸叔丁酯2.2份。
所述制备的装饰板材导热系数为0.049W/(m·k),在250-1000Hz条件下测试吸音隔音效果,降噪系数为0.39。
实施例3
一种薄型防噪音装饰板材,包括装饰层和填充底层,所述填充底层包括填充料A、填充料B和浆料,所述填充料A为粒径不大于1mm的无机颗粒,填充料B为粒径为1-3mm的秸秆颗粒。
其中,所述填充料A、填充量B和浆料的质量比为11:3:1。
其中,所述浆料由以下重量份的原料制成;氧化镁30份、硫酸镁4份、氧化镁2份、水100份;
所述填充料A由以下重量份的原料制成:高岭土22份、烧结灰10份、铝矾土4份、镧系稀土4份、玻璃纤维4份、氮化硼纤维2份、可固化高分子树脂25份、十二烷基本磺酸钠2份;
所述填充料B有以下重量份的原料制成:秸秆粉100份、羧甲基纤维素钠1.2份、含羧基侧基聚芳醚酮0.8份、六次甲基四胺1.5份、过氧化苯甲酸叔丁酯1.5份。
所述制备的装饰板材导热系数为0.052W/(m·k),在250-1000Hz条件下测试吸音隔音效果,降噪系数为0.37。
具有降噪系数为0.35-0.38的装饰板材(隔音毡+石膏板+隔音毡+石膏板结构),厚度为30mm,而本发明中装饰板材的厚度为12-15mm。

1.一种薄型防噪音装饰板材,其特征在于,包括装饰层和填充底层,所述填充底层包括填充料A、填充料B和浆料,所述填充料A为粒径不大于1mm的无机颗粒,填充料B为粒径为1-3mm的秸秆颗粒。
2.如权利要求1所述一种薄型防噪音装饰板材,其特征在于,所述填充料A、填充量B和浆料的质量比为10-12:3-4:1。
3.如权利要求1所述一种薄型防噪音装饰板材,其特征在于,所述浆料由以下重量份的原料制成;氧化镁26-30份、硫酸镁4-9份、氧化镁2-3份、水100份;
所述填充料A由以下重量份的原料制成:高岭土22-26份、烧结灰7-10份、铝矾土2-4份、镧系稀土2-4份、玻璃纤维4-6份、氮化硼纤维2-3份、可固化高分子树脂25-30份、十二烷基本磺酸钠2-4份;
所述填充料B有以下重量份的原料制成:秸秆粉100份、羧甲基纤维素钠1.2-2.2份、含羧基侧基聚芳醚酮0.8-1.5份、六次甲基四胺0.8-1.5份、过氧化苯甲酸叔丁酯1.5-2.2份。
4.如权利要求1所述一种薄型防噪音装饰板材,其特征在于,所述秸秆为燕麦秸、豆秸、油菜秸、棉花秸、竹秸中的任意一种或几种混合。
5.如权利要求1所述一种薄型防噪音装饰板材,其特征在于,所述可固化高分子树脂是丙烯酸树脂、环氧树脂、氨基树脂和不饱和聚酯树脂中的一种。
6.如权利要求1所述一种薄型防噪音装饰板材,其特征在于,所述填料A的制备方法为:将可固化高分子树脂熔融后加入玻璃纤维和碳化硼纤维至完全溶解,然后加入与可固化高分子树脂等重量的水,在45-50℃的条件下搅拌至均匀,然后加入剩余原料,制成匀质浆料,挤压制粒。
7.如权利要求1所述一种薄型防噪音装饰板材,其特征在于,所述填料B的制备方法为:将秸秆粉在质量浓度为6-8%的氢氧化钠溶液中浸泡4-6小时后,用去离子水冲洗至中性,然后将其他原料与其混合搅拌均匀,送入植物秸秆膨压机中,在150-180℃得条件下进行水解处理,反应时间为25-45s,喷出得到秸秆颗粒。
8.一种如权利要求1-7任一项所述薄型防噪音装饰板材的制备方法,其特征在于,包括以下步骤:
