Abstract

本发明公开了一种聚氨酯涂复面料及其制备方法,属于复合面料技术领域,该复合面料包括第一布料层、第二布料层及设置于所述第一布料层和第二布料层之间的聚氨酯层,所述聚氨酯层通过高温烫化产生粘性而将所述第一布料层和第二布料层粘合在一起,所述聚氨酯层为密度40‑400kg/m3的高密度聚氨酯。将面料与聚氨酯弹性体经过高温涂覆粘结在一起得到涂复面料,具有手感好、蓬松、透气性好、耐候、耐久性好,高弹性、厚度可调试、压缩永久不变形并具备记忆功能等优点。

一种聚氨酯涂复面料及其制备方法
技术领域
本发明涉及复合面料技术领域,具体涉及一种聚氨酯涂复面料及其制备方法。
背景技术
复合面料是将一层或多层纺织材料、无纺材料及其他功能材料经粘结贴合而成的一种新型材料,最初适用于鞋、帽、玩具、运动用品、户外用品、地毯、车内饰面料、医疗服务器械等领域。随着科学技术的不断提高,人们的生活水平也不断提高,导致人们对于面料舒适度的要求也越来越高,传统的复合面料存在透气性差、挺度差、柔软性差等缺点,已不能满足当代人对于面料舒适度的需求,同时现阶段,面料复合加工厂不断崛起,行业内竞争也越来越激烈,因此面料在功能性、舒适性方面的改进是势在必行的。
在现有技术中,复合面料通常采用水胶复合或油胶复合或热熔胶复合,水胶复合存在胶量多而手感不好、透气性差,或胶量少而牢度不够等缺点;油胶复合存在有气味、厚度不够、不环保等缺点;热熔胶复合只适用于某些特定的面料,对面料的选择存在很大的局限性。这些复合技术由于自身条件的约束,已不能满足人们对于高舒适度的要求,而且现有的技术贴合出的面料在进行多次反复洗涤消毒后易变形,并且其具有的某个单一的功能的效果也会降低,寻求一种能够具备多种功能且环保的复合工艺是行业难题。
发明内容
针对上述技术问题,本发明提供一种聚氨酯涂复面料及其制备方法,将面料与聚氨酯弹性体经过高温涂覆热压粘结在一起得到复合面料,具有手感好、蓬松、透气性好、耐候、耐久性好,高弹性、厚度可调试、压缩永久不变形并具备记忆功能等优点。
为实现上述目的,本发明采用以下技术方案:
一种聚氨酯涂复面料,包括第一布料层、第二布料层及设置于所述第一布料层和第二布料层之间的聚氨酯层,所述聚氨酯层通过高温烫化产生粘性而将所述第一布料层和第二布料层粘合在一起,所述聚氨酯层为密度40-400kg/m3的高密度聚氨酯。
优选的,所述第一布料层与第二布料层可以是相同布料、膜塑材料或不同布料、膜塑材料。
优选的,所述高密度聚氨酯由以下重量份原料制成:聚醚多元醇100份、甲苯二异氰酸酯5.0-20份、催化剂0.1份-1.5份、泡沫稳定剂0.3-0.6份,发泡剂0.2-3.0份。
优选的,所述高密度聚氨酯的合成工艺步骤为:按照重量份将上述原材料加入反应器中,混合,高速搅拌均匀,反应温度70~110℃,反应时间5min-15min,之后倒入模具发泡并固化,得到高密度聚氨酯。
优选的,所述第一布料层的厚度范围是0.05mm-30mm。
优选的,所述第二布料层的厚度范围是0.05mm-30mm。
优选的,所述聚氨酯层的厚度范围是1mm-100mm。
本发明还提供一种聚氨酯涂复面料的制备方法,包括步骤:将第一布料层平铺,将聚氨酯层通过高温烫化产生粘性,通过涂刮机将聚氨酯层刮涂于第一布料层上,再将第二布料层平铺于聚氨酯层上,在聚氨酯粘性的作用下粘结为一体,并通过热压装置进行热压复合定型,复合后干燥得到涂复面料。
优选的,所述热压复合次数为3-5次。
优选的,所述刮涂时温度控制在60℃-80℃,刮刀与第一布料层之间的距离为0.02-0.08mm。
本发明的有益技术效果为:采用高密度聚氨酯,聚氨酯的蓬松和弹性能有效提高面料的蓬松度,得到的复合面料具有表面无褶皱、丰满,具备橡胶弹性、手感柔软,有蓬松感、有挺度并有记忆功能等优点,且厚度可随应用的产品调试;无需采用粘合剂即可将不同材料复合成型,避免了使用粘合剂带来的环境污染。
具体实施方式
下面结合具体实施例对本发明作进一步说明。
实施例1
一种聚氨酯涂复面料,包括第一布料层、第二布料层及设置于所述第一布料层和第二布料层之间的聚氨酯层,所述第一布料层的厚度是0.2mm,所述第二布料层的厚度范围是0.2mm,所述聚氨酯层的厚度范围是3mm。
所述高密度聚氨酯由以下重量份原料制成:聚醚多元醇100份、甲苯二异氰酸酯10份、催化剂1.0份、泡沫稳定剂0.3份、发泡剂0.5份。按照重量份将上述原材料加入反应器中,混合,高速搅拌均匀,反应温度70℃,反应时间10min,之后倒入模具发泡并固化,得到密度为60kg/m3的高密度聚氨酯。
将第一布料层平铺,将聚氨酯层通过高温烫化产生粘性,通过涂刮机将聚氨酯层刮涂于第一布料层上,再将第二布料层平铺于聚氨酯层上,在聚氨酯粘性的作用下粘结为一体,并通过热压装置进行热压复合,热压复合次数为3次,复合后干燥得到复合面料。
实施例2
一种聚氨酯涂复面料,包括第一布料层、第二布料层及设置于所述第一布料层和第二布料层之间的聚氨酯层,所述第一布料层的厚度是0.6mm,所述第二布料层的厚度是0.6mm,所述聚氨酯层的厚度是1mm。
所述高密度聚氨酯由以下重量份原料制成:聚醚多元醇100份、甲苯二异氰酸酯20份、催化剂1.5份、泡沫稳定剂0.6份、发泡剂3.0份。按照重量份将上述原材料加入反应器中,混合,高速搅拌均匀,反应温度70℃,反应时间15min,之后倒入模具发泡并固化,得到密度为300kg/m3的高密度聚氨酯。
将第一布料层平铺,将聚氨酯层通过高温烫化产生粘性,通过涂刮机将聚氨酯层刮涂于第一布料层上,再将第二布料层平铺于聚氨酯层上,在聚氨酯粘性的作用下粘结为一体,并通过热压装置进行热压复合,热压复合次数为4次,复合后干燥得到复合面料。
实施例3
一种聚氨酯涂复面料,包括第一布料层、第二布料层及设置于所述第一布料层和第二布料层之间的聚氨酯层,所述第一布料层的厚度是0.3mm,所述第二布料层的厚度是0.4mm,所述聚氨酯层的厚度是2mm。
所述高密度聚氨酯由以下重量份原料制成:聚醚多元醇100份、甲苯二异氰酸酯15份、催化剂1.2份、泡沫稳定剂0.5份、发泡剂2.0份。按照重量份将上述原材料加入反应器中,混合,搅拌均匀,反应温度70℃,反应时间10min,之后倒入模具发泡并固化,得到密度为200kg/m3的高密度聚氨酯。
将第一布料层平铺,将聚氨酯层通过高温烫化产生粘性,通过涂刮机将聚氨酯层刮涂于第一布料层上,再将第二布料层平铺于聚氨酯层上,在聚氨酯粘性的作用下粘结为一体,并通过热压装置进行热压复合,热压复合次数为5次,复合后干燥得到复合面料。

Claims (10)

1.一种聚氨酯涂复面料,其特征在于,包括第一布料层、第二布料层及设置于所述第一布料层和第二布料层之间的聚氨酯层,所述聚氨酯层通过高温烫化产生粘性而将所述第一布料层和第二布料层粘合在一起,所述聚氨酯层为密度40-400kg/m3的高密度聚氨酯。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种聚氨酯涂复面料,其特征在于,所述第一布料层与所述第二布料层可以是相同布料、膜塑材料或不同布料、膜塑材料。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种聚氨酯涂复面料,其特征在于,所述高密度聚氨酯由以下重量份原料制成:聚醚多元醇100份、甲苯二异氰酸酯5-20份、催化剂0.1份-1.5份、泡沫稳定剂0.3-0.6份、发泡剂0.2-3.0份。
4.根据权利要求3所述的一种聚氨酯涂复面料,其特征在于,所述高密度聚氨酯的合成工艺步骤为:按照重量份将上述原材料加入反应器中,混合,高速搅拌均匀,反应温度70~110℃,反应时间5min-15min,之后倒入模具发泡并固化,得到高密度聚氨酯。
5.根据权利要求1所述的一种聚氨酯涂复面料,其特征在于,所述第一布料层的厚度范围是0.05mm-30mm。
6.根据权利要求1所述的一种聚氨酯涂复面料,其特征在于,所述第二布料层的厚度范围是0.05mm-30mm。
7.根据权利要求1所述的一种聚氨酯涂复面料,其特征在于,所述聚氨酯层的厚度范围是1mm-100mm。
8.权利要求1所述的一种聚氨酯涂复面料的制备方法,包括步骤:将第一布料层平铺,将聚氨酯层通过高温烫化产生粘性,通过涂刮机将聚氨酯层刮涂于第一布料层上,再将第二布料层平铺于聚氨酯层上,在聚氨酯粘性的作用下粘结为一体,并通过热压装置进行热压复合,复合后干燥得到涂复面料。
9.根据权利要求8所述的一种聚氨酯涂复面料的制备方法,其特征在于,所述热压复合次数为3-5次。
10.根据权利要求8所述的一种聚氨酯涂复面料的制备方法,其特征在于,所述刮涂时温度控制在60℃-80℃,刮刀与第一布料层之间的距离为0.02-0.08mm。
