本发明公开了一种柔软击剑运动金属衣面料用导电纱制备方法,涉及纺织材料技术领域,包括如下步骤:以直径为50μm的紫铜丝为导电丝原料;以80D涤纶长丝纱为芯纱,通过并捻机将紫铜丝包缠在芯纱外层;将包缠纱放入铜减量溶液中浸泡处理,控制紫铜丝直径减少至30μm为止;用去离子水清洗;清洗后进行紫铜丝表面的化学镀银或锡处理;烘干后沿轴向滚压压扁,制成的细度小、柔软性良好的导电包缠纱。本发明制成的导电包缠纱可用于织造击剑运动金属衣导电面料,可降低其厚度,改善其柔软性。

Description

一种柔软击剑运动金属衣面料用导电纱制备方法
技术领域
本发明涉及纺织材料技术领域,具体涉及一种柔软击剑运动金属衣面料用导电纱制备方法。
背景技术
自从1896年击剑运动成为奥运会比赛项目以来,击剑运动的普及性越来越广,参与人数近年来更是呈现出爆发式增长。为此,针对击剑防护金属衣的研发工作也得到越来越多的关注。与此同时,击剑防护金属衣技术的进步也成为击剑这项高危险、强对抗的竞技运动稳步发展的重要助力。
目前金属丝型击剑导电运动金属衣面料使用的导电材料为镀锡磷铜丝,将镀锡后的磷铜丝与非导电芯纱如棉纱,锦纶纱或涤纶纱缠绕后,制成导电纱,再将这种导电纱与非导电纱线作为经纬纱线,以一定的间隔进行织造,制成导电的击剑运动金属衣面料。
磷铜丝为铜/锡合金,锡的含量为10~15%,这种铜合金延展性较好,所以在各种铜及其合金中,磷铜丝可以做的最细,紫铜丝最低可做到50微米,但由于磷铜含10~15%的锡,相比紫铜(纯铜),磷铜导电率下降,丝的硬度也提高。
市场上击剑运动金属衣使用的磷铜丝直径最细的一般为35微米,大多为40微米及以上,硬度较大;使得最终制成的导电包缠纱柔软性差,导电性也不及同样细度的紫铜丝。最终制成的面料手感柔软性不理想,穿着时变形能力差,影响运动灵活性。
发明内容
为解决上述技术问题,本发明提供一种柔软击剑运动金属衣面料用导电纱制备方法,本发明制成的导电包缠纱可用于织造击剑运动金属衣导电面料,可降低其厚度,改善其柔软性。
为了解决上述技术问题,本发明采用如下技术方案:
一种柔软击剑运动金属衣面料用导电纱制备方法,以直径为50μm的紫铜丝为导电丝原料,包括下列步骤:
a、以80D涤纶长丝纱为芯纱,通过并捻机将紫铜丝包缠在芯纱外层,获得包缠纱;
b、将包缠纱放入铜减量溶液中浸泡处理,控制紫铜丝直径减少至30μm为止;
c、用去离子水将包缠纱上残留的铜减量溶液清洗干净;
d、将清洗干净的包缠纱进行紫铜丝表面的化学镀处理;
e、将化学镀处理的包缠纱烘干后沿轴向滚压压扁,制成的细度小、柔软性良好的导电包缠纱。
优选的,步骤a中紫铜丝的包缠密度为18~20转/cm。
优选的,步骤b中铜减量溶液由过氧水和硫酸组成,浓度分别为10%和30%,
优选的,步骤d中对包缠纱进行紫铜丝表面的化学镀银处理,将清洗干净的包缠纱浸置于化学镀银溶液中,在紫铜丝表面获得镀银层。
优选的,步骤d中对包缠纱进行紫铜丝表面的化学镀锡处理,将清洗干净的包缠纱浸置于化学镀锡溶液中,在紫铜丝表面获得镀锡层。
相比于现有技术,本发明具有如下有益效果:
相比传统击剑运动金属衣导电面料所用导电纱,本发明通过采用紫铜丝做导电材料,并用化学减量法,减少紫铜丝的直径,改善导电纱的柔软性,并保持和提高导电纱的导电性,以用于生产轻薄柔软性和良好导电性的击剑运动金属衣面料。
这种导电纱由于导电材料的柔软性和导电性好,因此相对传统导电纱柔软性和导电性都有很大的改善,使得面料更轻薄,柔软性也大幅提升,可提高金属衣的运动舒适性,有助于运动员减少体力消耗并提升成绩。
具体实施方式
以下将结合具体实施例以对本发明做进一步详细说明,但不应将其理解为对本发明保护范围的限制。对于实施例中未具体描述的工艺参数,可遵照本领域中的常规条件或者按照设备规范要求进行。
紫铜为纯铜,对比各种铜合金,紫铜丝的柔软性和导电性都最好,但由于材料和工艺限制,目前最细的紫铜丝实际生产中可做直径50微米,在这个直径下,紫铜丝弯曲刚度较大。
本发明采用一种对紫铜进行化学减量处理的方法,可使其直径减少,并控制到所需要大小,由于线材的弯曲刚度与其半径成4次方关系,因此直径减少可以使其弯曲刚度大幅下降,又由于紫铜的导电性好于磷铜,所以在紫铜丝直径下降,仍然可以使导电纱有较好的导电性。
实施例1
一种柔软击剑运动金属衣面料用导电纱制备方法,以直径为50μm的紫铜丝为导电丝原料,包括下列步骤:
a、以80D涤纶长丝纱为芯纱,通过并捻机将紫铜丝包缠在芯纱外层,包缠密度为18~20转/cm,获得包缠纱;
b、将包缠纱放入铜减量溶液中浸泡处理,铜减量溶液由过氧水和硫酸组成,浓度分别为10%和30%,控制紫铜丝直径减少至30μm为止;
c、用去离子水将包缠纱上残留的铜减量溶液清洗干净;
d、将清洗干净的包缠纱浸置于化学镀银溶液中,进行紫铜丝表面的化学镀银处理,在紫铜丝表面获得镀银层;
e、将化学镀处理的包缠纱烘干后沿轴向滚压压扁,制成的细度小、柔软性良好的导电包缠纱。
实施例2
一种柔软击剑运动金属衣面料用导电纱制备方法,以直径为50μm的紫铜丝为导电丝原料,包括下列步骤:
a、以80D涤纶长丝纱为芯纱,通过并捻机将紫铜丝包缠在芯纱外层,包缠密度为18~20转/cm,获得包缠纱;
b、将包缠纱放入铜减量溶液中浸泡处理,铜减量溶液由过氧水和硫酸组成,浓度分别为10%和30%,控制紫铜丝直径减少至30μm为止;
c、用去离子水将包缠纱上残留的铜减量溶液清洗干净;
d、将清洗干净的包缠纱浸置于化学镀锡溶液中,进行紫铜丝表面的化学镀锡处理,在紫铜丝表面获得镀锡层;
e、将化学镀处理的包缠纱烘干后沿轴向滚压压扁,制成的细度小、柔软性良好的导电包缠纱。
本发明针对现有产品采用的镀锡磷铜丝较粗、较硬及导电性差而导致导电纱柔软性较差,导电性有待提高的问题,通过本发明方法制成柔软性更好的导电纱。
相比传统击剑运动金属衣导电面料所用导电纱,本发明通过采用紫铜丝做导电材料,并用化学减量法,减少紫铜丝的直径,改善导电纱的柔软性,并保持和提高导电纱的导电性,以用于生产轻薄柔软性和良好导电性的击剑运动金属衣面料。
这种导电纱由于导电材料的柔软性和导电性好,因此相对传统导电纱柔软性和导电性都有很大的改善,使得面料更轻薄,柔软性也大幅提升,可提高金属衣的运动舒适性,有助于运动员减少体力消耗并提升成绩。
综合这些特点表明,本发明制成的导电包缠纱可用于织造击剑运动金属衣导电面料,可降低其厚度,改善其柔软性。

Claims (5)

1.一种柔软击剑运动金属衣面料用导电纱制备方法,以直径为50μm的紫铜丝为导电丝原料,包括下列步骤:
S1、以80D涤纶长丝纱为芯纱,通过并捻机将紫铜丝包缠在芯纱外层,获得包缠纱;
S2、将包缠纱放入铜减量溶液中浸泡处理,控制紫铜丝直径减少至30μm为止;
S3、用去离子水将包缠纱上残留的铜减量溶液清洗干净;
S4、将清洗干净的包缠纱进行紫铜丝表面的化学镀处理;
S5、将化学镀处理的包缠纱烘干后沿轴向滚压压扁,制成的细度小、柔软性良好的导电包缠纱。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种柔软击剑运动金属衣面料用导电纱制备方法,其特征在于,所述步骤S1中紫铜丝的包缠密度为18~20转/cm。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种柔软击剑运动金属衣面料用导电纱制备方法,其特征在于,所述步骤S2中铜减量溶液由过氧水和硫酸组成,浓度分别为10%和30%。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一种柔软击剑运动金属衣面料用导电纱制备方法,其特征在于,所述步骤S4中对包缠纱进行紫铜丝表面的化学镀银处理,将清洗干净的包缠纱浸置于化学镀银溶液中,在紫铜丝表面获得镀银层。
5.根据权利要求1所述的一种柔软击剑运动金属衣面料用导电纱制备方法,其特征在于,步骤S4中对包缠纱进行紫铜丝表面的化学镀锡处理,将清洗干净的包缠纱浸置于化学镀锡溶液中,在紫铜丝表面获得镀锡层。
