技术领域
本发明涉及化工粘黏剂领域,具体为一种抗老化复合玻璃胶。
背景技术
玻璃胶是将各种玻璃与其它基材进行粘接和密封的材料。主要分两大类:硅酮胶和聚氨酷胶(PU)。硅酮胶又分为酸性胶和中性胶,中性胶有结构胶和密封胶以及耐候胶。玻璃胶通常溶于水,可以用作粘合剂。
但是目前的玻璃胶常常存在干燥速度慢、粘合力弱、易燃等缺陷,容易开胶,影响使用;使用一段时间后,往往会发霉致使变黑或者变色,遇水容易脱落,且抗老化能力弱。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种抗老化复合玻璃胶,以解决上述背景技术中提出的问题。
为实现上述目的,本发明提供如下技术方案:
一种抗老化复合玻璃胶,由以下质量份数的原料制成:
偏五水硅酸钠l0~15份
丙酮6~10份
邻苯二甲酸二辛酯6~10份
过氧化二异丙苯6~10份
纳米氧化铝1~3份
纳米二氧化硅0.5~2份
椰油酰胺丙基甜菜碱6~10份
聚酯纤维6~10份
橄榄油6~10份
水玻璃15~20份。
与现有技术相比,本发明耐候性好,通过添加微量的纳米二氧化硅使得玻璃胶粘附力强,粘黏性和耐候性大大提高。
