(2) the brominated epoxy resin and the resorcinol bis (diphenyl phosphate) have good flame retardant capability and are very environment-friendly; the carboxymethyl cellulose has the functions of thickening, film forming, adhesion, water retention, colloid protection, emulsification, suspension and the like; the addition of ethylene glycol has an antifreezing effect;
(3) the water reducing agent, the defoaming agent, the light stabilizer and the film forming additive can improve the physical property and the processing stability of the coating and prolong the service life of the coating; the fumed silica can improve the high temperature resistance, and the vermiculite powder and the calcium carbonate can improve the wear resistance and the physical strength of the coating;
(4) the physical property, the heat preservation and insulation capability and the high temperature resistance of the coating can be effectively ensured by mixing the raw materials in corresponding proportion; the preparation method can effectively and fully mix the raw materials.
Detailed Description
The present invention will be described in further detail with reference to specific examples.
Example 1
The environment-friendly building construction finishing coating comprises the following raw materials in parts by weight:
30 parts of silicone-acrylate emulsion, 10 parts of water glass, 5 parts of coconut oil, 10 parts of palm oil, 15 parts of fumed silica, 4 parts of vermiculite powder, 5 parts of titanium dioxide, 4 parts of calcium carbonate, 13 parts of brominated epoxy resin, 3 parts of resorcinol bis (diphenyl phosphate), 1 part of carboxymethyl cellulose, 9 parts of ethylene glycol, 2 parts of water reducing agent, 1 part of defoaming agent, 0.5 part of light stabilizer, 1 part of film forming aid and 26 parts of water.
In this example, the mesh number of the vermiculite powder and the titanium dioxide is 300 meshes, and the calcium carbonate is light calcium carbonate with the mesh number of 600 meshes.
In this embodiment, the water reducing agent is a mixture of a naphthalene sulfonate formaldehyde condensate, a melamine sulfonate formaldehyde condensate, an aminosulfonate, and an aliphatic hydroxysulfonate condensate.
In this embodiment, the defoaming agent is a mixture of silicone emulsion, a higher alcohol fatty acid ester complex, polyoxyethylene polyoxypropylene pentaerythritol ether, polyoxyethylene polyoxypropylene amine ether, polyoxypropylene glycerol ether, polyoxypropylene polyoxyethylene glycerol ether, and polydimethylsiloxane.
In this example, the light stabilizer is a mixture of a light shielding agent and an ultraviolet absorber, the weight ratio of the light shielding agent to the ultraviolet absorber is 1:2, and the light shielding agent is a mixture of carbon black, titanium oxide, phthalocyanine blue, and phthalocyanine green.
In this example, the coalescent was alcohol ester twelve.
The embodiment also provides a preparation method of the environment-friendly building construction and decoration coating, which comprises the following steps:
(1) weighing the raw materials in parts by weight;
(2) adding water glass, coconut oil, palm oil, brominated epoxy resin, resorcinol bis (diphenyl phosphate), carboxymethyl cellulose and water into a stirrer, stirring for 8min, standing for 2min, adding a silicone-acrylic emulsion, ethylene glycol, a water reducing agent, a defoaming agent, a light stabilizer and a film forming auxiliary agent, stirring for 20min, adding fumed silica, vermiculite powder, titanium dioxide and calcium carbonate, and stirring uniformly.
Wherein,
in the step (2), the stirring speed of the stirrer is 400 r/min.
Example 2
The environment-friendly building construction finishing coating comprises the following raw materials in parts by weight:
35 parts of silicone-acrylate emulsion, 12 parts of water glass, 7 parts of coconut oil, 11 parts of palm oil, 16 parts of fumed silica, 5 parts of vermiculite powder, 6 parts of titanium dioxide, 5 parts of calcium carbonate, 14 parts of brominated epoxy resin, 4 parts of resorcinol bis (diphenyl phosphate), 2 parts of carboxymethyl cellulose, 11 parts of ethylene glycol, 3 parts of a water reducing agent, 1.5 parts of a defoaming agent, 0.8 part of a light stabilizer, 1.5 parts of a film forming aid and 28 parts of water.
In this example, the mesh number of the vermiculite powder and the titanium dioxide is 300 meshes, and the calcium carbonate is light calcium carbonate with the mesh number of 600 meshes.

(2) adding water glass, coconut oil, palm oil, brominated epoxy resin, resorcinol bis (diphenyl phosphate), carboxymethyl cellulose and water into a stirrer, stirring for 9min, standing for 3min, adding a silicone-acrylic emulsion, ethylene glycol, a water reducing agent, a defoaming agent, a light stabilizer and a film forming auxiliary agent, stirring for 25min, adding fumed silica, vermiculite powder, titanium dioxide and calcium carbonate, and stirring uniformly.
Wherein,
the stirring speed of the stirrer in the step (2) is 450 r/min.
Example 3
The environment-friendly building construction finishing coating comprises the following raw materials in parts by weight:
40 parts of silicone-acrylate emulsion, 14 parts of water glass, 8 parts of coconut oil, 12 parts of palm oil, 17 parts of fumed silica, 6 parts of vermiculite powder, 7 parts of titanium dioxide, 6 parts of calcium carbonate, 15 parts of brominated epoxy resin, 5 parts of resorcinol bis (diphenyl phosphate), 3 parts of carboxymethyl cellulose, 13 parts of ethylene glycol, 4 parts of water reducing agent, 2 parts of defoaming agent, 1 part of light stabilizer, 2 parts of film forming aid and 30 parts of water.
In this example, the mesh number of the vermiculite powder and the titanium dioxide is 300 meshes, and the calcium carbonate is light calcium carbonate with the mesh number of 600 meshes.

30-40 parts of silicone-acrylate emulsion, 10-14 parts of water glass, 5-8 parts of coconut oil, 10-12 parts of palm oil, 15-17 parts of fumed silica, 4-6 parts of vermiculite powder, 5-7 parts of titanium dioxide, 4-6 parts of calcium carbonate, 13-15 parts of brominated epoxy resin, 3-5 parts of resorcinol bis (diphenyl phosphate), 1-3 parts of carboxymethyl cellulose, 9-13 parts of ethylene glycol, 2-4 parts of a water reducing agent, 1-2 parts of a defoaming agent, 0.5-1 part of a light stabilizer, 1-2 parts of a film forming aid and 26-30 parts of water.
2. The environment-friendly building construction finishing coating as claimed in claim 1, wherein: the mesh number of the vermiculite powder and the titanium dioxide is 300 meshes, and the calcium carbonate is light calcium carbonate with the mesh number of 600 meshes.

The environment-friendly building construction finishing coating as claimed in claim 1, wherein: the water reducing agent is one or a mixture of more than two of naphthalene sulfonate formaldehyde condensate, melamine sulfonate formaldehyde condensate, sulfamate and aliphatic hydroxyl sulfonate condensate.

The environment-friendly building construction finishing coating as claimed in claim 1, wherein: the defoaming agent is one or a mixture of more than two of emulsified silicone oil, a higher alcohol fatty acid ester compound, polyoxyethylene polyoxypropylene pentaerythritol ether, polyoxyethylene polyoxypropylene amine ether, polyoxypropylene glycerol ether, polyoxypropylene polyoxyethylene glycerol ether and polydimethylsiloxane.
5. The environment-friendly building construction finishing coating as claimed in claim 1, wherein: the light stabilizer is a mixture of a light-shielding agent and an ultraviolet absorbent, the weight ratio of the light-shielding agent to the ultraviolet absorbent is 1:2, and the light-shielding agent is one or a mixture of more than two of carbon black, titanium oxide, phthalocyanine blue and phthalocyanine green.
6. The environment-friendly building construction finishing coating as claimed in claim 1, wherein: the film-forming additive is alcohol ester twelve.
7. The method for preparing environment-friendly building construction and finishing coating according to any one of claims 1 to 6, characterized in that: the method comprises the following steps:
(1) weighing the raw materials in parts by weight;
(2) adding water glass, coconut oil, palm oil, brominated epoxy resin, resorcinol bis (diphenyl phosphate), carboxymethyl cellulose and water into a stirrer, stirring for 8-10min, standing for 2-4min, adding a silicone-acrylic emulsion, ethylene glycol, a water reducing agent, a defoaming agent, a light stabilizer and a film-forming aid, stirring for 20-30min, adding fumed silica, vermiculite powder, titanium dioxide and calcium carbonate, and stirring uniformly.
8. The method for preparing environment-friendly building construction and finishing coating as claimed in claim 7, wherein: the stirring speed of the stirrer in the step (2) is 400-500 r/min.
