Abstract

Description

本发明涉及一种用于喷射容器的控制装置,在该喷射容器中包含有一种可以流动的并承受着气体压力的物质以及设置在排泄通道中的排泄阀,排泄阀可受控制装置的控制,从而使该物质在排泄阀打开时,经由排泄通道流出,其中,控制装置包括一个与排泄通道可接通的轴向通孔,一个由该轴向通孔通向一个排泄喷嘴的横向通孔以及一个合适地装配在轴向通孔内并可轴向移动的调节阀体,该阀体通过一个节流孔来调节流量。
一种已知的这类控制装置(见EP234797B1)中,调节阀体是由橡胶板制成的,该橡胶板在轴向上压靠在一个轴向通孔中的与节流孔相通的同心孔上,在径向上则随着喷射容器的内压变化而变形,以至于节流孔的流量通道随内压升高而变窄。随着内压下降,通孔紧缩的趋势减小从而通道横截面积增加。由于流量是内压和通道横截面积的函数,因而流量不受内压影响而总是保持恒定。但是,橡胶类弹性材料具有这样的特性,当它接触到某些液体,如在这类喷嘴中常含有的含脂肪或含油类液体时会涨大。因此,既便不考虑其随温度的变化和随时间的老化等因素,橡胶类弹性件在制作时,其公称尺寸的公差带不可能窄。人们为了避免喷射容器中所含物质的不必要的消耗,总要使通道横截面积保持很小,例如0.2mm2左右,而流量则在很大程度上取决于调节阀体公称尺寸的精确度。
本发明任务在于提供一种这类控制装置通过打开排泄阀,流量可控制在较高的精度范围。
实现本发明任务的技术解决方案是,喷射  容器的内压克服弹簧力,使调节阀体移经横向通孔的进口并最终抵达一个挡块处,挡块使调节阀体停留在这样一个位置上,在该位置,进口被堵住部分最大。调节阀体是由刚性材料制成的。在该方案中,调节阀与横向通孔的进口组成了一个流量一调节阀,它可使流量不受内压影响而保持恒定。调节阀的节流孔使流量在任何情况下,即使在小流量下也可保持恒定,其原因在于,节流孔对流量的阻力在高内压下要大于在低内压下,由此可知,它可以保持流量不依赖于内压而保持恒定。因此该节流孔克服了先有技术中当打开排泄阀时排泄量过大的缺陷。迄今为止,人们对流量调节阀没有采用相应的壳体。调节阀体可采用刚性较大的塑料制成,它可以耐受老化而且对喷射容器内所含物质不敏感。
横向通孔的进口最好采用轴向方槽。这样,进口处流量横截面积随内压呈线性变化,从而使流量可保持在较高的恒定状态下。
本发明及其进一步的实施方案可通过对下面的表示最佳实施例的附图的说明得到进一步的理解。
图1为本发明的轴向剖视图,此时喷射容器处于低内压状态;
图2为处于与图1所示剖面相垂直的平面内的剖视图;
图3是与图1同类的剖视图,但是喷射容器处于高内压状态;
图4为表示控制装置部件的后视图;
图5为沿图4V-V线得到的剖面图。
图中所示的控制装置是用于控制一个喷射容器(图中未示)的排泄阀,在排泄阀中包含有一种可流动的并承受着一种气体压力的产物。控制装置的形状大致为帽形,其上有一个同轴的内管1,内管1构成了一个轴向通孔2。内管1的下部插入了一个排泄阀阀杆,该阀杆构成了喷射容器排泄通道的一部分,阀杆与内管1为过盈配合。当控制装置压下该阀杆时,排泄阀按照惯常的方式打开,从而使产物在充斥于喷射  容器内的气压作用下从排泄通道中排出。在接近于轴向通孔2的上端处设置有一个通向排泄嘴4的横向通孔3。调节阀体5被适当地安装在轴向通孔2内并可轴向移动。调节阀体的形状为圆柱形,其中部设置有一个隔断壁6,隔断壁上设置有一同心的节流孔7。在隔断壁6与做为主通孔的轴向通孔2的上端之间安有一个螺旋弹簧8。调节阀体5在喷射  容器内压作用下,克服螺旋弹簧8的作用力经横向通孔3的进口9移至挡块10处,挡块10使调节阀体5停在这样的位置处,在该位置进口9被堵住的部分最多。横向通孔3的进口9是由一个轴向方槽构成的(见图2)。挡块10是由多个沿径向和轴向突起的限位件11构成,其形状大致为V形。横向通孔由进口9经平面过渡到圆形横截面,该过渡平面在侧视图上近似于半椭圆面。
横向通孔3沿轴向转变为一个环形导槽12,在该导槽中安置有一个具有环向侧壁的帽形件13,该帽形件沿径向紧靠在环形槽12的外壁处,而与其内壁间则留有一定空隙,该空隙形成了另一环形槽14。
如图4、5所清楚地表示的那样,在件13底部的中心处有一个凹槽15,该槽的上部为圆柱形,下部为锥形从而形成喷嘴4。最好在件13的底部设置一些导槽16,导槽16由件13的环形壁起直至与凹槽15相切,并且按等角距离分布。
构成环形导槽12径向内壁的(见图1)榫头17一方面与件13中的凹槽15,另一方面与导槽16共同构成一个涡流腔,导槽16较宽的那端与环形槽14相通。
另外,控制装置在其环形壁与内管1之间还有若干加强筋18。
当使用者要打开喷射容器的排泄阀时,只需用手指按下控制装置的略凹的操作面,随限压力气体迫使被向外压的物质流出喷射容器,并经由轴向通孔2、节流孔7、进口9、横向通孔3、环形槽12、环形槽14、导槽16、凹槽15以及喷嘴4向外流出。在此过程中,气压推动调节阀体5克服螺旋弹簧8的弹力向上沿着指向进口9的方向移动。螺旋弹簧的参数应这样选择,以致使调节阀体5在喷射容器被充满并且达到最大内压时可被立即压至挡块10处,如图3所示那样。在调节阀体5处于该位置时,产物仍可排出,因为进口9并没有被调节阀体5完全堵住。但是流量却因节流孔7、还有露出很小流通横截面的进口9以及最终同样起着节流作用的喷嘴4得到相当强的节制。从而可以避免产物在不需要的情形下喷出过多。此外还可以使产物更细地雾化,特别是通过产物在件13的凹槽15中被驱动气体和空气作用下形成涡流使产物雾化更精细。
当内压经过喷射容器的反复开启而下降时,螺旋弹簧8推动调节阀体5克服相应的内压复位,所以进口9露出的流通截面也相应增加,从而使流量保持恒定。在调节阀体5处于图1、图2所示位置时,喷射容器被不断地排空并且其中的内压很小,以至于调节阀体5使进口9完全露出,此时所余产物只受节流孔7和喷嘴4的节流作用。

Claims (2)

1、一种用于喷射容器的控制装置,在喷射容器中包含有一种可流动的并承受气体压力的物质以及安置在排泄通道中的排泄阀,排泄阀受控制装置的控制使该物质在排泄阀打开时由排泄通道流出,其中,控制装置包括一个可与排泄通道接通的轴向通孔(2),一个由轴向通孔(2)通向排泄喷嘴(4)的横向通孔(3)以及一个适当地装配在该轴向通孔内并可轴向移动的调节阀体(5),该调节阀体通过节流孔(7)调节流量,其特征在于,调节阀体(5)可在喷射容器内压作用下,克服弹簧力(8)经横向通孔(3)的进口(9)移至挡块(10)处,该挡块使调节阀体(5)停在该位置上,在此位置上进口(9)被堵住的部分最多,调节阀体(5)是由刚性材料制成。
2、如权利要求1所述的控制装置,其特征在于,横向通孔(3)的进口(9)为轴向方槽。
