本发明涉及一种汽车内饰发光面板,包括内饰板本体以及包裹在所述内饰板本体外的表皮,且所述内饰板本体与所述表皮之间设有缓冲层,所述缓冲层与所述表皮之间设有发光装置,所述发光装置包括光源以及与所述光源连接的导光条,所述导光条上靠近所述表皮的一侧设有多个分光体,所述表皮上设有多个透光孔,所述透光孔与所述分光体的发光面相对,且所述光源与所述表皮之间设有光腔,所述光腔内沿所述导光条的长度方向设有反光膜。本发明即使在夜间行车也能保证车内的视觉效果,提高了汽车的档次。

技术领域
本发明涉及汽车饰件的技术领域,尤其是指一种汽车内饰发光面板。
背景技术
传统的汽车内饰板包括车厢的隔板、门内装饰板、仪表板等零件,不同于汽车的其它部件,汽车内饰板是汽车内部空间的重要组成部分,是驾驶者和乘坐者评价汽车舒适度的关键因素,决定着汽车的档次,影响着人们的选购意向。
随着人们生活水平的提高,人们对于汽车内部空间的装饰程度的要求越来越高,注塑表面装饰技术应用而生,即将图案印刷在卷状薄膜上,通过送膜机将膜片与塑膜型腔贴合进行注塑,注塑后有图案的油墨层与卷状薄膜分离,油墨层留在塑件上而得到表面有装饰图案的塑件。采用注塑表面装饰技术,可以在汽车内饰板的表面上形成金属镜面、亚光面、木质纹理等装饰图案,增加汽车内饰板的装饰性,为驾驶者和乘坐者提供视觉享受。
但是当汽车在夜间行驶时,车厢内暗淡无光,不仅无法欣赏到内饰板表面上的装饰图案,甚至有时连控制面板上的按钮也无法识别,必须打开车厢内的顶灯才行,如此以来,大大降低了汽车的使用性能;另外,昏暗的车内环境也极易使驾驶员产生疲乏感,不利于安全行驶。
发明内容
为此,本发明所要解决的技术问题在于克服现有技术中车辆在夜间行驶时光线暗导致视觉效果差的问题从而提供一种视觉效果好且能有效提高车内亮度的汽车内饰发光面板。
为解决上述技术问题,本发明的一种汽车内饰发光面板,包括内饰板本体以及包裹在所述内饰板本体外的表皮,且所述内饰板本体与所述表皮之间设有缓冲层,所述缓冲层与所述表皮之间设有发光装置,所述发光装置包括光源以及与所述光源连接的导光条,所述导光条上靠近所述表皮的一侧设有多个分光体,所述表皮上设有多个透光孔,所述透光孔与所述分光体的发光面相对,且所述光源与所述表皮之间设有光腔,所述光腔内沿所述导光条的长度方向设有反光膜。
在本发明的一个实施例中,所述导光条的数量为多个。
在本发明的一个实施例中,所述导光条依次首尾相连,呈环状结构。
在本发明的一个实施例中,所述导光条并列设置,呈栅状结构。
在本发明的一个实施例中,所述导光条交叉设置,呈网格状结构。
在本发明的一个实施例中,所述光源与车载电源相连。
在本发明的一个实施例中,所述光源的数量为多个,分别设置在所述导光条的不同位置上。

请参考图1和图2所示,本实施例提供一种汽车内饰发光面板,包括内饰板本体11以及包裹在所述内饰板本体11外的表皮,且所述内饰板本体11与所述表皮之间设有缓冲层,所述缓冲层与所述表皮之间设有发光装置,所述发光装置包括光源21以及与所述光源21连接的导光条22,所述导光条22上靠近所述表皮的一侧设有多个分光体23,所述表皮上设有多个透光孔,所述透光孔与所述分光体23的发光面相对,且所述光源21与所述表皮之间设有光腔24,所述光腔24内沿所述导光条22的长度方向设有反光膜25。
上述是本发明所述的核心技术方案,本发明所述汽车内饰发光面板,包括内饰板本体11以及包裹在所述内饰板本体11外的表皮,且所述内饰板本体11与所述表皮之间设有缓冲层,所述缓冲层与所述表皮之间设有发光装置,通过所述发光装置可以使所述内饰板发光,所述发光装置包括光源21以及与所述光源21连接的导光条22,通过所述导光条22可以将所述光源21发出的光线引导到远处,所述导光条22上靠近所述表皮的一侧设有多个分光体23,通过所述分光体23将所述导光条22中传输的光线在不同的位置导出,所述表皮上设有多个透光孔,且所述透光孔与所述分光体23的发光面相对,从而可以使所述分光体23发出的光线通过所述透光孔照射出来,不仅可以映射出内饰板上的图案,而且即使在夜间行车,也可以保证车内的视觉效果,有效提高了汽车的档次,另外,所述光源21与所述表皮之间设有光腔24,所述光腔24内沿所述导光条22的长度方向设有反光膜25,所述光源21发出的光通过所述反光膜25进入导光条22,从而可以增强所述导光条22的亮度,有利于光线通过所述透光孔照射出来。
本实施例中,所述导光条22的数量为多个。为了保证所述内饰板的亮度,所述导光条22依次首尾相连,呈环状结构。作为一种变形,所述导光条22并列设置,呈栅状结构。作为另一种变形,所述导光条22交叉设置,呈网格状结构。
所述光源21与车载电源相连,通过所述车载电源为所述光源21提供电源。所述光源21的数量为多个,分别设置在所述导光条22的不同位置,且所述光源21内设有LED灯,通过所述LED灯可以发出光线。

1.一种汽车内饰发光面板,包括内饰板本体以及包裹在所述内饰板本体外的表皮,且所述内饰板本体与所述表皮之间设有缓冲层,其特征在于:所述缓冲层与所述表皮之间设有发光装置,所述发光装置包括光源以及与所述光源连接的导光条,所述导光条上靠近所述表皮的一侧设有多个分光体,所述表皮上设有多个透光孔,所述透光孔与所述分光体的发光面相对,且所述光源与所述表皮之间设有光腔,所述光腔内沿所述导光条的长度方向设有反光膜。
2.根据权利要求1所述的汽车内饰发光面板,其特征在于:所述导光条的数量为多个。
3.根据权利要求2所述的汽车内饰发光面板,其特征在于:所述导光条依次首尾相连,呈环状结构。
4.根据权利要求2所述的汽车内饰发光面板,其特征在于:所述导光条并列设置,呈栅状结构。
