本发明公开了可隔绝紫外线的汽车玻璃,包括内钢化玻璃、外钢化玻璃、内钢化玻璃和外钢化玻璃之间的真空玻璃,所述真空玻璃内连接有两层具有弹性并且透明的阻尼胶片,所述两层阻尼胶片之间连接有波浪形的网板,所述网板内均匀填充有隔热颗粒,所述阻尼胶片与真空玻璃之间连接有防紫外线层,所述真空玻璃之间填充有稀有气体,所述每层阻尼胶片内均匀填充有隔热颗粒。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种调光玻璃,具体涉及可隔绝紫外线的汽车玻璃。
背景技术
目前,在传统的汽车挡风玻璃中,大多数的主要成分是普通玻璃和粘结剂组成,在发生撞击时,粘结剂粘结力不足,玻璃碎片易剥落,对车内人员造成伤害,同时现有的汽车挡风玻璃在使用时防紫外线较差,因此当长时间在车内时,容易对身体产生伤害。
因此,现在迫切需要一种新型的具有减震效果,不会轻易破碎,具有较好的阻碍紫外线功能、隔音效果好的新型车用玻璃。
发明内容
本发明所要解决的技术问题是现有的车用玻璃易破碎、隔绝紫外线的功能差并且隔音隔热效果不好,目的在于提供可隔绝紫外线的汽车玻璃,进一步提高车用玻璃防破碎、隔绝紫外线以及隔音隔热的效果,更加便于人们的使用。
本发明通过下述技术方案实现:
可隔绝紫外线的汽车玻璃,包括内钢化玻璃、外钢化玻璃、内钢化玻璃和外钢化玻璃之间的真空玻璃,所述真空玻璃内连接有两层具有弹性并且透明的阻尼胶片,所述两层阻尼胶片之间连接有波浪形的网板,所述网板内均匀填充有隔热颗粒,所述阻尼胶片与真空玻璃之间连接有防紫外线层,所述真空玻璃之间填充有稀有气体,所述每层阻尼胶片内均匀填充有隔热颗粒。
进一步的,本玻璃的结构具有减震的效果,当受到撞击时,真空玻璃内的阻尼胶片可对受到的力进行缓冲,当到达波浪形的网板时,波浪状的形状进一步缓冲力,并且具有隔音的效果,网板内填充有隔热颗粒,因此也能有效的隔绝热量,并且每层阻尼胶片内还填充有隔热颗粒,因此能进一步的改善隔热的效果,真空玻璃本身就具有隔音的效果,因此本装置不仅能有效的缓冲冲击力,避免玻璃破碎,还具有较好的隔热、隔音效果。
具体的,可隔绝紫外线的汽车玻璃,所述波浪形的网板为波长为6cm的正弦波,并且相邻的波峰和波谷之间的距离为0.6mm。这样玻璃的厚度不仅较薄,其缓冲、隔音、隔热的效果也较好,这样在较薄的时候具有较好的性能,更加便于使用。
进一步的,可隔绝紫外线的汽车玻璃,所述波浪形的网板上涂有防紫外线涂层。网板上涂有防紫外线涂层,这样能有效的阻碍紫外线,防止人们受到紫外线的伤害。
更进一步的,可隔绝紫外线的汽车玻璃,所述外钢化玻璃远离内钢化玻璃的方向上分别连接有隔热层和防水层。隔热层进一步隔绝热量,防水层能有效的避免水停留在玻璃表面上,在汽车行驶的过程中阻碍人们的视线。
具体的,可隔绝紫外线的汽车玻璃,所述隔热颗粒为掺锡氧化铟、掺氟氧化锡、掺铝氧化锌或掺锑氧化铟中的一种或多种。
具体的,可隔绝紫外线的汽车玻璃,所述真空玻璃之间填充的稀有气体为氩气。
本发明与现有技术相比,具有如下的优点和有益效果:
1、本发明可隔绝紫外线的汽车玻璃,本玻璃不仅具有较好的缓冲能力,在面对冲击力时,阻尼胶片能有效缓冲冲击力,波浪形的网板也能较好的进行缓冲,并且,本玻璃还具有较好的隔热、隔音效果,更加便于使用;
2、本发明可隔绝紫外线的汽车玻璃,本玻璃的结构简单,比现有的具有相同效果的调光玻璃的厚度薄,更加便于使用。

如图1所示,本发明可隔绝紫外线的汽车玻璃,包括内钢化玻璃1、外钢化玻璃2、内钢化玻璃1和外钢化玻璃2之间的真空玻璃3,所述真空玻璃3内连接有两层具有弹性并且透明的阻尼胶片4,所述两层阻尼胶片4之间连接有波浪形的网板5,所述网板5内均匀填充有隔热颗粒6,所述阻尼胶片4与真空玻璃3之间连接有防紫外线层7,所述真空玻璃3之间填充有稀有气体,所述每层阻尼胶片4内均匀填充有隔热颗粒6。
实施例2
所述的可隔绝紫外线的汽车玻璃,包括内钢化玻璃1、外钢化玻璃2、内钢化玻璃1和外钢化玻璃2之间的真空玻璃3,所述真空玻璃3内连接有两层具有弹性并且透明的阻尼胶片4,所述两层阻尼胶片4之间连接有波浪形的网板5,所述网板5内均匀填充有隔热颗粒6,所述阻尼胶片4与真空玻璃3之间连接有防紫外线层7,所述真空玻璃3之间填充有稀有气体,所述每层阻尼胶片4内均匀填充有隔热颗粒6。波浪形的网板5为波长为6cm的正弦波,并且相邻的波峰和波谷之间的距离为0.6mm。波浪形的网板5上涂有防紫外线涂层。
实施例3
所述的可隔绝紫外线的汽车玻璃,包括内钢化玻璃1、外钢化玻璃2、内钢化玻璃1和外钢化玻璃2之间的真空玻璃3,所述真空玻璃3内连接有两层具有弹性并且透明的阻尼胶片4,所述两层阻尼胶片4之间连接有波浪形的网板5,所述网板5内均匀填充有隔热颗粒6,所述阻尼胶片4与真空玻璃3之间连接有防紫外线层7,所述真空玻璃3之间填充有稀有气体,所述每层阻尼胶片4内均匀填充有隔热颗粒6。波浪形的网板5为波长为6cm的正弦波,并且相邻的波峰和波谷之间的距离为0.6mm。波浪形的网板5上涂有防紫外线涂层。外钢化玻璃2远离内钢化玻璃1的方向上分别连接有隔热层8和防水层9。隔热颗粒6为掺锡氧化铟、掺氟氧化锡、掺铝氧化锌或掺锑氧化铟中的一种或多种。真空玻璃3之间填充的稀有气体为氩气。

1.可隔绝紫外线的汽车玻璃,其特征在于,包括内钢化玻璃(1)、外钢化玻璃(2)、内钢化玻璃(1)和外钢化玻璃(2)之间的真空玻璃(3),所述真空玻璃(3)内连接有两层具有弹性并且透明的阻尼胶片(4),所述两层阻尼胶片(4)之间连接有波浪形的网板(5),所述网板(5)内均匀填充有隔热颗粒(6),所述阻尼胶片(4)与真空玻璃(3)之间连接有防紫外线层(7),所述真空玻璃(3)之间填充有稀有气体,所述每层阻尼胶片(4)内均匀填充有隔热颗粒(6);所述波浪形的网板(5)为波长为6cm的正弦波,并且相邻的波峰和波谷之间的距离为0.6mm;所述波浪形的网板(5)上涂有防紫外线涂层;所述外钢化玻璃(2)远离内钢化玻璃(1)的方向上分别连接有隔热层(8)和防水层(9)。
2.根据权利要求1所述的可隔绝紫外线的汽车玻璃,其特征在于,所述隔热颗粒(6)为掺锡氧化铟、掺氟氧化锡、掺铝氧化锌或掺锑氧化铟中的一种或多种。
3.根据权利要求1所述的可隔绝紫外线的汽车玻璃,其特征在于,所述真空玻璃(3)之间填充的稀有气体为氩气。
