背景技术
现有夹胶玻璃的结构形式是由两玻璃基片通过PVB胶片结合在一起形成。该夹胶玻璃安全性好，能抵挡外撞击的穿透，减少破碎玻璃跌落的危险，即使玻璃破碎了也和PVB胶片粘合在一起，避免玻璃掉落造成的人身或财产损失。该夹胶玻璃隔音性能好，PVB胶片对声波具有阻隔、吸收功能，起到良好的隔音作用，使用在屋顶或窗户上时能有效的阻隔雨点打击造成的噪音。
只是，上述夹胶玻璃的遮阳和隔热性能并不理想，有必要对其结构进行改进。
发明内容
本实用新型的目的在于提供一种可调遮阳系数的隔热隔音安全玻璃，以同时具备遮阳、隔热、隔音和安全的性能。
一种可调遮阳系数的隔热隔音安全玻璃，是将至少两片玻璃基片由PVB胶片粘合，形成夹胶玻璃，其特征在于：至少一玻璃基片的表面有釉面层。
作为上述方案的改进，该釉面层位于夹胶玻璃的表面。
本实用新型可通过变化釉面层的图案来调节其遮阳系数，做成采光形或遮阳形，同时釉面层具有永不褪色的特点，结合其造型图案形成了很好的装饰效果。故本实用新型具有安全，隔热，隔音，防紫外线透射，能有效地阻挡太阳能的透过，在炎热地区使用具有节能、舒适等功用。可应用于玻璃幕墙、屋顶幕墙、天窗及室内装饰。

参考附图，本实用新型设计的可调遮阳系数的隔热隔音安全玻璃。具有玻璃基片1和玻璃基片2。运用丝网印刷技术，将高温釉料印制在玻璃基片2的表面形成彩釉层4，并经700℃钢化处理，形成了彩釉钢化玻璃。该玻璃基片1和玻璃基片2由PVB胶片3结合在一起形成夹胶玻璃。彩釉层4的形状可以是多种多样，依设计要求而定，通过变化釉面图案来调节遮阳性能。
