本发明公开了一种夹丝隔音玻璃,属于特种玻璃技术领域。它包括第一夹丝玻璃层与第二夹丝玻璃层,在第一夹丝玻璃层与第二夹丝玻璃层之间设有填充干燥气体的隔音层,隔音层与第一夹丝玻璃层以及第二夹丝玻璃层之间填充有密封材料。本发明针对现有技术的不足,提出一种新的技术方案,将传统的隔音层内外侧的普通玻璃换成夹丝玻璃,并将隔音层与第一夹丝玻璃层和第二夹丝玻璃层相交的周边填充的密封材料由传统的PVB膜更换为隔音效果更好的EVA胶膜。这样使得本发明具有更安全和更好的隔音效果的特点。

  本发明涉及特种玻璃技术领域,尤其涉及一种夹丝隔音玻璃。
背景技术
目前,随着社会的发展,噪声污染越来越严重,也越来越受到人们的重视。因此,隔音降噪玻璃也就应运而生了,这很好的解决了噪声污染的问题。现有的隔音玻璃主要分为真空玻璃和中空玻璃,不管是真空玻璃还是中空玻璃都不能避免破碎伤人的事件发生,有时隔音效果还不好。
发明内容
本发明所要解决的问题在于:提供一种夹丝隔音玻璃,其具有更安全和更好的隔音效果的特点。
本发明解决技术问题采用如下技术方案:
一种夹丝隔音玻璃,包括第一夹丝玻璃层与第二夹丝玻璃层,在第一夹丝玻璃层与第二夹丝玻璃层之间设有填充干燥气体的隔音层,隔音层与第一夹丝玻璃层以及第二夹丝玻璃层之间填充有密封材料。
作为优选的,所述密封材料为EVA胶膜。
本发明的有益效果是:本发明针对现有技术的不足,提出一种新的技术方案,将传统的隔音层内外侧的普通玻璃换成夹丝玻璃,并将隔音层与第一夹丝玻璃层和第二夹丝玻璃层相交的周边填充的密封材料由传统的PVB膜更换为隔音效果更好的EVA胶膜。这样使得本发明具有更安全和更好的隔音效果的特点。

如图1所示,一种夹丝隔音玻璃,包括第一夹丝玻璃层1与第二夹丝玻璃层2,在第一夹丝玻璃层1与第二夹丝玻璃层2之间设有填充干燥气体的隔音层3,隔音层3与第一夹丝玻璃层1以及第二夹丝玻璃层2之间填充有密封材料4。
在具体设计时,所述密封材料4为EVA胶膜。
本发明提出一种夹丝隔音玻璃,包括第一夹丝玻璃层1、第二夹丝玻璃层2和夹在两者之间的隔音层3,所述隔音层3四周填充了密封材料4。本发明相比传统的隔音玻璃不同之处在于将隔音层3内外侧的玻璃更换成夹丝玻璃,这样即使玻璃受冲击或周围温度骤变而破碎时也不会发生碎片伤人的事故,还有本发明中的密封材料4使用了EVA胶膜,它相比传统隔音玻璃上使用的PVB膜具有透明度高、耐久性好和隔音效果好的特点。通过以上方面的改进,使得本发明相比传统的隔音玻璃更安全,隔音效果更好。
