Abstract
本发明公开了一种树脂冷却装置,包括反应釜,反应釜底部通过管道连接放料管,管道上设有底阀,放料管底部均匀开有若干放料孔,放料管正下方设有传送带,传送带的两侧设有风机及水塔。本发明与传统技术相比,软化的树脂通过放料孔流出,规则地落在传送带上,通过传送带上的风冷与水冷,达到充分冷却、硬化,直接包装,相对传统的直接放料后粉碎,效率更高,节省人工,且得到的条状树脂,应用于铸造行业,可直接与砂混合,达到混合均匀,使覆膜砂抗拉强度提高。

技术领域
本发明属于树脂制造领域,具体涉及一种树脂冷却装置。
背景技术
树脂是一种功能型化合物,因它特殊的化学结构,以及可应用于涂料、胶合剂、电子产品、铸造业及工艺品等,被人们所熟知。随着化工的发展,有很多由人工合成的聚合物产生,当中有些聚合物的化学性质及物理性质和天然树脂很相似,这些聚合物会被称为合成树脂。合成树脂在制备过程中需要经过冷却后再进行切割包装,传统的冷却方法有空冷、水冷,现在空-水结合的方法也逐渐被人们使用,但是没有很好的装置来配合空-水冷却方法。
发明内容
发明目的:本发明的目的在于针对现有技术的不足,提供一种树脂冷却装置。
技术方案:为了达到上述发明目的,本发明具体是这样来完成的:一种树脂冷却装置,包括反应釜,反应釜底部通过管道连接放料管,管道上设有底阀,放料管底部均匀开有若干放料孔,放料管正下方设有传送带,传送带的两侧设有风机及水塔。
其中,所述风机和水塔相间设置在传送带两侧。
有益效果:本发明与传统技术相比,软化的树脂通过放料孔流出,规则地落在传送带上,通过传送带上的风冷与水冷,达到充分冷却、硬化,直接包装,相对传统的直接放料后粉碎,效率更高,节省人工,且得到的条状树脂,应用于铸造行业,可直接与砂混合,达到混合均匀,使覆膜砂抗拉强度提高。

如图1所示的一种树脂冷却装置,包括反应釜1,反应釜1底部通过管道连接放料管2,管道上设有底阀3,放料管2底部均匀开有若干放料孔4,放料管2正下方设有传送带5,传送带5的两侧设有风机6及水塔7,所述风机6和水塔7相间设置在传送带两侧。

1.一种树脂冷却装置,包括反应釜(1),其特征在于,反应釜(1)底部通过管道连接放料管(2),管道上设有底阀(3),放料管(2)底部均匀开有若干放料孔(4),放料管(2)正下方设有传送带(5),传送带(5)的两侧设有风机(6)及水塔(7)。
2.根据权利要求1所述的树脂冷却装置,其特征在于,所述风机(6)和水塔(7)相间设置在传送带两侧。
