本发明公开了阵列式印刷品用快速裁切装置,它包括升降平台(1),升降平台(1)中部设置有转动电机(2);转动电机(2)下方通过主轴(3)连接有转动平台(4),转动平台(4)下方设置有伸缩架(5);伸缩架(5)的两侧分别连接有固定杆(6),固定杆(6)上连接有驱动气缸(7),驱动气缸(7)与转动平台(4)固定连接;所述伸缩架(5)上的交叉位置处均连接有转轴(8),转轴(8)下方连接有裁切刀(9)。本发明不仅能够提高裁切效率,提高裁切效果,还具有方便调节和方便维护的优点。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种阵列式印刷品用裁切装置,特别是一种阵列式印刷品用快速裁切装置。
背景技术
现有的印刷品种类繁多,有连续成条印刷的,也有裁切后单张印刷的,还有阵列式印刷的。例如照片等小型的印刷品在印刷时,就是采用阵列式的印刷,能够充分利用整张承印物的最大面积。但是,这类阵列式的印刷品在裁切时较为不便,需要进行横向多次裁切和纵向多次裁切,裁切效率较低;而且,裁切刀多次起落,会导致印刷品平整度降低,进而影响裁切效果。因此,现有的阵列式印刷品用在裁切时存在着裁切效率较低和裁切效果较差的问题。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于,提供一种阵列式印刷品用快速裁切装置。本发明不仅能够提高裁切效率,还具有裁切效果好的优点。
本发明的技术方案:阵列式印刷品用快速裁切装置,包括升降平台,升降平台中部设置有转动电机;转动电机下方通过主轴连接有转动平台,转动平台下方设置有伸缩架;伸缩架的两侧分别连接有固定杆,固定杆上连接有驱动气缸,驱动气缸与转动平台固定连接;所述伸缩架上的交叉位置处均连接有转轴,转轴下方连接有裁切刀。
前述的阵列式印刷品用快速裁切装置中,所述两个固定杆中的一个固定杆与转动平台固定连接,另一个固定杆与驱动电机连接;两根固定杆相互平行设置。
前述的阵列式印刷品用快速裁切装置中,所述转轴的下方设置有滑块,裁切刀的侧面上对应滑块的位置处设有滑槽。
前述的阵列式印刷品用快速裁切装置中,所述升降平台下方连接有多个升降柱。
与现有技术相比,本发明设计了一种阵列式印刷品专用的裁切装置,通过设置伸缩架能够安装多把均分并列分布的裁切刀,然后通过升降平台能够带动所有的裁切刀上升和下降,进行裁切;接着通过转动电机能够带动转动平台转动90度,从而使所有的裁切刀转动90度,使得裁切刀能够才横向裁切和纵向裁切之间切换,进行阵列式快速裁切,提高了裁切效率;而且,还能够将裁切刀的多次起落减少至仅进行两次起落,大幅度减少了裁切次数,提高了裁切效果。此外,本发明还设置了驱动气缸,能够带动伸缩架进行伸缩,类似于伸缩门的结构原理,从而能够同时改变所有裁切刀的两两距离,且使所有裁切刀均匀分布,方便了调节;通过设置转轴、滑块和滑槽,能够使裁切刀在伸缩架伸缩时保持方向不变,并能够在裁切刀磨损时进行更换,方便维护。因此,本发明不仅能够提高裁切效率,提高裁切效果,还具有方便调节和方便维护的优点。

具体实施方式
下面结合附图和实施例对本发明作进一步的说明,但并不作为对本发明限制的依据。
实施例。阵列式印刷品用快速裁切装置,构成如图1至4所示,包括升降平台1,升降平台1中部设置有转动电机2;转动电机2下方通过主轴3连接有转动平台4,转动平台4下方设置有伸缩架5;伸缩架5的两侧分别连接有固定杆6,固定杆6上连接有驱动气缸7,驱动气缸7与转动平台4固定连接;所述伸缩架5上的交叉位置处均连接有转轴8,转轴8下方连接有裁切刀9。
所述两个固定杆6中的一个固定杆6与转动平台4固定连接,另一个固定杆6与驱动电机7连接;两根固定杆6相互平行设置;所述转轴8的下方设置有滑块10,裁切刀9的侧面上对应滑块10的位置处设有滑槽11;所述升降平台1下方连接有多个升降柱12。
工作原理:使用时,将裁切刀9连接在转轴8下方的滑块10上,滑块10与裁切刀9上的滑槽11过盈配合,能够防止在裁切时,裁切刀9水平偏移;然后驱动气缸7推动或拉动一个固定杆6移动,固定杆6带动伸缩架5进行压缩或伸长,能够使两两相邻的裁切刀9之间的距离缩短或增长,调整至对应印刷品阵列尺寸的位置后;升降平台1在升降柱12的作用下带动转动平台4和伸缩架5下降,从而带动所有的裁切刀9对印刷品进行裁切。随后升降平台1上升,提起裁切刀9;转动电机2带动转动平台4转动90度,使得所有的裁切刀9转动90度,完成横向裁切和纵向裁切之间的切换;若印刷品的单件为正方形,则不用调节伸缩架5,直接进行裁切;若印刷品的单件为矩形,则调节伸缩架5,改变两两相邻的裁切刀9之间的距离,然后再进行裁切即可。能够实现不同形状、不同尺寸的阵列式印刷品的裁切,且调节方便。

1.阵列式印刷品用快速裁切装置,其特征在于:包括升降平台(1),升降平台(1)中部设置有转动电机(2);转动电机(2)下方通过主轴(3)连接有转动平台(4),转动平台(4)下方设置有伸缩架(5);伸缩架(5)的两侧分别连接有固定杆(6),固定杆(6)上连接有驱动气缸(7),驱动气缸(7)与转动平台(4)固定连接;所述伸缩架(5)上的交叉位置处均连接有转轴(8),转轴(8)下方连接有裁切刀(9)。
2.根据权利要求1所述的阵列式印刷品用快速裁切装置,其特征在于:所述两个固定杆(6)中的一个固定杆(6)与转动平台(4)固定连接,另一个固定杆(6)与驱动电机(7)连接;两根固定杆(6)相互平行设置。
3.根据权利要求1所述的阵列式印刷品用快速裁切装置,其特征在于:所述转轴(8)的下方设置有滑块(10),裁切刀(9)的侧面上对应滑块(10)的位置处设有滑槽(11)。
4.根据权利要求1、2或3所述的阵列式印刷品用快速裁切装置,其特征在于:所述升降平台(1)下方连接有多个升降柱(12)。
