本发明的另一目的在于提供乌发健齿的中药牙膏的制备方法，包括以下步骤：
1)先取黄芩，藿香，夏枯草，海螵蛸，佩兰，两面针，白芷，川芎、黑芝麻、细辛，各份量比例，粉碎至300目，加入乙醇液浸泡萃取，滤液浓缩干燥得中药提取物干粉；
2)青黛，硼砂，食盐，冰片，溶于甘油中一同加入制膏机，在真空下搅拌均匀；
3)再将所得液与甜味剂，芳香剂，以及步骤1)所述中药提取物干粉，真空中搅拌均匀后灌装即得制备牙膏。

3.根据权利要求2所述的乌发健齿的中药牙膏，其特征在于，所述辅料为青黛2～6份，硼砂3～6份，食盐6～9份，冰片2～5份、甘油6～10份，甜味剂1～5份，芳香剂1～3份。
4.一种乌发健齿的中药牙膏的制备方法，其特征在于，包括以下步骤：
1)先取黄芩，藿香，夏枯草，海螵蛸，佩兰，两面针，白芷，川芎、黑芝麻、细辛，各份量比例，粉碎至300目，加入乙醇液浸泡萃取，滤液浓缩干燥得中药提取物干粉；
2)青黛，硼砂，食盐，冰片，溶于甘油中一同加入制膏机，在真空下搅拌均匀；
3)再将所得液与甜味剂，芳香剂，以及步骤1)所述中药提取物干粉，真空中搅拌均匀后灌装即得制备牙膏。
5.根据权利要求4所述的乌发健齿的中药牙膏的制备方法，其特征在于，所述中药牙膏包括以重量计的以下组分：
黄芩10～15份，藿香6～9份，夏枯草10～15份，海螵蛸15～25份，佩兰10～15份，两面针9～12份，白芷10～15份，川芎10～15份、黑芝麻6～9份、细辛10～15份，青黛2～6份，硼砂3～6份，食盐6～9份，冰片2～5份，以及辅料。
6.根据权利要求4所述的乌发健齿的中药牙膏的制备方法，其特征在于，所述辅料为青黛、硼砂、食盐、冰片、甘油、甜味剂、芳香剂的一种或几种。
7.根据权利要求6所述的乌发健齿的中药牙膏的制备方法，其特征在于，所述辅料为青黛2～6份，硼砂3～6份，食盐6～9份，冰片2～5份、甘油6～10份，甜味剂1～5份，芳香剂1～3份。
8.根据权利要求1～3任意一项所述乌发健齿的中药牙膏在清洁口腔，亮白牙齿中的应用。
9.根据权利要求7所述的应用，其特征在于，所述防治口腔多种疾病为防治口腔溃疡、牙痛、牙龈出血、牙缝变宽、牙齿松动的一种或几种。
10.根据权利要求1～3任意一项所述乌发健齿的中药牙膏在防治脱发与乌发中的应用。
