Abstract
一种含茶油的口服液,由以下质量配比的原料制成:茶油4-6份、核桃油2‑4份、葡萄糖酸钙0.5‑0.8份、硫酸亚铁0.3‑0.5份、葡萄糖酸锌0.3‑0.5份、维生素D 1‑2份、芹菜根15‑20份、大蒜2-4份、熟地黄1‑3份、枸杞子1‑3份。本发明之含茶油的口服液,适于补充老年人身体缺乏的微量元素,对老年人的保健有良好的效果,尤其适合预防老年痴呆,无毒副作用,服用简便。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种口服液,尤其是涉及一种含茶油的口服液
背景技术
随着人们生活水平的提高,人们越来越重视养身和保健。随着年龄的增长,高血压、高血脂等成为多发病。中老年人骨的无机盐含量下降,导致骨密度降低。一般在30岁~40岁时人体的骨密度达到峰值,以后随年龄增高逐年下降,老年人易患骨质疏松,骨脆性增加,容易发生骨折。绝经期妇女更是严重。随年龄的增加,老年人的慢性疾病逐渐累积并且容易急性进展甚至陷入恶性循环。心血管系统衰老导致的血管内皮细胞功能的改变,常与高血压、高胆固醇血症以及动脉硬化对内皮功能的影响并存。老年人动脉内膜增厚,中膜平滑肌增长、胶原纤维增加、粥样硬化和钙在弹力层的沉积,造成大动脉扩张而迂曲、小动脉管腔变小、血管硬化、舒张功能减退,血管阻力升高,易引起心、脑、肝、肾等器官灌注减少。冠状动脉硬化性心脏病在60岁以上老年人检出率明显增加,而其中许多病人可能无症状。主动脉瓣膜钙化及狭窄在老年人中发生率很高,收缩压增高更加重心脏负荷,左心室肥厚妨碍了舒张期心室充盈,使得在应激情况下每搏输出的增加受到限制。因此,中老年人病的预防非常重要。
老年性痴呆是一种严重危害中老年人的疾病,多发生在老年期,如男性在65岁以后,女性在55岁以后发病。老年性痴呆一般表现在大脑器质性的病变、体征及精神症状方面。如脑室扩大、大脑有不同程度的萎缩,体征上有其它器官的衰老表现。精神症状有性格改变、情绪不稳、进行性智力减退等。严重时可陷入痴呆状态,甚至连自己的姓名、年龄都不能回答,日常生活不能自理。另外,也有脑动脉硬化引起的痴呆。老年性痴呆是一种严重的疑难病。目前国内外还没有特殊有效的治疗方法。因此,老年人重在疾病的预防及养生。
发明内容
本发明要解决的技术问题是,克服现有技术的不足,提供一种无毒副作用,服用简便的老年人保健的含茶油的口服液。
本发明解决其技术问题所采用的技术方案是,一种含茶油的口服液,由以下质量配比的原料制成:茶油4-6份、核桃油2-4份、葡萄糖酸钙0.5-0.8份、硫酸亚铁0.3-0.5份、葡萄糖酸锌0.3-0.5份、维生素D 1-2份、芹菜根15-20份、大蒜2-4份、熟地黄1-3份、枸杞子1-3份。
本发明之含茶油的口服液,其制备方法为:将芹菜根、大蒜、熟地黄、枸杞子,加水煎煮两次,第一次加水为芹菜根、大蒜、熟地黄、枸杞子原料总重量的4-6倍量,煎煮1-2小时,第二次加水为芹菜根、大蒜、熟地黄、枸杞子原料总重量的2-4倍量,煎煮1-2小时,合并煎液,浓缩至芹菜根、大蒜、熟地黄、枸杞子总重量的1.5-2.5倍,加入茶油、核桃油、葡萄糖酸钙、硫酸亚铁、葡萄糖酸锌、维生素D,搅拌混合,即得成品。
本发明的服用:每次10-20ml,每天1-2次。
茶油主要含油酸、亚油酸等不饱和脂肪酸,其脂肪酸含量、比例与橄榄油极为相似,素有“东方橄榄油”的称号,甚至有些营养成分的指标还要高于橄榄油,老年人食用茶油可以去火、养颜、明目、乌发、抑制衰老,对慢性咽炎和预防人体高血压、动脉硬化、心血管系统疾病有很好的疗效。
芹菜含有很高的药用价值和食用价值,生活中我们一般吃的是芹菜的茎、叶,芹菜根一般都弃去,非常可异。芹菜根也含有很丰富的药用价值,对老年人的高血压、血管硬化、神经衰弱等有帮助治疗造作用,其提取液可以镇静安神、利尿消肿、平肝降压、清热解毒、防癌抗癌,将其提取物用于口服液,是一种废物利用,其成本低廉,更是本发明首创。
大蒜营养丰富,每100克含水分69.8克,蛋白质4.4克,脂肪0.2克,碳水化合物23.6克,钙5毫克,磷44毫克,铁0.4毫克,维生素C3毫克。此外,还含有硫胺素、核黄素、尼克酸、蒜素、柠檬醛以及硒和锗等微量元素。含挥发油约0.2%,油中主要成分为大蒜辣素,具有杀菌作用,是大蒜中所含的蒜氨酸受大蒜酶的作用水解产生,还含多种烯丙基、丙基和甲基组成的硫醚化合物等。蒜中含有“蒜胺”,对大脑的益处比维生素B还强许多倍。
核桃油中不饱和脂肪酸含量≥92%,亚油酸Ω-6≥56%、亚麻酸Ω-3≥14%,富含天然VA、VD等营养物质,酸度≤0.5,口感清淡无异味,纯生原味,核桃油有健脑养脑的作用,核桃油中不含胆固醇,可有效预孩老年疾呆症的发生;丰富的亚油酸和亚麻酸能排除血管内新陈代谢的杂质,使血液净化,为大脑提供新鲜血液。核桃油有提高内分泌系统功能的作用,这是因为核桃油中的DHA可以增加胰岛素的敏感性,当细胞中不饱和脂肪酸含量越高,拥有的双健数量越多,其活动性就越强。核桃油对骨骼系统补钙的作用:核桃油中的天然抗氧化剂和ω-3脂肪酸有助于人体对矿物质的吸收如钙、磷、锌等,可以促进骨骼生长,保持骨密度。
熟地黄,性味甘,微苦,微温。含甘露醇、葡萄糖、生物碱、脂肪酸、维生素A、地黄素等。滋阴补肾,补血调经。主治阴虚血少,精亏劳损,腰酸头晕,耳聋,月经不调,崩漏,须发早白。
枸杞子,性味甘、辛。含甜菜碱,胡萝卜素,核黄素,脂肪油,烟酸,维生素A、C。滋肾固精,养肝明目。主治肝肾阴虚,腰膝酸软,目昏多泪,虚劳咳嗽,消渴遗精。
本发明之含茶油的口服液,适于补充老年人身体缺乏的微量元素,对老年人的保健有良好的效果,尤其适合预防老年痴呆,无毒副作用,服用简便。

以下结合具体实施例对本发明作进一步详细说明。
实施例1
本实施例之含茶油的口服液,由以下质量配比的原料制成:茶油5份、核桃油3份、葡萄糖酸钙0.6份、硫酸亚铁0.4份、葡萄糖酸锌0.4份、维生素D 2份、芹菜根18份、大蒜3份、熟地黄2份、枸杞子2份。
本实施例之含茶油的口服液,其制备方法为:将芹菜根、大蒜、熟地黄、枸杞子,加水煎煮两次,第一次加水为芹菜根、大蒜、熟地黄、枸杞子原料总重量的5倍量,煎煮1小时,第二次加水为芹菜根、大蒜、熟地黄、枸杞子原料总重量的3倍量,煎煮1小时,合并煎液,浓缩至芹菜根、大蒜、熟地黄、枸杞子总重量的2倍,加入茶油、核桃油、葡萄糖酸钙、硫酸亚铁、葡萄糖酸锌、维生素D,搅拌混合,即得成品。
本实施例之含茶油的口服液的服用:每次10-20ml,每天1-2次。
实施例2
本实施例之含茶油的口服液,由以下质量配比的原料制成:茶油6份、核桃油2份、葡萄糖酸钙0.58份、硫酸亚铁0.5份、葡萄糖酸锌0.5份、维生素D 2份、芹菜根20份、大蒜4份、熟地黄1份、枸杞子3份。
本实施例之含茶油的口服液,其制备方法为:将芹菜根、大蒜、熟地黄、枸杞子,加水煎煮两次,第一次加水为芹菜根、大蒜、熟地黄、枸杞子原料总重量的6倍量,煎煮2小时,第二次加水为芹菜根、大蒜、熟地黄、枸杞子原料总重量的2倍量,煎煮1小时,合并煎液,浓缩至芹菜根、大蒜、熟地黄、枸杞子总重量的2倍,加入茶油、核桃油、葡萄糖酸钙、硫酸亚铁、葡萄糖酸锌、维生素D,搅拌混合,即得成品。

1.一种含茶油的口服液,其特征在于,由以下质量配比的原料制成:茶油4-6份、核桃油2-4份、葡萄糖酸钙0.5-0.8份、硫酸亚铁0.3-0.5份、葡萄糖酸锌0.3-0.5份、维生素D 1-2份、芹菜根15-20份、大蒜2-4份、熟地黄1-3份、枸杞子1-3份;
其制备方法为:将芹菜根、大蒜、熟地黄、枸杞子,加水煎煮两次,第一次加水为芹菜根、大蒜、熟地黄、枸杞子原料总重量的4-6倍量,煎煮1-2小时,第二次加水为芹菜根、大蒜、熟地黄、枸杞子原料总重量的2-4倍量,煎煮1-2小时,合并煎液,浓缩至芹菜根、大蒜、熟地黄、枸杞子总重量的1.5-2.5倍,加入茶油、核桃油、葡萄糖酸钙、硫酸亚铁、葡萄糖酸锌、维生素D,搅拌混合,即得成品。
