Background
The collection of soil samples is an important link of the physical and chemical property analysis of the soil, and the quality of the sampling directly influences the analysis result. Most of the existing earth drills are made of metal materials such as stainless steel, the earth drills with thin pipe walls are easy to break in the use process, and the earth drills with thick pipe walls are heavy and are not easy to insert into soil. The stainless steel contains various heavy metals and other metal elements, has hardness lower than that of sand stone in soil, is easy to scratch and enter a sample in the soil sampling process, and has serious influence on the physicochemical property analysis of the sample. As shown in fig. 1, the present invention provides a hydraulic undisturbed soil sampling drill, which comprises a hydraulic pump 1, a bidirectional oil cylinder 2, a soil sampler and an oil cylinder 3; wherein, the periphery of the bidirectional oil cylinder 2 is circumferentially provided with a bracket 4, and the contact position of the bracket 4 and the ground is provided with a bracket gasket 5; the top of the bidirectional oil cylinder 2 is communicated with the bottom of the hydraulic pump 1 through a first oil delivery pipe 6 and a first one-way valve 10, and is communicated with the oil cylinder 3 through a second oil delivery pipe 7; the bottom of the bidirectional oil cylinder 2 is communicated with the oil cylinder 3 through a third oil delivery pipe 8 and is communicated with the bottom of the hydraulic pump 1 through a fourth oil delivery pipe 9 and a first one-way valve 10; the bottom of the hydraulic pump 1 is communicated with the oil cylinder 3 through a second one-way valve 11; the first oil delivery pipe 6, the second oil delivery pipe 7, the third oil delivery pipe 8 and the fourth oil delivery pipe 9 are respectively provided with a first valve 12, a second valve 13, a third valve 14 and a fourth valve 15; the piston of the hydraulic pump 1 is connected with a pedal 17 through a driving rod 16; the soil sampler comprises a pipe shoe 18 and a liner tube 19, the liner tube 19 is sleeved in the pipe shoe 18, and the bottom of the liner tube 19 is connected with a drill bit 20; the top of the pipe shoe 18 is connected with a bidirectional cylinder inner piston 22 through a connecting rod 21. A plurality of blades 23 which gradually extend outwards from top to bottom are arranged around the drill bit 20; the angle between the blades 23 and the vertical direction is less than 10 degrees; the maximum outer diameter of the blades 23 is greater than the outer diameter of the shoe 18; the drill bit can be smoothly pulled out from the drill hole by the arrangement. A return spring 24 is arranged between the bottom of the pedal 17 and the bracket gasket 5; the return spring 24 is naturally stretched in a natural state, and the return spring 24 is used for returning the pedal 17.
The connecting rod 21 is made of steel 45; the bracket 4 is made of 304 steel; the shoe 18 is made of an aluminum alloy; drill bit 20 is made of steel number 45; the liner 19 is made of PVC and has a thickness of 7.7mm.
The working process of the invention is as follows:
when taking soil, the foot pedal 16 is stepped on by foot, the first valve 12 and the third valve 14 are simultaneously opened, and the second valve 13 and the fourth valve 15 are closed; under the action of the trampling force, the piston of the hydraulic pump 1 moves downwards, liquid at the lower part of the piston in the hydraulic pump 1 enters the upper part of the piston 22 of the bidirectional oil cylinder 2 through the first oil delivery pipe 6, so that the piston 22 is driven to move downwards, the soil sampler is driven to finish the soil sampling process, if the soil sampling depth of one trampling is insufficient, the pedal 16 can be repeatedly trampled, and the hydraulic pump 1 sucks hydraulic oil from the oil cylinder 3 through the second one-way valve 11; after soil taking is completed, the second valve 13 and the fourth valve 15 are opened, the first valve 12 and the third valve 14 are closed, the pedal 16 is stepped on by foot, the piston of the hydraulic pump 1 moves downwards under the action of the stepping force, liquid at the lower part of the piston in the hydraulic pump 1 enters the lower part of the piston 22 of the bidirectional oil cylinder 2 through the fourth oil delivery pipe 9, the piston 22 is further driven to move upwards, and hydraulic oil above the piston 22 of the bidirectional oil cylinder 2 flows back to the oil cylinder 3 through the second oil delivery pipe 7; in the whole process, the liquid in the hydraulic pump 1 and the bidirectional oil cylinder 2 is always in a cyclic utilization state.
