本发明涉及阀领域,具体涉及一种组合密封阀。
背景技术
呼吸阀安装于货油舱透气管上,能随货油舱内油气正负压变化而自动启闭,使货油舱内外气压差保持在允许值范围内的阀,油罐运输车在注入、放出液体或因车子运动时内部液体相互摩擦,产生较大压力,或液体挥发使其内部压力减少等情况时,需要使罐体或容器内部与外界大气之间相互通气,保证罐体或容器内部压力满足罐体或容器设计压力值,防止罐体或容器压力过低而抽瘪或压力过高而发生爆裂的现象,通常在储运液体的罐体或容器上安装呼吸阀,呼吸阀安装在罐体或容器的顶部。
发明内容
本发明主要解决的技术问题是提供一种组合密封阀。
为解决上述技术问题,本发明采用的一个技术方案是:一种组合密封阀,包括:阀体和填充小球,所述填充小球安装在所述阀体内;
所述填充小球与所述阀体内壁之间通过细线相连接;
所述填充小球内安装有电雷管和固态氮颗粒;
所述阀体上安装有陀螺仪,所述阀体上端开设有出水口,所述阀体下端开设有进水口,所述出水口与所述进水口均与所述阀体内壁相连接;
所述阀盖安装在所述阀体上,所述阀体上端设有凸台,所述凸台外壁设有外螺纹;
所述阀盖底端设有圆孔,所述圆孔内壁设有内螺纹。
在本发明一个较佳实施例中,所述陀螺仪与所述电雷管相连接。
在本发明一个较佳实施例中,所述填充小球外壁包裹有一层橡胶气囊。
在本发明一个较佳实施例中,所述凸台与所述圆孔相配合。
本发明的有益效果是:本发明一种组合密封阀,该密封阀内设有填充小球,在发生侧翻时会堵住阀体内壁,防止液体流出,采用组合结构,使得阀体可以回收再利用,不仅方便生产,同时起到了环保节约的作用。

请参阅图1,本发明实施例包括:一种组合密封阀,包括:阀体1和填充小球2,所述填充小球2安装在所述阀体1内,所述填充小球2在发生侧翻时可以防止液体流出。
所述阀盖9安装在所述阀体1上,所述阀体1上端设有凸台10,所述凸台10外壁设有外螺纹,所述阀盖9底端设有圆孔11,所述圆孔11内壁设有内螺纹,所述凸台10与所述圆孔11相配合,采用组合结构,使得所述阀体1可以回收再利用,不仅方便生产,同时起到了环保节约的作用。
所述填充小球2与所述阀体1内壁之间通过细线相连接,使得所述填充小球2可以固定安装在所述阀体1内。
所述填充小球2外壁包裹有一层橡胶气囊5,所述填充小球2内安装有电雷管6和固态氮颗粒7,所述电雷管6引爆后,所述固态氮颗粒7迅速气化,大量氮气立即吹涨所述橡胶气囊5,达到充气的目的,从而堵住所述阀体1内壁。
所述阀体1上安装有陀螺仪8,所述阀体1上端开设有出水口3,所述阀体1下端开设有进水口4,所述出水口3与所述进水口4均与所述阀体1内壁相连接。
所述陀螺仪8与所述电雷管6相连接,当时所述陀螺仪8测得晃动时,所述电雷管6引爆,从而使得所述固态氮颗粒7迅速气化,大量氮气立即吹涨所述橡胶气囊5,使其膨胀后堵住所述阀体1内壁,防止液体流出,从而起到密封作用。
与现有技术相比,本发明一种组合密封阀,该密封阀内设有填充小球,在发生侧翻时会堵住阀体内壁,防止液体流出,采用组合结构,使得阀体可以回收再利用,不仅方便生产,同时起到了环保节约的作用。

所述阀体上安装有陀螺仪,所述阀体上端开设有出水口,所述阀体下端开设有进水口,所述出水口与所述进水口均与所述阀体内壁相连接;
所述阀盖安装在所述阀体上,所述阀体上端设有凸台,所述凸台外壁设有外螺纹;
所述阀盖底端设有圆孔,所述圆孔内壁设有内螺纹。
