一种张氏医治面瘫膏药配方及制作工艺，该方按照“内病外治”的理论，用香油480～520克、黄丹230～270克配制基料；用中药乳香、没药、全蝎、木别子各48～52克、蜈蚣30～40条配制药料；配前，先把各味中药烘干或晒干，按照以上药量掺混、拌匀，用医药粉碎机粉碎后过100目罗备用；其制作工艺：先用铁锅文火炼油，炼止油烟由黑变白，然后按2比1比例续续下丹、并不停的顺一个方向搅拌，使膏药基质老、嫩适中；下丹成膏后离火去毒，其办法用冷水喷洒锅中，即有黑烟冒出，并反复多次，待温度降到70℃时，按基料的五分之一下药料，搅匀，用其30克，摊在10公分见方的裱褙材料布料上即成；该膏药具有医治咳嗽的功效，可贴在患处。

本发明涉及膏药制作及治病研发领域。
背景技术
利用膏药贴治疾病，在我国已有近千年历史。在1840年前后，清代医学家吴尚先先生，所著的《理瀹骈文》，就提倡内病外治法，使之成为专门学科。其理论，是以中医整体观念和辨证施治为前提，使用其膏药治疗疾病与内治法相同，只不过是给药途径不同罢了。诚如吴师机所说：“外治之理，即内治之理；外治之药，亦即内治之药，医理药理无二，所异者法耳”。膏药治病的范围很广，表、里与半表半里及一切脏腑之病，皆可用膏药贴治，与汤剂无殊，具有异曲同工之妙。其方剂选定，本着“寒者热之，热者寒之；虚则补之，实则泻之”的原则。膏药贴敷部位，一般来说，病在外者贴敷患部，病在内者贴敷要穴。古代医家认为：清上焦，贴心口(膻中穴)、肺俞、劳宫、内关；清中焦，贴神阙；清下焦，贴涌泉、劳宫；温上焦，贴丹田、关元；补五脏、泻六腑匀可取其肾俞；欲求阳者，贴关元、气海。正如吴师机云：“其脏腑病，则视其病在，上贴心口、中贴脐眼、下贴丹田，或贴心俞与心口对，命门与脐眼对，足心与丹田应”，“若病在经，循其经而取之”。贴膏药治病的好处：一是简单易行、药俭价廉、用之得法，其效立应；二是治上不犯下，治下不犯上；治中则上下无犯；三是贴敷膏药治病不经过脾胃，故不伤害脾胃，避免五脏气血损伤及由此产生阴阳偏胜病变；四是可给衰、老、弱吃不进药者，多一条治病途径。
发明内容
本发明按照“内病外治”的理论，研发医治面瘫膏药的配方及制作工艺。
本发明采用如下的技术方案：
该方剂，选用香油、黄丹配制基料，选用乳香、没药、全蝎、木别子、蜈蚣等5味中药配制药料，各种材料特性如下：香油的功效：理气止痛、化淤止血。《本经逢原》：“降真香色赤、入血分而下降，故内服能行血破瘀，外涂可止血定痛”西医药理：降血粘，降血脂，降血压，抑制血小板聚集，改善微循环，镇静、镇痛、抗惊；黄丹作药，用途很广。可以解毒，生肌，坠痰镇惊。主要用于治疗痈疽、溃疡、金疮出血、口疮、目翳、汤火灼伤、惊癎癫狂、疟疾、痢疾，吐逆反胃。乳香辛、苦，温。归心、肝、脾经。具有活血行气止痛，消肿生肌的功效，共有465种中成药使用乳香，最长用，莫过制作膏药。没药有活血止痛、消肿生肌的功效。全蝎辛、平，有毒，入肝经；有祛风、定惊、镇痉之功用；主治口眼歪斜、风湿麻痹、痉挛抽搐、破伤风、恶疮肿毒(外用)。木别子苦、微甘，凉；有毒。归肝、脾、胃经。具有散结消肿，攻毒疗疮的功效。用于疮疡肿毒，乳痈，瘰疠，痔漏，干癣，秃疮、化脓性炎症。蜈蚣具有息风止痉、解毒散结、通络止痛的功效。用该膏药在我养生馆治愈患者达数百例。
具体实施方案
一种张氏医治面瘫黑膏药配方及制作工艺，该方按照“内病外治”的理论，用香油480～520克、黄丹230～270克配制基料；用中药乳香、没药、全蝎、木别子各48～52克、蜈蚣30～40条配制药料；配前，先把各味中药烘干或晒干，按照以上药量掺混、拌匀，用医药粉碎机粉碎后过100目罗备用；其制作工艺：先用铁锅文火炼油，掌握油烟由青变黑再变白色浓烟为准，同时应逐渐加快撩油，但应避免触及锅底，以防着火；油炼好后，按2比1比例续续下丹、并不停的顺一个方向搅拌，使膏药基质老、嫩适中；下丹成膏后离火去毒，其办法用冷水喷洒锅中，即有黑烟冒出，并反复多次，待稍冷时以细流倾倒入盛有冷水盆中，并同时用木棍按顺时针方向搅动，使期隋水旋成带状，待冷却后，将其拧成适当小沱，浸于冷水内7～10天，每日换水1～2次；最后工序摊膏，其办法，先取8份基料，置锅内，用文火加热熔化，去尽水气，待温度降到70℃时，兑入2份药粉料，搅匀，用其30克，摊在10公分见方的裱褙材料布料上即成。该膏药具有医治医治面瘫的功效，可贴敷在颊车穴、太阳穴、地仓穴；用该膏药在我馆已治愈患者一百余例。

1.一种张氏医治面瘫膏药配方及制作工艺，该配方按照“内病外治”的理论，用香油480～520克、黄丹230～270克配制基料；用中药乳香、没药、全蝎、木别子各48～52克、蜈蚣30～40条配制药料；配前，先把各味中药烘干或晒干，按照以上药量掺混、拌匀，用医药粉碎机粉碎后过100目罗备用。
2.其制作工艺：先用铁锅文火炼油，掌握油烟由青变黑再变白色浓烟为准，同时应逐渐加快撩油，但应避免触及锅底，以防着火；油炼好后，按2比1比例续续下丹、并不停的顺一个方向搅拌，使膏药基质老、嫩适中；下丹成膏后离火去毒，其办法用冷水喷洒锅中，即有黑烟冒出，并反复多次，待稍冷时以细流倾倒入盛有冷水盆中，并同时用木棍按顺时针方向搅动，使期隋水旋成带状，待冷却后，将其拧成适当小沱，浸于冷水内7～10天，每日换水1～2次；最后工序摊膏，其办法，先取8份基料，置锅内，用文火加热熔化，去尽水气，待温度降到70℃时，兑入2份药粉料，搅匀，用其30克，摊在10公分见方的裱褙材料布料上即成。
3.该膏药具有医治面瘫的功效，可贴敷在颊车穴、太阳穴、地仓穴等处。
