s101, the selling device placed in the self-service convenience store determines the goods purchased by the purchaser and sends the information of the goods purchased by the purchaser to the background server.
One selling device can be placed in the self-service convenience store, and a plurality of selling devices can also be placed in the self-service convenience store. The goods sold by each selling device are not limited, the same goods can be sold, and different goods can be sold.
The information for distinguishing the sold goods is included in the information for purchasing the goods by the purchaser, wherein the information for distinguishing the sold goods can be the name of the goods, such as xx brand beverages; a bar code may also be printed on the outer packaging of the item.
The mode of determining the goods purchased by the purchaser is not limited, the built-in camera in the vending device can be used for shooting the image of the goods purchased by the purchaser, the goods purchased by the purchaser can be determined through the shot image, for example, the goods purchased by the purchaser is beverage, the goods purchased by the purchaser can be determined from the outer package of the beverage and the shape of the beverage bottle through the built-in camera, the goods purchased by the purchaser can be determined through identifying the radio frequency tag preset on the beverage bottle, the weight of the beverage, the outer package of the beverage and the shape of the beverage bottle can be respectively identified through the weight sensor and the camera, the goods purchased by the purchaser can be determined, and the goods purchased by the purchaser can be determined through identifying the radio frequency tag on the beverage bottle and the weight sensor.
S102, the background server settles the account according to the information of the goods purchased by the buyer and generates a shopping list of the goods purchased by the buyer.
The background server manages and controls the selling devices in the self-service convenience store, and manages the selling processes, such as settlement, shopping list generation and the like. In practical applications, the backend server can manage and control the vending devices in a plurality of convenience stores.
And the background server determines the information such as the unit price, the quantity, the name and the like of the goods according to the information of the goods purchased by the purchaser. The generated shopping list comprises: the name, the quantity, the unit price, the total amount and the like of the goods.
S103, if the detection device at the outlet of the self-service convenience store confirms that the purchaser leaves the self-service convenience store, the background server is informed so that the background server deducts money according to a shopping list of goods purchased by the purchaser.
The exit of the self-service convenience store can be provided with an entrance guard or be opened, and the exit is not limited here. When the buyer holds the purchased goods and goes out of the outlet of the self-service convenience store, the background server can directly deduct money according to the shopping list of the goods purchased by the buyer, so that the buyer does not need to queue for payment, the purchase time is saved, the customer does not need to check the sale amount by oneself, the purchase flow is simplified, and the shopping experience is improved.
In the embodiment of the invention, the plurality of self-service selling devices are placed in the self-service convenience store, a purchaser can open the cabinet door of the selling devices to select goods after entering the convenience store, and money deduction is carried out after the purchaser leaves the self-service convenience store.
Referring to fig. 2, fig. 2 is a schematic flow chart illustrating an implementation of a self-service selling method according to a second embodiment of the present invention, and the self-service selling method shown in fig. 2 mainly includes the following steps:
s201, after the selling device detects that the purchaser opens the cabinet door, the identifying device installed in the selling device determines the goods taken by the purchaser.
The method for opening the cabinet door by the purchaser is not limited, and the cabinet door can be opened by scanning a cabinet door identification code on the selling device, wherein the cabinet door identification code can be a two-dimensional code, a bar code and the like; the password lock on the cabinet door can be opened through the password acquired by the purchaser, and in practical application, when the purchaser needs to shop, the background server receives the request of the purchaser for acquiring the password, generates the password and sends the generated password to the client of the purchaser, so that the purchaser can open the cabinet door according to the password.
The identification device installed in the vending apparatus may be the built-in camera described in step S101, the radio frequency tag and the weight sensor described in step S101, or the weight sensor and the built-in camera described in step S101. The manner of determining the goods taken by the purchaser is the same as the process of determining through the built-in camera, the process of determining through the radio frequency tag, the process of determining through the weight sensor and the built-in camera, or the process of determining through the radio frequency tag and the weight sensor in the step S101, and details are not repeated here.
S202, the selling device searches the goods information of the goods taken by the buyer, and displays the searched goods information and the quantity of the goods taken by the buyer to the buyer through a built-in display screen.
The goods information includes: one or more of appearance, unit price, preferential amount, content of each component, heat, quality guarantee date and specification. Of course, the item information is not limited to the above-mentioned items, and may include information such as a production date and a manufacturer.
In practical application, the selling device can search the information of the goods according to the determined goods taken by the purchaser, for example, the goods taken by the purchaser determined by the selling device is bottled beverages with xx brands, then the information of the goods of the bottled beverages is the information of the goods of the ingredients, the taste, the heat, the production date and the like of the beverages, and then the information of the goods of the bottled beverages is displayed on a built-in display screen. The position of the built-in display screen installed on the selling device is not limited, and the content displayed by the display screen can be seen only by a purchaser.
Through with goods information display in the display screen, can let the more audio-visual understanding of customer will purchase the goods, if customer dissatisfaction, can put back the goods of taking, and then can improve shopping experience.
S203, when the selling device detects that the purchaser closes the cabinet door, the goods taken by the purchaser are used as the goods purchased by the purchaser, and the information of the goods purchased by the purchaser is sent to the background server.
When the door of the vending machine is closed, the purchaser is shown to have completed the purchase on the vending machine.
For explanation and examples of the terms related to the information about the purchase of the goods by the purchaser, please refer to step S101 above, which is not described herein again.
In practical applications, the purchaser may also continue to take goods placed in other merchandising devices in the convenience store.
S204, the background server settles the account according to the information of the goods purchased by the buyer and generates a shopping list of the goods purchased by the buyer.
And the background server determines the information such as the unit price, the quantity, the name and the like of the goods according to the information of the goods purchased by the purchaser. The generated shopping list comprises: the name, the quantity, the unit price, the total amount and the like of the goods.
And S205, the background server sends the generated shopping list to the client of the buyer for display.
In this embodiment, the client is a preset APP and is associated with a background server, and the client may be installed in a terminal of a purchaser. And the purchaser forwards the operation instruction to the background service platform by operating the function virtual key on the APP. The background server may store identity information uploaded by the purchaser through the client, such as face images, age, account numbers and passwords for registering APP, information of identity documents (identity cards and/or driver licenses), and the like. Of course, the background server may also store the purchase information such as the historical purchase record and settlement record of the purchaser.
S206, when the purchaser returns goods, the background server receives a return instruction sent by the client.
Since the client can display the generated shopping list, a virtual return key can be set for each displayed item on the shopping list, as shown in fig. 4, fig. 4 is a schematic diagram of the displayed shopping list, the left side in the diagram is information of each item in the listed shopping list, the right side key with a return character is the virtual return key, the purchaser clicks the virtual return key to select the item to be returned, for example, the purchaser clicks the virtual return key corresponding to the item 2 in fig. 4, and the item 2 is the item that the purchaser wants to return. Then, the goods returning is confirmed by clicking a lower confirmation key, and at the moment, the buyer clicks the lower confirmation key, namely, a returning instruction is sent to the background server. Wherein the return instruction comprises the information of the returned goods in the shopping list corresponding to the buyer and the identity information of the buyer.
The information of the returned item is not limited, and may be the name of the returned item, such as xx brand of potato chips in bags, or a bar code of the returned item.
The identity information of the purchaser can be one or more of a face image, an account number and a password of the registered APP, age, identity document information (an identity card and/or a driving license) and the like.
It should be noted that fig. 4 is an exemplary diagram, and does not constitute a limitation on the form of the shopping list display.
S207, the background server searches for the cabinet door number of the selling device with the returned goods and the position identification code of the goods shelf according to the received information of the returned goods, and feeds the searched cabinet door number and the searched position identification code of the goods shelf back to the client side for displaying, so that the purchaser can return the returned goods according to the displayed cabinet door number and the displayed position identification code of the goods shelf.
The return mode in this embodiment is to require the purchaser to return the taken goods to the original selling device. In practical application, each selling device corresponds to one or more cabinet door numbers. The position identification code of the shelf can be determined according to the placing form of the goods on the selling device, for example, if the placing form of the goods is that only the same goods are placed on one shelf, the position identification code of the shelf is the identification code of the shelf; if the placing form of the goods is that one goods shelf is used for placing different kinds of goods, a plurality of slots for placing the goods are arranged on one goods shelf of the selling device, each slot is correspondingly provided with a position coordinate, and the position identification code of the goods shelf comprises the identification code and the position coordinate of the goods shelf.
S208, the background server sends the searched cabinet door number, the position identification code of the goods shelf and the identity information of the buyer to the selling device placed with the returned goods.
S209, when the purchaser scans the opening code of the selling device or inputs the code of the coded lock of the selling device through the client, the selling device opens the cabinet door and waits for the purchaser to put back the returned goods until the opened cabinet door is detected to be closed.
In practical application, after the opened cabinet door is detected to be closed, the identification device installed in the selling device is used for determining the goods placed by the purchaser as the returned goods.
S210, the selling device informs the background server so that the background server deletes the returned goods from the shopping list corresponding to the buyer.
And after the background server deletes the returned goods from the shopping list corresponding to the buyer, sending the deleted shopping list to the client, wherein the buyer can see the deleted shopping list through the client.
Through the mechanism for returning the goods, the purchaser can directly return the unwanted goods conveniently, the shopping experience is improved, and meanwhile disputes caused by goods returning in the future are avoided.
And S211, if the detection device at the outlet of the self-service convenience store confirms that the purchaser leaves the self-service convenience store, informing the background server to deduct money according to a shopping list of goods purchased by the purchaser.
The detection device can be a camera device, a radio frequency signal detection device and an entrance guard detection device. When this detection device is entrance guard's detection device, entrance guard's detection device can scan the entrance guard's code that shows on the client, perhaps receives this buyer's information of punching the card, and then entrance guard's detection device notifies entrance guard's device and opens this self-service convenience store's door, notifies this backend server simultaneously to make this backend server deduct money according to the shopping list that this buyer purchased the goods.
The following describes that the detection device is an image pickup device and the detection device is a radio frequency signal detection device.
Further, the detection device that this self-service convenience store exports is camera device, then if this self-service convenience store exports detection device confirms that this buyer leaves this self-service convenience store, then notifies this backend server to make this backend server deduct money according to the shopping list that this buyer purchased goods, include:
when the camera device detects that the purchaser enters a shooting range, the camera device confirms that the purchaser leaves the self-service convenience store, shoots a face image of the purchaser and sends the face image to the background server;
the background server compares the received face image with the face image in the identity information of the purchaser, and if the comparison is consistent, the background server deducts money according to the shopping list corresponding to the purchaser.
In practical application, the camera device is installed at an exit of a convenience store, and when a purchaser enters a shooting range, namely the camera device captures a face image of the purchaser, the purchaser is confirmed to leave the convenience store.
Further, the detection device of this self-service convenience store export is radio frequency signal detection device, then if this detection device of this self-service convenience store export confirms that this buyer leaves this self-service convenience store, then notifies this backend server to make this backend server carry out the deduction according to the shopping list that this buyer purchased goods, include:
when the radio frequency signal detection device does not detect the radio frequency signal sent by the mobile terminal of the purchaser or detects that the radio frequency signal sent by the mobile terminal of the purchaser is lower than a preset value, the purchaser is confirmed to leave the self-service convenience store, and the background server is informed, so that the background server deducts money according to a shopping list corresponding to the purchaser.
The radio frequency signal detection device may be a bluetooth signal detection device, a WiFi signal detection device, or an infrared signal detection device, which is not limited herein. It should be noted that the radio frequency signal detection device may not be limited to be installed at the exit door of the convenience store, but may be located at a distance from the exit door of the convenience store.
The detection device of the self-service convenience store exit is a camera device and the detection device of the self-service convenience store exit is a radio frequency signal detection device, and the two modes for confirming that the purchaser leaves the self-service convenience store are used under the condition that the self-service convenience store exit is open. S305, when the purchaser returns goods, the background server receives a return instruction sent by the client.
Wherein the return instruction comprises the information of the returned goods in the shopping list corresponding to the buyer and the identity information of the buyer. For the description, noun explanation and example of step S305, refer to step S206 above, and are not described herein again.
S306, the background server searches for an identification code corresponding to the returned goods according to the received information of the returned goods, and sends the identification code and the identity information of the purchaser to a recovery device placed in the self-service convenience store.
The identification code is used for distinguishing each goods placed in the selling device, and the identification code can be a radio frequency tag attached to the goods or a bar code carried by the goods outer package, and the identification code is not limited here.
The identity information of the purchaser can be one or more of a face image, an account number and a password of the registered APP, age, identity document information (an identity card and/or a driving license) and the like.
And S307, when the goods are detected to be put in, the recovery device identifies the person who puts in the goods through the identification device.
The identification means may be mounted adjacent the recovery device for identifying the person receiving the goods. The identity recognition device is not limited, can be an identity document recognition device and used for recognizing identity documents, can also be a camera and used for recognizing face images, and can also be an input device and used for receiving account numbers and passwords of registered APP keyed in by people who put goods into the identity recognition device.
And S308, if the information identified by the identity is consistent with the received identity information of the buyer, the recovery device determines that the person putting the goods is the buyer.
S309, the recovery device scans the identification code of the placed goods, judges whether the scanned identification code is consistent with the received identification code or not, and determines that the placed goods are the returned goods if the scanned identification code is consistent with the received identification code.
In practical applications, the recycling device may be installed with an identification device (see step S201) of the vending machine, and the identification device may be used to identify the placed goods for the second time, so as to confirm the placed goods as the returned goods more accurately, thereby preventing people from damaging the goods.
S310, the recycling device informs the background server so that the background server deletes the returned goods from the shopping list corresponding to the buyer.
And after the background server deletes the returned goods from the shopping list corresponding to the buyer, sending the deleted shopping list to the client, wherein the buyer can see the deleted shopping list through the client.
Through the mechanism for returning the goods, the purchaser can directly return the unwanted goods conveniently, the shopping experience is improved, and meanwhile disputes caused by goods returning in the future are avoided.
Step S311 is the same as step S211 in the second embodiment, and is not described herein again.

The self-service vending system illustrated in fig. 5 mainly includes: a vending device 501 placed in a convenience store, a backend server 502, and a detection device 503 for exit from the convenience store. The above devices are described in detail as follows:
the vending device 501 is configured to determine an item purchased by a purchaser, and send information about the item purchased by the purchaser to the backend server 502.

Referring to fig. 6, fig. 6 is a schematic structural diagram of a vending system according to a fifth embodiment of the present invention, and for convenience of description, only the parts related to the embodiment of the present invention are shown. The vending system illustrated in fig. 6, essentially comprises: a vending device 601 placed in a convenience store, a backend server 602, and a detection device 603 for an exit of the convenience store. The above devices are described in detail as follows:
the vending device 601 is configured to determine an item purchased by a purchaser, and send information of the item purchased by the purchaser to the backend server 602.
Further, referring to fig. 7, fig. 7 is a schematic structural view of the vending apparatus.
This vending device 601 includes: a processor 6011, a sub-processor 6012, a communication bus 10, an input/output bus 11, a display 100, and a cabinet door lock 101, wherein the sub-processor 6012 is connected to the processor 6011 through the communication bus 10;
the sub-processor 6012 is connected to the display 100 and the cabinet door lock 101 through the input/output bus 11, respectively, and when the sub-processor 6012 detects that the purchaser opens the cabinet door, the sub-processor 6012 is configured to notify the processor 6011 that the cabinet door is opened.
The processor 6011 is configured to determine the goods taken by the purchaser through the identification device installed in the selling device 601, search for the information of the goods taken by the purchaser, and send a display file with the searched information of the goods and the number of the goods taken by the purchaser to the sub-processor 6012.
Wherein the item information includes: one or more of appearance, unit price, preferential amount, content of each component, heat, quality guarantee date and specification.
In practical applications, the vending apparatus 601 further includes: another sub-processor (not shown) connected to processor 6011 via communication bus 10, and to the identification device (not shown) via communication bus 10.
Further, each shelf in the vending apparatus 601 may be installed with a microprocessor (not shown in the figure), one end of each microprocessor is connected to the processor 6011 through the communication bus 10, the other end of each microprocessor is connected to an identification device (a weight sensor and/or a radio frequency tag), the microprocessor knows the picked goods identified by the identification device (the weight sensor and/or the radio frequency tag), and then the microprocessor may report the position information of the picked goods (the position identification code of the shelf as described above) to the processor 6011.
Note that, if the identification device is a camera, the camera is connected to the sub-processor 6012 through the input/output bus 11.
The sub-processor 6012 is further configured to send the display file to the built-in display 100, so that the display 100 displays the searched item information and the number of items taken by the buyer to the buyer.
When the sub-processor 6012 detects that the purchaser closes the cabinet door, the sub-processor 6012 is further configured to notify the processor 6011 that the cabinet door is closed.
The processor 6011 is further configured to use the item taken by the purchaser as the item purchased by the purchaser, and send information of the item purchased by the purchaser to the backend server 602.
The background server 602 is configured to perform settlement according to the information of the goods purchased by the purchaser, and generate a shopping list of the goods purchased by the purchaser.
Further, the following describes two mechanisms for returning the items separately.

the background server 602 is further configured to send the generated shopping list to the client of the purchaser for display;
the background server 602 is further configured to receive a return instruction sent by the client when the purchaser returns the goods, where the return instruction includes information of returned goods in a shopping list corresponding to the purchaser and identity information of the purchaser;
the background server 602 is further configured to search, according to the received information of the returned item, a cabinet door number of the selling device 601 in which the returned item is placed and a position identification code of a shelf, and feed back the searched cabinet door number and the searched position identification code of the shelf to the client for display, so that the purchaser returns the returned item according to the displayed cabinet door number and the displayed position identification code of the shelf;
the background server 602 is further configured to send the searched cabinet door number, the position identification code of the shelf, and the identity information of the purchaser to the selling device 601 in which the returned goods are placed;
the vending device 601 is further configured to open a cabinet door when the purchaser scans a cabinet opening code of the vending device 601 through the client or inputs a code of a code lock of the vending device 601, and wait for the purchaser to put back the returned goods until the opened cabinet door is detected to be closed;
the selling device 601 is further configured to notify the backend server 602, so that the backend server 602 deletes the returned item from the shopping list corresponding to the purchaser.
The operation of the vending apparatus 601 described above is actually the operation of the processor 6011.
Further, the second is:
the system further comprises: a recycling device 604 disposed in the convenience store;
the background server 602 is further configured to receive a return instruction sent by the client when the purchaser returns the goods, where the return instruction includes information of returned goods in a shopping list corresponding to the purchaser and identity information of the purchaser;
the background server 602 is further configured to search, according to the received information of the returned item, an identification code corresponding to the returned item, and send the identification code and the identity information of the purchaser to the recycling device, where the identification code is used to distinguish each item placed in the selling device 601;
the recovery device is also used for carrying out identity recognition on the person who puts in the goods through the identity recognition device after the goods are detected to be put in;
the recycling device is also used for determining that the person who puts in the goods is the buyer if the information identified by the identity is consistent with the received identity information of the buyer;
the recovery device is also used for scanning the identification code of the put-in goods and judging whether the scanned identification code is consistent with the received identification code, if so, the put-in goods is determined to be the returned goods;
the recycling apparatus is further configured to notify the backend server 602, so that the backend server 602 deletes the returned item from the shopping list corresponding to the purchaser.
The detection device 603 for exit of the convenience store is configured to notify the backend server 602 if it is determined that the purchaser leaves the convenience store, so that the backend server 602 deducts money according to a shopping list of goods purchased by the purchaser.
Further, the detection device 603 of the exit of the convenience store is a camera device;
the camera device is configured to, when it is detected that the purchaser enters a shooting range, confirm that the purchaser leaves the convenience store, shoot a face image of the purchaser, and send the face image to the backend server 602;
the background server 602 is further configured to compare the received face image with the face image in the identity information of the purchaser, and if the comparison is consistent, deduct money according to the shopping list corresponding to the purchaser.
Further, the detection device 603 of the exit of the convenience store is a radio frequency signal detection device;
the radio frequency signal detection device is configured to, when it is not detected that the radio frequency signal sent by the mobile terminal of the purchaser is lower than a preset value, confirm that the purchaser leaves the convenience store and notify the backend server 602, so that the backend server 602 deducts money according to the shopping list corresponding to the purchaser.
For details of the embodiment, please refer to the description of the embodiment shown in fig. 1, fig. 2 and fig. 3, which will not be described herein again.
