In addition, in order to make the drawings concise and understandable, components having the same structure or function in some of the drawings are only schematically illustrated or only labeled. In this document, "one" means not only "only one" but also a case of "more than one".
In an embodiment of the present invention, as shown in fig. 1, the present invention provides an intelligent bookshelf management and control system, including: a scan information acquisition unit 101, an analysis processing unit 102, a matching unit 103, and a book shelving control unit 104.
The scanning information acquiring unit 101 acquires basic information of each book, such as a title, an author, and a content introduction, within a reading range of the reading unit by scanning with a reader/writer. In the present invention, the scanning information obtaining unit 101 can adopt the following two implementation manners: one is that the two-dimensional code of the book itself is utilized, the two-dimensional code on the book is scanned by a reader-writer to obtain the basic information of each book, taking book 'fifteen years of perpetual calendar' as an example, the book name of the book is 'fifteen years of perpetual calendar', the author is 'Huangren Yu', and the historical event with the content introduction of '1587 years is also the mechanism reason of the later-lifted billow'; the second is to use the RFID technology, that is, the RFID tag chip disposed on the books in the reading range is read by the tag reader-writer to obtain the basic information of each book, the tag reader-writer may be disposed on the bookshelf, and the RFID antennas may be disposed on both sides of the bookshelf, the setting angle of the RFID antennas is suitable for reading the RFID tags on the books to the maximum extent, the tag reader-writer obtains the basic information of the books stored on the RFID tag chip in the maximum reading range by the RFID antennas, both of the above two ways of obtaining the basic information of the books are realized based on the prior art, which is not repeated herein, and the invention is not limited thereto, and the other ways of obtaining the basic information of the books are within the protection range of the invention.
And an analysis processing unit 102, configured to perform analysis processing on the scanning information obtaining unit 101, and obtain the tag content of each book based on the basic information of each book. In an embodiment of the present invention, the parsing unit 102 can parse the basic information of the book, which is obtained by the scanning information obtaining unit 101, by using a natural language processing technology to obtain the label content of the basic information of the book, such as "ten thousand calendar and five years" of the book, the tags analytically obtained according to the basic information thereof can include the following several 'history works', 'history', 'people', 'Ming Dynasty' and the like, in another embodiment of the present invention, the parsing unit 102 may also search the basic information of the book acquired by the scanning information acquiring unit 101 through the internet, acquire the tag content of the book according to the search result, due to the development of internet technology, there are many corresponding resolutions and corresponding tags set for each book on the internet, and the resolution processing unit 102 can obtain the tag content of each book by using the tag content set on the internet.
A matching unit 103, configured to match the obtained tag content of the book with the book tags that have been classified and stored before, find out the book with the largest matching degree, and obtain the storage location information of the book with the largest matching degree. In the embodiment of the present invention, after each book is successfully stored, the book information of each book is stored, where the book information includes basic information of the book and tag content thereof, and thus the matching unit 103 matches the obtained tag content of the book with the tag content of the stored book information to find out the book with the largest matching degree The "Ming dynasty" assumes that the labels of the books stored and classified before by the system have "events of Ming dynasty" are "history", "Ming dynasty", "literature works" and "people", the matching degree of the book "events of Ming dynasty" is 3 according to the matching result, the labels of the books stored and classified before by the system "journey to the West book" are "unreal novel", "novel works" and "literature", the matching degree of the books is 0, the books "events of Ming dynasty" are the books with the maximum matching degree, the storage position information of the books "events of Ming dynasty" with the maximum matching degree is obtained, and the storage position information can be obtained in two ways: firstly, the books are obtained by real-time positioning, for example, when the books with the maximum matching degree are found out, the positioning of the books can be realized through the RFID tags on the books, and certainly, in this way, if the books with the maximum matching degree are not on the bookshelf at present, the obtaining of the position information cannot be realized, and at this time, the books with the second matching degree can be obtained, and because the positioning realized through the RFID tags is the existing mature technology, the description is omitted; secondly, the classified and stored books are stored in storage positions through the system, namely after each book is successfully stored, the book information of the book and the storage position information of the book are stored, when the book with the largest matching degree is obtained, the storage position information of the book can be directly obtained, and the mode has no influence on whether the book is currently stored on the bookshelf.
And the book shelf-on control unit 104 is configured to control the mechanical arm to store the book at the corresponding position of the bookshelf according to the storage position information of the book with the largest matching degree obtained by the matching unit 103. Specifically, the book shelving control unit 104 may determine the area of the storage position of the book according to the storage position information of the book with the largest matching degree obtained by the matching unit 103, may control the robot to place the book at the end of all books in the area, and may also control the robot to place the book at the front position or the rear position of the book with the largest matching degree, which is not limited in the present invention. It should be noted that, in order to facilitate storage and management of books, the book storage area of the bookshelf needs to be managed in a partitioned manner, and this partition may be set in advance, for example, each partition of the bookshelf is determined as several large-class partitions in advance, for example, as shown in fig. 2, the bookshelf is divided into 1/2/3/4 areas, which are respectively "history", "geography", "technical book", and "foreign language", and of course, real-time partitioning may also be performed in the shelving process, for example, partitioning is performed in sequence according to the order of book shelving, for example, when the first book shelf is a foreign language, a 1 partition is set as "foreign language class", and then a next different class of book is a "geography", a 2 partition is set as "geography", but the invention is not limited thereto.
Preferably, if the matching unit 103 does not match the corresponding book, a new bookshelf area is set to store the current book or the current book is placed in the new bookshelf area according to a preset partition by using the tag content. That is, if there is no book matching the current book tag in the books that have been previously classified and stored, it is determined that the current book is a new classification, a new region needs to be set for storage, if the partition of the bookshelf is preset, the corresponding region is found according to the preset setting, for example, if the book "fifteen years of perpetual calendar" does not match the corresponding book, it is determined that the bookshelf does not currently have a history book, a new region needs to be set for storing the history book, if the partition of the bookshelf is preset, the book "fifteen years of perpetual calendar" is stored in the partition preset as "history", and if the partition is not preset, the book "fifteen years of perpetual calendar" is stored in the currently vacant bookshelf region.
Preferably, the intelligent bookshelf management and control system of the invention further comprises: and the log analysis control unit is used for analyzing the log of the user, namely analyzing reading records of the user for a period of time (for example, within one day), obtaining books related to the log of the user according to the log of the user, and controlling the mechanical arm to adjust the positions of the books related to the log of the user through the book shelf control unit 104, for example, adjusting the books related to the log of the user together. Specifically, when the user takes a book from the bookshelf, the log analysis control unit considers that the user reads the book, and records the book as the reading record of the user, and by analyzing the reading record of the user in one day, the reading requirement of the user in the same day can be obtained, the log analysis control unit can match the related books in the classified and stored books according to the reading record of the day, and control the mechanical arm to adjust the related books together through the book shelving control unit 104, for example, a new area is set to store the books adjusted through the log, for example, by analyzing the user log, the books obtained from the reading record of the user in the same day are all cooking books, and it is considered that the user may learn the related knowledge of cooking, the log analysis control unit obtains the books related to cooking according to the reading record, and controls the mechanical arm to adjust the books related to cooking together, so that the user can read conveniently. Of course, generally, the log analysis control unit is only suitable for controlling a personal family user, namely, a household intelligent bookshelf, and is not suitable for public book management due to too many public book management users.
Preferably, the intelligent bookshelf management and control system of the invention further comprises a communication unit, so that the book information, the storage position information and the like of the books are sent to the control center through the communication unit, the control center can monitor the books remotely, and a user can inquire the books conveniently through the personal intelligent terminal tool.
The invention will be further illustrated by the following specific examples: in the embodiment of the invention, the intelligent bookshelf management and control system of the invention is realized based on the RFID technology, that is, each book is provided with an RFID tag, the intelligent bookshelf is provided with a tag reader-writer, and two sides of the bookshelf are provided with RFID antennas, and the invention is described by taking book "fifteen years of perpetual calendar" as an example:
(1) currently, many books are provided with two-dimensional codes, the two-dimensional codes of the books can contain basic information of the books, including book names, authors, brief introduction of contents and the like, the scanning information obtaining unit 101 can obtain book information of 'fifteen years of perpetual calendar' according to the two-dimensional codes of the books scanned by the reader-writer, for example, the book names of the books are 'fifteen years of perpetual calendar', the authors are 'Huang ren Yu', and the content brief introduction of the history event '1587 year is also the machine edge of later-lifted billow';
(2) after the scan information obtaining unit 101 obtains basic information of a book in "fifteen years of perpetual calendar", the parsing processing unit 102 parses basic data of the book by using a related technology of natural language processing to obtain tag content of the basic information of the book, for example, a tag of "fifteen years of perpetual calendar" may include "history works", "history", "people", "Ming dynasty", and the like, and the parsing processing unit 102 may also obtain the tag content of the book through the internet;
(3) the matching unit 103 matches the obtained tags with the tags of the books that have been classified and stored before to find out the book with the largest matching degree, generally speaking, each book has a most important theme, and the themes of one type of book are consistent, and the current machine learning algorithm is accurate enough when realizing information classification of such small data, and the storage of book information does not require a large storage space, so that the storage of book information and the matching of tags are technically feasible. In an embodiment of the present invention, the matching unit 103 finds out the book with the largest matching degree as "those in the mindset" and obtains the stored location information, where the stored location information can be obtained by positioning the RFID tag or according to the previously stored location information.
(4) After the step (3), the book shelving control unit 104 may control the mechanical arm of the intelligent bookshelf to place the ten-thousand calendar fifteen years into the corresponding history column and insert the ten-thousand calendar fifteen years into the book with the bright history according to the obtained position information.
Of course, the above process is the case that historical books are already stored on the bookshelf, and in step (3), if no corresponding matching tag is found, the system will set a new storage area to store the current book "fifteen years in the perpetual calendar". Because the intelligent bookshelf based on the RFID technology is adopted, the space use condition of the current bookshelf can be easily clarified, and a new storage area is set according to the space use condition.
(5) The log analysis control unit is used for collecting and analyzing the personal reading log of the user, and centrally placing book resources required by the user according to the personal reading log of the user, and the function is only suitable for personal family users and not suitable for a public book management system. For example, the log analysis control unit analyzes the user log to obtain the result that the user may need to cook the braised fish on the current day, and controls the book shelving control unit 104 of the system to group the books on the bookshelf together with the braised fish and the books related to the cooking technology.
Of course, all book information of the intelligent bookshelf management and control system and the storage position information communication units of the books can be sent to the control center, so that the user can inquire through the personal intelligent terminal tool.
In another embodiment of the invention, as shown in fig. 3, the intelligent bookshelf management and control system of the invention comprises the following steps.
In step 301, basic information of each book in the reading range of the reader-writer, such as book name, author, content introduction, etc., is obtained by scanning with the reader-writer. In the invention, the basic information of each book can be obtained by scanning in the following two ways: one is that the two-dimensional code of the book itself is utilized, for example, the two-dimensional code on the book is scanned by a reader-writer to obtain the basic information of each book, taking book "fifteen years of perpetual calendar" as an example, the book name of the book is "fifteen years of perpetual calendar", the author is "Huang ren Yu", and the historical event with the content introduction of "1587 years is also the mechanism reason of the later-lifted billow"; the second is to use the RFID technology, that is, the RFID tag chip disposed on the books in the reading range is read by the tag reader-writer to obtain the basic information of each book, the tag reader-writer may be disposed on the bookshelf, and the RFID antennas may be disposed on both sides of the bookshelf, the setting angle of the RFID antennas is suitable for reading the RFID tags on the books to the maximum extent, the tag reader-writer obtains the basic information of the books stored on the RFID tag chip in the maximum reading range by the RFID antennas, both of the above two ways of obtaining the basic information of the books are realized based on the prior art, which is not repeated herein, and the invention is not limited thereto, and the other ways of obtaining the basic information of the books are within the protection range of the invention.
Step 302, analyzing the basic information of each book obtained by scanning, and obtaining the label content of each book based on the basic information of each book. In a specific embodiment of the present invention, the basic information of the books obtained by scanning may be analyzed by using a natural language processing technology to obtain the tag contents of the basic information of the books, for example, the basic information of the book "fifteen thousands years" may be analyzed to obtain the tags thereof including several items of "history works", "history", "people", "Ming Dynasty", and the like.
Step 303, matching the obtained tag content of the book with the book tags classified and stored before, finding out the book with the maximum matching degree, and obtaining the storage position information of the book with the maximum matching degree. In the embodiment of the present invention, after each book is successfully stored, the book information of each book is stored, where the book information includes basic information of the book and tag content thereof, the obtained book tag content is matched with the tag content of the stored book information to find out the book with the largest matching degree, in the embodiment of the present invention, the tag content of each book is matched with the tag content of the stored book information one by one, if a tag is successfully matched, the matching degree of the tag is 1, the sum of the matching degrees of all tags of each book is the matching degree of the book, the book with the largest matching degree is the matching result of step 303, taking book "fifteen years of the ten years of the calendar" as an example, the current book "tags of the fifteen years of the calendar are" historical works "," historical "," characters "," mingye ", and it is assumed that the system stores the tags of the books which have been classified and stored before as" mingye "history". The matching degree of the book "matters in the Ming Dynasty", "literature works", and "people" is 3 according to the matching result, the labels of the book "journey to the West" stored in the system and classified and stored before are "mysterious fiction", "fiction works", and "literature", the matching degree of which is 0, the book "matters in the Ming Dynasty" is the book with the maximum matching degree, the storage position information of the book "matters in the Ming Dynasty" with the maximum matching degree is obtained, and the storage position information can be obtained in two ways: firstly, the books are obtained by real-time positioning, for example, when the books with the maximum matching degree are found out, the positioning of the books can be realized through the RFID tags on the books, and certainly, in this way, if the books with the maximum matching degree are not on the bookshelf at present, the obtaining of the position information cannot be realized, and at this time, the books with the second matching degree can be obtained, and because the positioning realized through the RFID tags is the existing mature technology, the description is omitted; secondly, the classified and stored books are stored in storage positions through the system, namely after each book is successfully stored, the book information of the book and the storage position information of the book are stored, when the book with the largest matching degree is obtained, the storage position information of the book can be directly obtained, and the mode has no influence on whether the book is currently stored on the bookshelf.
And 304, controlling the mechanical arm to store the book to the corresponding position of the bookshelf according to the storage position information of the book with the maximum matching degree obtained in the step 303. Specifically, according to the storage location information of the book with the maximum matching degree obtained in step 303, the area of the storage location of the book may be determined, the robot arm may be controlled to place the book at the end of all books in the area, or the robot arm may be controlled to place the book at the previous location or the next location of the book with the maximum matching degree, which is not limited in the present invention.
Preferably, after step 303, if there is no corresponding book matched, a new bookshelf area is set to store the current book or the current book is placed in the new bookshelf area according to the preset partition by using the tag content.
Preferably, the intelligent bookshelf management and control method of the invention further comprises the following steps:
the method comprises the steps of analyzing a user log, namely analyzing reading records of the user for a period of time (such as within one day), obtaining books related to the user log according to the user log, and controlling a mechanical arm to adjust the positions of the books related to the user log, such as adjusting the books related to the user log together. Specifically, when a user takes a book from the bookshelf, the book is considered to be read by the user, the reading record of the user is recorded, the reading requirement of the user on the same day can be obtained by analyzing the reading record of the user on the same day, the related books can be matched with the classified and stored books according to the reading record on the same day, the related books are adjusted together by controlling the mechanical arm, for example, a new area is set to store the books adjusted through the log, for example, the books obtained by analyzing the log of the user on the same day are all cooking books, the user is considered to possibly learn related knowledge of cooking, the log analysis control unit obtains the books related to cooking according to the reading record, and controls the mechanical arm to adjust the books related to cooking together, so that the user can read conveniently. Of course, generally, this step is only suitable for the control of the personal family user, i.e. the control of the household intelligent bookshelf, and the number of the public book management users is too large, and this step is not suitable for the public book management.
Preferably, the intelligent bookshelf management and control method of the invention further comprises the following steps:
the book information, the storage position information and the like of the books are sent to the control center through the communication unit, so that the control center can monitor the books in a remote mode, and a user can inquire the books conveniently through a personal intelligent terminal tool.
In summary, the intelligent bookshelf management and control system and method of the invention achieve the purpose of automatic shelving and automatic classification of books through the scanning information acquisition unit, the analysis processing unit, the matching unit, the book shelving control unit and the mechanical arm controlled by the book shelving control unit.
It should be noted that the above embodiments can be freely combined as necessary. The foregoing is only a preferred embodiment of the present invention, and it should be noted that, for those skilled in the art, various modifications and decorations can be made without departing from the principle of the present invention, and these modifications and decorations should also be regarded as the protection scope of the present invention.
